The selection process of the field of the interest of students majoring in Informatics Engineering at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang at this time is still manually that is choosing to accord to the wishes of the students themselves, so that it is sometimes not in accordance with the values obtained. Therefore, a new method is needed, namely the Decision Making System for the selection process of interest. The method for overcoming this problem uses the TOPSIS method, where the TOPSIS method has a concept if the chosen alternative is the best alternative by considering various criteria. The research methods used include data collection methods and system development methods. The design of this application was made using UML, for the program using the PHP programming language, and for the database using the MySQL database program. Interest Decision Support System in the Department of Informatics has been successfully created with the TOPSIS method that has been implemented in the make decision support systems. In this decision support system, the accuracy value using the TOPSIS method is 67%, the recall value is 86%, the precision value is 86% and the f-measure is 86%.

Employee selection is an activity to get human resources for a company. Researchers conducted research at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk where currently the selection process still uses the conventional method, the current assessment of participants uses technical and non-technical tests with interview methods but at present the company does not yet have a standardized weighting of values tested, so companies sometimes have difficulty determining who should receive from the test participants. Based on the above conditions, researchers conducted decision support system design research using the Weighted Product method to assist companies in getting the right employees according to the employees' technical needs and abilities. Decision support system development refers to the results of data collection using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Development of decision support system is built based on the waterfall system development model using the PHP programming language. The system testing method uses the black box method. The design of decision support system from the recruitment selection generator from this study is expected to be a reference for the selection process of employees in similar industries with the place of research conducted by researchers.

During this time the performance appraisal of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang has not been implemented optimally, especially in employee performance appraisal. Performance appraisal so far  is only determined from the results, there are no clear appraisal criteria. Based on this reason, a decision support system is needed to help find the best alternative for the employees selection. In this research a decision support system for employee performance appraisal will be developed based on Attitude, Responsibility, Attendance, Discipline and Collaboration. This research aims to design a decision support system for employee performance appraisal using data collection methods by observation, interviews and giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang. The data collected is carried out the process of analyzing data and looking for weighting values using the AHP method and for ranking using the TOPSIS method, where each criterion is appraisal factors and alternatives in this case employees are compared the criteria that have been weighted through the process of calculating the AHP and TOPSIS method starting from giving the weighting of criteria by calculating with Ms. Excel and calculating with Expert Choice software. The results have been obtained from weighting the next ranking by the TOPSIS method. thus providing a value output that results in a system that employees appraisal. This decision support system helps the employee performance apprasial at PT. Injep Inti Cemerlang in determining the employee who has the best performance

Abstract - During this time in the village of Mekar Sari in making decisions for Raskin revenue still using manual methods. The problem is the difficulty in storing or searching the archives that have been stored, as well as the problem of making late reports that also hamper the delivery of information. Many families should not get Raskin but receive raskin too, on the contrary for poor families who should get Raskin but not get it. this research was conducted with the aim of developing a decision support system application that facilitates the parties to make decisions in the selection of poor families who are entitled to receive Raskin in Mekar Sari Dusun Village. The method used in system development is the TOPSIS method, where the topsis method is is one of the decision making methods where the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution. Diabetes mellitus or diabetes, occurs due to reduced production of the hormone insulin which functions to convert sugar into energy, and convert excess sugar levels in the body into fat. This condition results in the occurrence of hyperglycemia which transmits glucose in the urine. The more complex causes of diabetes are due to heredity, environmental factors include age, obesity, insulin resistance, physical activity, and unhealthy lifestyle of patients also play a role in the occurrence of diabetes. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision making system to determine diabetes medications best using the topsis method. The Topsis method is used to take the best alternative solution by paying attention to the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative solution, in determining the best diabetes drug based on predetermined criteria, so that it can be recommended as the next decision support system. The results of the application of the TOPSIS method can produce output in the form of ranking of diabetes drugs and determine diabetes drugs that have the highest preference value among other alternatives. The criteria used to determine the best diabetes drugs are 5, namely: Drug Efficacy, Drug Indications, Side Effects, Drug Prices, Drug Guarantees. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Employee is a part of the company's most important asset in its efforts to maintain survival, growth, ability to compete and profit. At this time the process of assessment of employees in Jakarta Smart City is still in the form of manual and the decision only from one party only, so the process is still not accurate. So it takes the methods that must be able to replace that system. For that reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was created to determine the best employees in Jakarta Smart City. In the system implemented the method of Entropy and TOPSIS. Entropy method can be trusted in determining the weight of the criteria to be used. And TOPSIS method can quickly perform the ranking process. Criteria to be used are quality and quantity of work, obedience, cooperation, morale, and work discipline. The index of satisfaction level of respondents to the decision support system ranges from 70% -80%, meaning that the assessment of the system created gives results at a fairly good level.
