<p align=""><em>In an industry sales, competition is a natural thing. The number of businesses with the same type makes an entrepreneur should have the right strategies in increasing the purchasing power of customers and reap the benefits. This research aims to implement the algorithms in computer science to create a decision support system for granting rewards to customers Drinking water Depot. In this research method used is TOPSIS and SAW. Where samples are used as much as 6 customers with the assessment criteria is the status of payments, the status of customer liveliness, long subscription, purchase amount, and the time of purchase. From the comparison of the two methods, showed that the calculations carried out by TOPSIS method is better than the SAW method.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Customer, SPK, Reward, TOPSIS method, Method SAW</em></p><p><em>Dalam sebuah industri penjualan, persaingan merupakan hal yang wajar. Banyaknya usaha-usaha dengan jenis yang sama membuat seorang pengusaha harus memiliki strategi-strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan daya beli pelanggan dan menuai keuntungan.</em><em> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma dalam ilmu komputer untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian reward kepada pelanggan Depot Air minum. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah TOPSIS dan SAW. Dimana sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 pelanggan dengan kriteria penilaian adalah </em><em>status pembayaran, status keaktifan pelanggan, lama berlangganan, jumlah pembelian, dan waktu pembelian</em><em>. ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menentukan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dengan cara membuat aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menerapkan metode TOPSIS. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pemilihan pemenang tender proyek tersebut. Dalam penelitian akan membahas masalah yang akan diangkat yaitu membuat dan menghitung variabel pada metode TOPSIS dalam Sistem pendukukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemenang tender pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Bengkulu. Waktu dan tempat pengumpulan data dan  penelitian dilaksanakan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Bengkulu yang beralamatkan Jalan Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH No. 901 Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian waterfall. Dimana metode penelitian waterfall ini Terdiri dari perancangan sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, pengkodean program, uji coba program, implementasi sistem dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini adalah metode TOPSIS dapat diterapkan pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan aplikasi visual basic net 2010. Hasil dari penerapan metode ini dalam aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan memperoleh hasil yang akurat sehingga dapat menentukan pemenang tender proyek pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Pendukung-Keputusan, Tender.ABSTRACT: This study aims to help determine the winner of a project tender at the Public Works Department by making a Decision Support System application using the TOPSIS method. This application is expected to simplify the process of selecting the winner of the project tender. This research will discuss the problems to be raised, namely creating and calculating variables in the TOPSIS method in the decision support system to determine the winner of the tender at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The time and place for data collection and research were carried out at the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office which addressed Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH No. 901 Bengkulu. This study uses the waterfall research method. Where this waterfall research method consists of system design, system analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. The results of this study are the TOPSIS method can be applied to the Decision Support System for selecting project tender winners at the Public Works Office of Bengkulu Province using the visual basic net 2010 application. CV. Gitani Creative Agency is a company engaged in the field of creative agency providing digital marketing service. Google Adwords is a platform used by the company to run this service. Keyword set selection is critical to the performance of ads. However, finding the right keyword set is not an easy task. The company needs to consider various criteria to get the optimal advertising results. Decision support system (DSS) is needed as an objective reference in the process of keyword set selection. The criteria for decision-making are click, impressions, cost, and avg. CPC.AHP method is used to compare the value of each criteria and then generate priority weights of each criteria. While TOPSIS method is used for alternative ranking. The combination of these methods aims to improve the performance of TOPSIS method.The result of this study shows that the combination of AHP and TOPSIS methods can be used to determine the best keyword set for ads. Based on the testing results, DSS can do alternative ranking correctly in accordance with the results of manual calculation and it is also flexible to the changes in criteria and alternatives.

The dormitory is one of the facilities provided with the aim of helping students to get a place to live because some of them come from distant places. The Trunojoyo Madura University dormitory has regulations that serve as a place for the process of character education, spiritual deepening, moral improvement. With these regulations, plus the boarding house is a conducive, economical, and strategic place to stay making many students interested in being able to live there. The problem is that each semester change is carried out by the selection of dorm residents and so far it is still done manually by way of discussion of each individual. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help the board by building a decision support system in determining residents who are still eligible to live in a dormitory and provide opportunities for other students to live in a dormitory. We develop systems based on mobile applications. TOPSIS method (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is implemented as a multi criteria decision making method with four main criteria including routine absence, non-routine absence, violation and notes. The final results of this decision support system are ranks and colors that indicate the status of boarding residents. Ranking starts from the top (1) to the bottom (216) accompanied by a status of green to red. The color status is divided into 3 namely green (safe), yellow (vulnerable), and red (issued). From 216 boarders we took 10 samples of dormitory data for testing. The results of trials with 10 data samples by applying the TOPSIS method obtained an accuracy of 90%.

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

Employee is a part of the company's most important asset in its efforts to maintain survival, growth, ability to compete and profit. At this time the process of assessment of employees in Jakarta Smart City is still in the form of manual and the decision only from one party only, so the process is still not accurate. So it takes the methods that must be able to replace that system. For that reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was created to determine the best employees in Jakarta Smart City. In the system implemented the method of Entropy and TOPSIS. Entropy method can be trusted in determining the weight of the criteria to be used. And TOPSIS method can quickly perform the ranking process. Criteria to be used are quality and quantity of work, obedience, cooperation, morale, and work discipline. The index of satisfaction level of respondents to the decision support system ranges from 70% -80%, meaning that the assessment of the system created gives results at a fairly good level. Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. Dengue Fever is a disease that often attacks the community. Sufferers of Dengue Fever are increasing every year. In this case natural treatments are still widely found drugs that can cure Dengue Fever and Typhoid Fever (tipes), to produce which medicinal plants are good, and examples according to Dengue Fever and Typhoid disease (typhus) still experience trouble. To overcome the selection of the right medicinal plants, a decision support system was created using Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Mamdani using Matlab system test aids. The method used in decision making is the fuzzy method. The method is because the fuzzy method can be used in making multi-criteria decisions and quite well in solving identification problems that require many criteria. On the results of testing existing data obtained data by comparison between data and processes in the matlab application, the valid level of application testing is 94.4%. Based on the results of the test carried out in this study, the Decision Support System is expected to help the community to determine the symptoms that arise so that it can be known about the fever between dengue fever and typhoid (typhus) so that the selection of medicinal plants is appropriate and can be used.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

AbstrakMemilih pemasok  yang  tepat atau vendor diantara pemasok  yang  ada  adalah  isu  penting  bagi  top manajemen. Proses penentuan vendor pada PT. Gema Graha Sarana dilakukan secara manual, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui presentasi dari setiap calon vendor. Setelah itu dilakukan rapat pimpinan untuk membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing vendor. Rapat pimpinan perusahaan menggunakan sistem votting sehingga cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang objektif dan tidak menutup kemungkinan penilaian dilakukan secara subjektif. Saat ini sudah berkembang pesat teknologi dalam segala bidang salah satunya teknologi dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah  pendekatan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode sistem pendukung keputusan salah satu nya dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan tahapan yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan pemetaan gap, melakukan pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total, dan perhitungan untuk menentukan perangkingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan vendor  yang cocok agar mampu menyediakan layanan jasa maintenance server dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga dari tahapan-tahapan tersebut diperoleh sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memilih vendor yang akan diajak kerja sama dalam melakukan pekerjaan maintenance server dan jaringan dengan memilih PT.
