<p><em>Mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Manajemen Informatika jenjang D3 Politeknik Negeri Sambas memiliki kewajiban untuk lulus seminar proposal skripsi sebagai syarat untuk dapat mengikuti pembimbingan skripsi. Namun dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini terdapat kendala dalam kegiatan akademik mahasiswa, dimana terbatasnya kegiatan akademik yang bersifat tatap muka. Dikarenakan sangat pentingnya kegiatan akademik seperti proses seminar proposal yang harus tetap berjalan, maka dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi pengajuan proposal agar dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan akademik mulai dari pengajuan proposal skripsi, verifikasi proposal skripsi, informaasi jadwal seminar serta monitoring kegiatan proposal skripsi. Adapun metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi prototyping, serta UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai metode permodelan secara visual untuk perancangan sistem berorientasi objek. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi proposal skripsi berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan di jurusan Manajemen Informatika POLTESA sehingga dapat dijangkau seluruh civitas akademika dengan mudah pada periode tugas akhir serta dapat mempermudah pihak jurusan untuk mengolah pengajuan skripsi dan memonitoring mahasiswa yang sedang dalam tahap menempuh skripsi, dimana hasil penelitian ini sangat dibutuhkan disituasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong>— Proposal Skripsi, Covid-19, <em>prototyping</em>, UML (<em>Unified Modeling Language</em>) </p><p><em>Final year students of the Department of Information Management at D3 State Polytechnic of Sambas have the obligation to pass the thesis proposal seminar as a condition of being able to participate in thesis guidance. However, in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic there are obstacles in student academic activities, where face-to-face academic activities are limited. Due to the very importance of academic activities such as the proposal seminar process that must continue, this study aims to create a proposal submission information system so that it can be used for academic activities starting from submitting thesis proposals, verifying thesis proposals, informing seminar schedules and monitoring thesis proposal activities. The software development methodology used in this study uses the prototyping methodology, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a visual modeling method for object-oriented system design. The result of this research is a web-based thesis proposal information system that can be implemented in the Department of Information Management POLTESA so that it can be easily reached by the entire academic community in the final project period and can make it easier for the department to process thesis submissions and monitor students who are in the thesis stage. where the results of this research are needed in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong>— <em>Thesis proposal, </em><em>Covid-19, prototyping, UML (Unified Modeling Language)</em><em></em></p>

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. Kemudian membuat desain antarmuka untuk proses implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Dengan pembuatan sistem informasi inventaris,

Information systems built in the form of social media and the internet make us able to carry out various activities without having to meet face to face. Social media is currently the main attraction for people to communicate and find information quickly. This is a great opportunity for companies to reach and expand their market. With an information system built in the form of social media and the internet, all obstacles, both distance and high costs, can be suppressed and communication can be carried out effectively. So far, PT. Red Eye Utama conducts marketing through radio advertisements, newspapers / billboards, this is what causes problems, due to limited space and time, as well as high costs to carry out all these processes. The negotiation process between the company and the customer is one of the obstacles that affects the company's service to customers. Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

The article deals with the problem of searching and selecting information. Currently, this kind of problem is solved by using search information systems. The main stage of creating a search information system is the development of the project, which is carried out using the unified modeling language UML and the CASE tool Power Designer. When developing a system project using the UML modeling language, all available information about the designed system is represented as a set of graphical elements, in other words, graphical structures. Such constructions are called diagrams. They reflect the essence of the system and consider it from different sides and represent the processes that take place in it in different ways.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

Abstract - Knowledge management is needed right now, but many companies or institutions are constrained in conducting knowledge management because of the limitations of the information system. In Information Systems Study Program Universitas Terbuka still uses a manual system that uses Windows file explorer. This results in the difficulty of sharing information with outsiders. Therefore we need a web-based knowledge management information system design that can solve problems so far. The design model in this article uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, which is a structural model and techniques for modeling object-oriented program (OOP) design. The results of the design of knowledge management information systems are expected to be able to help develop software later. Keywords: information systems, knowledge management, Unified Modeling Language (UML).   Abstrak - Knowledge manajemen merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan saat ini, namun banyak perusahaan atau lembaga terkendala dalam melakukan knowledge manajemen karena keterbatasan sistem informasi. Di Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Terbuka masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu menggunakan windows file explorer. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge berbasis web yang bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan selama ini. Model perancangan pada artikel ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu model struktur dan teknik untuk pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP). <p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Dan sistem yang dikembangkan bisa membantu INBIS STIKI Indonesia dalam mengelola proses pendampingan tenan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Coaching Log, Inkubator Bisnis, Tenan, Pendamping</p>

Semarang City Public Works Department is an office or agency that carries out regional government affairs in the field of public works. In operational activities, this agency is heavily involved in correspondence activities handled by the Secretariat. However, the correspondence process still uses a manual system. So many obstacles are still experienced, such as not all letters are stored properly, there is an error in recording the number of letters, and there is no specific record of the number of letters in the form of reports. This research was conducted to create a correspondence information system that is archiving incoming and outgoing mail. This information system is created using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, namely: use case diagrams and class diagrams. Then make the design of the interface design for the process of implementation and system testing. It is hoped that the creation of a desktop-based correspondence information system can facilitate the management of mail data so that it is better maintained and organized, work processes are more effective and efficient and saves time and effort.
