A joint business group is a group of citizens or a group of social communities formed from families classified as poor communities through a social welfare program, abbreviated as prokesos, which is useful for carrying out business to increase the income of a group of underprivileged residents. In the decision-making process, errors and inaccuracies in the distribution of aid to the community, for example, people who do not deserve assistance but who receive assistance are inversely proportional to poor communities who do not receive assistance. This problem arises because of the lack of careful selection and miscalculation in determining which people are entitled to receive assistance. For this reason, it is necessary to have a decision support system in producing decisions so that it can support the decisions made by the Province of Social Affairs more real. In this study, one of the Composite Performance Index (CPI) methods is used which is expected to be able to assist the Provincial Social Service in determining the appropriate kube in receiving assistance.

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

Decision support system for selecting color guard with VIKOR and Borda methods. It has been made as a tool to select color guard at the Sei Rampah High School. The criteria used in the decision support system for color guard selection are: height, weight, agility, stamina, and body language. Color guard selection activities are a routine activity every year, so GINADA marching band coach Sei Rampah hereby selects to select permanent members in the marching band. Decision Support System in an organization can be seen as important in supporting the smooth running of activities and achieving an organizational goal. SPK can come in various forms, ranging from simple forms of data processing to complex application forms, and can also be used to accelerate and improve the quality of the decision-making process in the organization.

  Clinical decision support system (CDSS) is promising in assisting physicians for improving decision-making process and facilitates healthcare services. In medicine, causality has become the main concern throughout healthcare and decision-making. Causality is necessary for understanding all structures ofscientific reasoning and for providing a coherent and sufficient explanation for any event. However, thereare lack of existing CDSS that provide causal reasoning for the presented outcomes or decisions. Theseare necessary for showing reliability of the outcomes, and helping the physicians in making properdecisions. In this study, an ontology-based CDSS model is developed based on several key concepts andfeatures of causality and graphical modeling techniques. For the evaluation process, the Pellet reasoneris used to evaluate the consistency of the developed ontology model. In addition, an evaluation toolknown as Ontology Pitfall Scanner is used for validating the ontology model through pitfalls detection.The developed ontology-based CDSS model has potentials to be applied in clinical practice and helpingthe physicians in decision-making process. SMEs in Indonesia are one of the economic drivers of the nation. Its presence and development shows a sizeable contribution to Gross Domestic Income (GDP) each year. With this background, the Indonesian government provides stimulants in the form of financial assistance for the special SMEs for beginner SMEs. The government is encouraging the growth of SMEs by providing assistance to SMEs. During this time the process of determining the provision of assistance is done manually so that it is less effective and efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make a decision support model for the Ministry of SMEs to provide financial assistance to SMEs. The research method uses AHP and Promethee. Based on the results and discussion produced a Decision Support System model to help the Ministry of SMEs provide financial assistance to SMEs. The conclusion of this study is the suitability of SME ministry staff with the resulting model in the form of ease in the decision making process of providing assistance to SMEs.

Abstrak- Dalam pemberian kredit kepada pelanggan banyak hal perlu dipertimbangkan agar keputusan yang diambil tidak salah. Biasanya dilakukan pengumpulan beberapa persyaratan administrasi serta melakukan penilaian terhadap jaminan seperti aset yang dimiliki, nilai ekonomi dan beberapa pertimbangan lainnya, sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan butuh waktu lama. Dalam penelitian ini dibangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemberian kredit kepada konsumen dengan menerapkan dua metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Education is an essential need and an important element to create a broad-minded youth. While in Indonesia, the rate of tuition fees is still imbalanced with the economic rate. Thus, many people decided to discontinue their higher education. Decision making plays an important role to manage organizations, including in educational institutions, as one of the main duties in managerial is making decisions. This study took place in a midwifery academy in Malang. In response to this situation, the academy has a policy to alleviate students by paying the tuition fees in instalments. However, many students are in arrears as the result of this policy. Thus, management needs to take some consideration before making a decision toward the problem. Those considerations require high accuracy and time consuming to process information that support decision making. Currently, the decision-making process in this academy is still semi-automated, in which some processes are still done manually, which affect longer time to make decisions, and the accuracy of calculations could not be fully guaranteed. According to this condition, the purpose of this research is to design a decision support system that enables us to process information for decision making and to offer decision alternatives for decision makers. This research employs Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a decision table as a method to create decision alternatives. The prototype was developed using Visual Studio C#.Net. The result shows that by using the proposed prototype of DSS, decision makers can reduce 5-10 minutes of decision making process compared to the old semi-automated system which still required manual calculation and data collection and analysis before making the decision. A complete data and more detailed parameters for decision criteria are required to implement the proposed prototype of DSS in the institution with more objective consideration in the decision making process as the future work.

This paper gives a new model of decision support system based on knowledge management and web technology. Firstly,we analysis the existing problem of the efficiency and expandability of the current system.Then, we study the knowledge management and the B/S model based on web technology.Based on this, a new model of decision support system is presented in this paper. The system is designed in four layers structure and on three library.Finally, the paper describes the structure of the system and gives the detailed steps of decision-making process.

Seorang calon mahasiswa yang ingin melanjutkan jenjang pendidikannya ke sekolah tinggi ilmu kesehatan bukan suatu persoalan yang mudah, banyak pertimbangan yang harus dipertimbangkan seperti biaya selama perkuliahan, lowongan perkerjaan, kerjasama kampus tersebut dengan instansi terkait, dan lain-lain. Sampel kriteria yang digunakan dalam perancangan prototipe sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) adalah kriteria yang didapatkan dari jawaban kuesioner sesuai dengan hasil uji validitas disetiap variable kriterianya. Proses pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih sekolah tinggi ilmu kesehatan ini menggunakan penggabungan 2 metode yaitu AHP dan F-AHP yang memiliki tujuan agar dapat mengurangi penilaian secara subyektivitas dan mengecek konsistensi logic antar kriteria maupun subkriteria, sehingga dapat menghasilkan ranking sekolah tinggi ilmu kesehatan yang lebih objektif, serta dapat membantu memberikan rekomendasi STIKES mana yang layak untuk dipilih.A prospective student who wants to continue his education to high school health science is not an easy matter, many considerations that must be taken into account as expenses for tuition , job vacancies , the campus co-operation with relevant agencies , and others . Sample criteria used in the design of a prototype decision support system in choosing the College of Health Sciences ( STIKES ) is the criterion obtained from the results of the questionnaire were tested for validity every variable criteria. The decision making process in choosing a high school health science using two methods , namely the incorporation of F - AHP and AHP which has the aim to reduce the subjectivity of assessment and check the consistency between the criteria and sub-criteria , so as to produce a high- ranking school objectives of health sciences , as well as STIKES can help provide recommendations which are feasible for selected.
