The making of this android based ID card application aims to: 1) Provide convenience for the community in filling in the form of ID card without having to come to the office requesting form because it can be filled wherever they are using a smartphone; 2) Accelerate the process of service and making ID cards. The method used waterfall and programming used in the writing of this Final Project is based on android programming using mysql database for php script creation. In this application required internet or wifi facility of a mobile phone, which where the application can run if the application has been installed connected on the mobile phone in a network. From the discussion on the form of ID based on android can be concluded that: 1) With the application of this android ID based form, the process of inputting population data can be done quickly and efficiency without having to go to the office to fill out the ID; 2) With the application of this android ID based form, the service and making ID card (identity card) can be easier and faster; 3) Processing of population data on the application of this android ID based ID will facilitate the work process so as to improve the performance of the institution later; 4) Have built an Android based ID application form designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented using Eclipse for Android Application using PHP and MySQL programming language and for its database online in one network

<p>Tendance is a supporting aspect to provide satisfaction for the society. The issue of tendance is less than optimal and it makes the agency image unfavorable. It is sometimes not from the problems of agencies, but the problem is increasing of population. Regarding this matter, the government should be able to take advantage of current technology facilities to provide a service to be more optimal. For example the use of computer media to store the population data in computerized, without having to use media archives offline. Not only the use of computer media, but also can apply an information technology system as known as e-government. Regarding this the authors try to create and develop web-based applications to improve service to the society to optimize the performance of government agencies. The flow of the system process uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for the modeling process and the creation of applications that are described in the form of diagrams. In general the results made from this application are for making letters such as making domicile letters, business licenses, marriage delivery letters, death certificates, and crowd permits.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Country Office Tendance, E-Goverment, UML</p><p>Pelayanan merupakan suatu aspek pendukung untuk memberikan kepuasan bagi masyarakat. Isu yang terkadang mengenai pelayanan yang kurang optimal menjadikan citra instansi menjadi kurang baik. Hal tersebut terkadang bukan dari permasalahan instansi, akan tetapi timbul akibat semakin ramainya penduduk disuatu tempat sehingga data kependudukan menjadi banyak. Mengenai hal tersebut, pemerintah semestinya dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi saat ini untuk memberikan suatu pelayanan agar  lebih optimal. Contohnya penggunaan media komputer untuk menyimpan data penduduk secara terkomputerisasi, tanpa harus menggunakan media arsip secara offline. Tidak hanya sekedar memanfaatkan media komputer, tetapi juga dapat menerapkan suatu system teknologi informasi yang dikenal dengan istilah <em>e-government</em>. Mengenai hal tersebut penulis mencoba membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga mengoptimalkan kinerja dari instansi pemerintah. Alur proses sistem menggunakan UML <em>(Unified Modeling Language)</em> untuk proses pemodelan perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi yang digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram. The introduction of angklung music especially for deaf students is done by replacing numeric notes with various hand movements by the teacher. It takes two teachers to produce harmonious music with one teacher focusing on melody and the other teacher focusing on chords. However, hand movements are still limited to ordinary notes. The teacher's hand movements do not yet include the crescendo and decrescence notes. In addition, if one of the teachers is unable to attend, it cannot produce a harmonious music. To overcome this, multimedia-based angklung learning aids and android-based applications are made, where multimedia allows an angklung game to be carried out without the help of a trainer. In addition, created a partitur reading with the android application to enhance the students' ability to practice outside hours. But in these discussions only discuss the design of the android based angklung application used Unified Modeling Language  (UML) diagram.. The background of the problem of this final task is due to the developments in technology and mobile phone or smartphone and also operating system in smartphone itself, such as Android. This design aims to make a mobile learning system design of Human Digestive System for science class at XI grade of Senior High School with android based. It is preferably in the learning process of biology, where the material is memorization. In spite of that, the lack of media used often makes children feel bored in studying biology.This final project was designed with language modeling software with object-oriented programming method which uses a modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used was Java by using the Eclipse IDE. Trials have been conducted on the 2.2 emulator, while the implementation of the program is done on the Samsung Galaxy Young with Android 4.0.1. In general, the results that are displayed on the emulator and Young galaxy is not much different,but Android with a higher version has faster access speed . <p><em>Mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Manajemen Informatika jenjang D3 Politeknik Negeri Sambas memiliki kewajiban untuk lulus seminar proposal skripsi sebagai syarat untuk dapat mengikuti pembimbingan skripsi. Namun dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini terdapat kendala dalam kegiatan akademik mahasiswa, dimana terbatasnya kegiatan akademik yang bersifat tatap muka. Dikarenakan sangat pentingnya kegiatan akademik seperti proses seminar proposal yang harus tetap berjalan, maka dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi pengajuan proposal agar dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan akademik mulai dari pengajuan proposal skripsi, verifikasi proposal skripsi, informaasi jadwal seminar serta monitoring kegiatan proposal skripsi. Adapun metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi prototyping, serta UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai metode permodelan secara visual untuk perancangan sistem berorientasi objek. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi proposal skripsi berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan di jurusan Manajemen Informatika POLTESA sehingga dapat dijangkau seluruh civitas akademika dengan mudah pada periode tugas akhir serta dapat mempermudah pihak jurusan untuk mengolah pengajuan skripsi dan memonitoring mahasiswa yang sedang dalam tahap menempuh skripsi, dimana hasil penelitian ini sangat dibutuhkan disituasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong>— Proposal Skripsi, Covid-19, <em>prototyping</em>, UML (<em>Unified Modeling Language</em>) </p><p><em>Final year students of the Department of Information Management at D3 State Polytechnic of Sambas have the obligation to pass the thesis proposal seminar as a condition of being able to participate in thesis guidance. However, in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic there are obstacles in student academic activities, where face-to-face academic activities are limited. Due to the very importance of academic activities such as the proposal seminar process that must continue, this study aims to create a proposal submission information system so that it can be used for academic activities starting from submitting thesis proposals, verifying thesis proposals, informing seminar schedules and monitoring thesis proposal activities. The software development methodology used in this study uses the prototyping methodology, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a visual modeling method for object-oriented system design. The result of this research is a web-based thesis proposal information system that can be implemented in the Department of Information Management POLTESA so that it can be easily reached by the entire academic community in the final project period and can make it easier for the department to process thesis submissions and monitor students who are in the thesis stage. where the results of this research are needed in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong>— <em>Thesis proposal, </em><em>Covid-19, prototyping, UML (Unified Modeling Language)</em><em></em></p>

Proses pengolahan data penduduk serta pembuatan surat yang berjalan saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala yang terindentifikasi yakni kesulitan dalam mencari data karna masih tersimpan pada buku kependudukan penduduk dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mengajukan surat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu merancang serta membangun suatu Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Penduduk secara online. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah sistem dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan antar penduduk dan pengurus dalam pendataan penduduk serta permohonan dan pembuatan surat. Dalam membangun suatu sistem menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC dengan model Waterfall, untuk pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) serta perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini memakai bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) serta XAMPP sebagai koneksi kedalam database yaitu MySQL. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika penggunaan sistem informasi pelayanan penduduk secara online dapat membantu mempermudah pendataan penduduk dalam pengolahan data penduduk dan dalam pembuatan surat serta mengesahkan surat. The process of processing population data and making letters that are currently running, there are several identified obstacles, namely the difficulty in finding data because it is still stored in the population population book and requires a long time to submit a letter. The research objective is to design and build an online Citizen Service Information System. The benefit obtained from this research is that the system can facilitate the process of service between residents and administrators in population data collection and application and writing of letters. In building a system using the SDLC system development method with the Waterfall model, for system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the software used in building this system using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and XAMPP as a connection to the database, namely MySQL. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and literature methods. The results of this study indicate that the use of an online population service information system can help facilitate population data collection in population data processing and in making letters and validating letters.

Tomatoes ripen relatively quickly, so tomato farmers must be able to properly sort the tomatoes for distribution. Farmers typically sort the tomatoes by hand. Tomato farmers are generally experts at manually sorting tomatoes, but humans have many limitations, such as being tired and unfocused. Because these issues can lead to inconsistencies and inaccuracies in sorting, a tool is required to help with the process. As a result, it is necessary to create an Android application to aid in the sorting process. The reason for using Android as a platform is that it is a tool that a large number of people own. The LVQ algorithm is used as a learning algorithm to find the best model for tomato recognition. To build the model, the algorithm requires features. Colors with Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV) are used. The Personal eXtreme Programming (PXP) system development methodology was used to create applications that recognize the level of ripeness of tomatoes. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is the analytic tool of choice. The application was successfully developed on the Android platform based on the test results. The application's use results in an accuracy of 80%. Green and red tomatoes are the most well-known types of tomatoes. Turning tomatoes are difficult to identify because many of them are mistaken for green tomatoes.Keyword: Android; eXtreme Programming; HSV; Recognition; TomatoBuah tomat memiliki waktu kematangan relatif cepat, sehingga petani tomat harus dapat menyortir buah tomat dengan tepat yang akan didistribusikan. Pada umumnya petani menyortir buah tomat secara manual. Petani tomat juga pada umumnya sudah ahli dalam menyortir tomat secara manual, tetapi manusia memiliki banyak keterbatasan seperti lelah dan tidak fokus. Masalah tersebut dapat meyebabkan inkonsistensi dan ketidaktepatan dalam penyortirannya, sehingga dibutuhkan alat bantu untuk membantu proses peyortiran tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi Android yang dapat membantu proses penyortiran tersebut. Alasan penggunaan Android sebagai platform karena merupakan alat yang banyak dimiliki orang pada umumnya. Algoritme LVQ digunakan sebagai algoritme pembelajaran untuk mendapatkan model terbaik dalam mengenali buah tomat. Algoritme tersebut membutuhkan fitur untuk membangun modelnya. Fitur yang digunakan adalah warna Hue, Saturation, dan Value (HSV). Aplikasi pengenalan tingkat kematangan buah tomat dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem Personal eXtreme Programming (PXP). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi berhasil dikembangkan pada platform Android. Penggunaan aplikasi tersebut menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 80%. Tomat yang paling banyak dikenali adalah tomat Green dan Red. Tomat Turning cukup sulit dikenali, karena tomat tersebut cukup banyak yang dikenali sebagai tomat Green.Kata Kunci: Android; eXtreme Programming; HSV; Pengenalan; Tomat

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

Untuk memudahkan pengolahan data para pegawai, inputan data Cuti dan Absensi maupun izin sakit dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang nantinya dapat melakukan pengolahan data ,berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu di lakukan analisis sehinnga nantinya dapat diperoleh hasil dan kebutuhankebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk perangkat /system yang akan di bangun. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan cara menganalisis kebutuhan, pengguna dan fasilitas yang diperlukan oleh perangkat lunak yang di bangun benar-benar bermanfaat.berdasarkan hasil analisis permasalahan yang dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat rancangan suatu sistem perangkat lunak dengan melakukan analisis data menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain : wawancara dan observasi maupun studi pustaka, dengan menggunakan software UML (Unified Modeling Language).berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka penulis melakukan penelitian dan mengambil judul yang berkaitan dengan "Prototype Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Pegawai Di PT.Medikon Prima Laboratories".yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pengolahan data pegawai dan dapat menampilkan informasi akurat yang di butuhkan oleh pengguna di PT.Medikon prima laboratories.
