Diabetes mellitus or diabetes, occurs due to reduced production of the hormone insulin which functions to convert sugar into energy, and convert excess sugar levels in the body into fat. This condition results in the occurrence of hyperglycemia which transmits glucose in the urine. The more complex causes of diabetes are due to heredity, environmental factors include age, obesity, insulin resistance, physical activity, and unhealthy lifestyle of patients also play a role in the occurrence of diabetes. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision making system to determine diabetes medications best using the topsis method. The Topsis method is used to take the best alternative solution by paying attention to the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative solution, in determining the best diabetes drug based on predetermined criteria, so that it can be recommended as the next decision support system. The results of the application of the TOPSIS method can produce output in the form of ranking of diabetes drugs and determine diabetes drugs that have the highest preference value among other alternatives. The criteria used to determine the best diabetes drugs are 5, namely: Drug Efficacy, Drug Indications, Side Effects, Drug Prices, Drug Guarantees. The selection process of the field of the interest of students majoring in Informatics Engineering at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang at this time is still manually that is choosing to accord to the wishes of the students themselves, so that it is sometimes not in accordance with the values obtained. Therefore, a new method is needed, namely the Decision Making System for the selection process of interest. The method for overcoming this problem uses the TOPSIS method, where the TOPSIS method has a concept if the chosen alternative is the best alternative by considering various criteria. The research methods used include data collection methods and system development methods. The design of this application was made using UML, for the program using the PHP programming language, and for the database using the MySQL database program. Interest Decision Support System in the Department of Informatics has been successfully created with the TOPSIS method that has been implemented in the make decision support systems. In this decision support system, the accuracy value using the TOPSIS method is 67%, the recall value is 86%, the precision value is 86% and the f-measure is 86%.

Employee is a part of the company's most important asset in its efforts to maintain survival, growth, ability to compete and profit. At this time the process of assessment of employees in Jakarta Smart City is still in the form of manual and the decision only from one party only, so the process is still not accurate. So it takes the methods that must be able to replace that system. For that reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was created to determine the best employees in Jakarta Smart City. In the system implemented the method of Entropy and TOPSIS. Entropy method can be trusted in determining the weight of the criteria to be used. And TOPSIS method can quickly perform the ranking process. Criteria to be used are quality and quantity of work, obedience, cooperation, morale, and work discipline. The index of satisfaction level of respondents to the decision support system ranges from 70% -80%, meaning that the assessment of the system created gives results at a fairly good level. <p><em>During this time the determination of the best homeroom teacher at MIS Nurul Huda Pantai Labu  was still using a manual process , so the results were not optimal. In this study the  decision support system was built to facilitate the school in determining the best homeroom teacher using the Topsis method. The criteria used are 5: attendance, organizational experience, data on student achievement, interaction with students, and final education. This system design application is expected to help the school principal in making decisions about determining the best homeroom teacher</em></p>

Decision Support System is an interactive system that supports decision in the decision-making process through alternatives derived from the processing of data, information and design of the models. Selection decision support system of chemical fertilizer in fruit plant is expected to help anyone who wants to cultivate fruit trees can determine the chemical fertilizer as expected based alternatives and criteria set by the user. In this research method used is TOPSIS Method and Method of Fuzzy Logic. TOPSIS method is one of multiple criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the alternatives selected must have the shortest distance. Fuzzy Logic is a methodology of control systems troubleshooting, the fuzzy logic stated that everything is a binary which means it is only two possibilities, "Yes or No", "True or False", "Good or Bad", and others. Therefore, all of these can have a membership value of 0 or 1.

This paper proposes the integration of AHP and TOPSIS to generate the ranking results of culinary recommendation for a group of users to provide better recommendation results. Formerly, Group Decision Support System (GDSS) for culinary recommendations has been developed with the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS has low algorithm complexity, so it is suitable to be applied in mobile devices. However, GDSS with TOPSIS has its disadvantages, TOPSIS have not been able to facilitate the preferences of each user inside a group so the recommendation result always consist only on dominant user. TOPSIS method produces unchanging rankings, because this method recommends a food menu based on the 1 dominant user so that the ranking is always consistent. Meanwhile, this study aims to integrate AHP for weighting criteria from each user and TOPSIS for ranking culinary recommendations. Based on rank consistency testing results that conducted in 6 different user groups, unlike the previous research, AHP-TOPSIS shows inconsistency ranking, which means that changes in user preferences affect the recommendation results that are generated by application. The AHP-TOPSIS method proved can be accommodated the computation of various preferences of each user in GDSS culinary recommendation

<p align=""><em>In an industry sales, competition is a natural thing. The number of businesses with the same type makes an entrepreneur should have the right strategies in increasing the purchasing power of customers and reap the benefits. This research aims to implement the algorithms in computer science to create a decision support system for granting rewards to customers Drinking water Depot. In this research method used is TOPSIS and SAW. Where samples are used as much as 6 customers with the assessment criteria is the status of payments, the status of customer liveliness, long subscription, purchase amount, and the time of purchase. From the comparison of the two methods, showed that the calculations carried out by TOPSIS method is better than the SAW method.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Customer, SPK, Reward, TOPSIS method, Method SAW</em></p><p><em>Dalam sebuah industri penjualan, persaingan merupakan hal yang wajar. Banyaknya usaha-usaha dengan jenis yang sama membuat seorang pengusaha harus memiliki strategi-strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan daya beli pelanggan dan menuai keuntungan.</em><em> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma dalam ilmu komputer untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian reward kepada pelanggan Depot Air minum. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah TOPSIS dan SAW. Dimana sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 pelanggan dengan kriteria penilaian adalah </em><em>status pembayaran, status keaktifan pelanggan, lama berlangganan, jumlah pembelian, dan waktu pembelian</em><em>. The selection of the best employees is one of the process of evaluating how well the performance of the employees is adjusted to the standards set by the company and usually done by top management such as General Manager or Director. In general, the selection of the best employees is still perform manually with many criteria and alternatives, and this usually make it difficult top managerial making decisions as well as the selection of the best employees periodically into a long and complicated process. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system that can help facilitate the decision maker in determining the best choice based on standard criteria, faster, and more objective. In this research, the computational method of decision-making system used is Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria used in the selection of the best employees are: job responsibilities, work discipline, work quality, and behaviour. The final result of the global priority value of the best employee candidates is used as the best employee selection decision making tool by top management.
