This study aimed to analyze the influence of voluntary discloure on financial performance with cost of capital as an intervening variable. Voluntary disclosure is measured by an index, financial performance in proksikan with Return on Asset and cost of capital is proxied by the CAPM. The sample in this study are as many as 55 companies, and samples used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange. The statistical method used is regression analysis with path analysis. Based on the test results showed that the index Voluntary Disclosure affect corporate financial performance. Voluntary Disclosure Index was observed to have an influence on cost of capital. Cost of capital have an influence on the financial performance and cost of capital mediate the association of voluntary disclosure and financial performance.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Independent Comission er and manajerial ownership on financial performance with accounting conservatism as an intervening variable. Independent Comissioner is m easured by total Independent Comissioner divided by total Independent Board, manajerial ownership is measured by share owned by mana jemen divided by total outstanding share, financial performance is proxied with Return On Asset and accounting conservatism is proxied by the Book to Market Ratio. The sample in this study are as many as 174 companies, and samples u sed in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange during 2012-2016. The statistical method used is regression analysis with path analysis. The results show that better corporate governance, in terms of greater of independence commissioner and manajerial ownership shows to be a direct relation tofinancial performance. On the other hand , manajerial ownership lowered the financial performance via accounting conservatism. Howeever, in terms of greater independent commissioner does not lowered the financial performancce via accounting conservatism.

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Modal Intelektual (Intellectual Capital) terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif Perusahaan (Competitive Advantage), pengaruh Modal Intelektual (Intellectual Capital) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, dan pengaruh Modal Intelektual (Intellectual Capital) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan melalui Keunggulan Kompetitif (Competitive Advantage) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Efek Singapura dan terpilih sampel melalui purposive sampling yaitu 33 perusahaan dari LQ45 di Indonesia dan 26 perusahaan dari Strait Times Index di Singapura pada tahun 2014-2016. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji asumsi klasik untuk mengukur pengaruh variable terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di Indonesia dan di Singapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Modal Intelektual terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif, Modal Intelektual terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, dan Keunggulan Kompetitif mampu memediasi pengaruh Modal Intelektual terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada tahun 2014-2016.This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Competitive Advantage, the effect of Intellectual Capital on Corporate Financial Performance, and the effect of Intellectual Capital on Corporate Financial Performance through Competitive Advantage (Competitive Advantage) by using a quantitative descriptive approach. This study empirically investigated integrated reporting and corporate financial performance of listed insurance companies in Nigeria for the period 2010 to 2019. The study employed ex post facto and correlational research design. The sample size of the study consisted of insurance firms listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The data for the study was obtained from the published annual financial statements of the sampled insurance companies and descriptive statistics, diagnostic test, unit root test, was used for data analysis while multiple regression analysis for the test of hypotheses. The result from the regression analysis revealed that integrated reporting positively and significantly affects the corporate financial performance of listed insurance firms in Nigeria. Also the control variables of debt, liquidity, corporate size and risk suggested both negative and positive significant influence on corporate financial performance of listed insurance firms in Nigeria. The paper concluded that integrated reporting affects the corporate financial performance of listed insurance companies in Nigeria. Therefore, the paper recommends amongst others that the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) should make the adoption of integrated reporting compulsory across companies listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in a bid to improve the relationship between integrated reporting and financial performance of firms.

This research to analyze and evaluate intellectual capital on financial performance obtained by return on equity, asset turnover and growth in revenue. The population in this study are consumer goods companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was received by 21 companies obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application and uses the VAICTM method to measure intellectual capital. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on financial performance generated by return on equity, but intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on financial performance required by asset turnover and growth in revenue.

The research was carried out to find the influence of training material and methods of training toward workability. The study was conducted respectively from an employee of PD BPR Bantul Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is expected to be useful for stakeholders in seeing CSR disclosure in the company in testing and analyzing its effect on the company's financial performance and with the presence of anti-corruption exposure, whether it will strengthen the impact of CSR disclosure on the company's financial performance. The study population in this study were all mining companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with a total of 63 companies. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique that was calculated by the Slovin formula so that 54 samples were obtained for analysis. Linear Regression Analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis were chosen as the analysis technique used in this study. The results show that CSR disclosure does not affect the company's financial performance, and anti-corruption disclosure does not affect the relationship between the two.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on the Company's Financial Performance in the Kompas 100 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the analytical technique. The results of hypothesis testing (t-test) prove that Intellectual Capital influences the Company's Financial Performance. This means that the better the Intellectual Capital owned by the compass index company 100, the higher the company's financial performance. Keywords: Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Kompas 100 index yang terdaftar pada on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis yang digunakan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t-test) menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital yang semakin baik yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam index Kompas 100, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>The corporate financial performance is one of the measurement instrument whether the company is sustainable. This study aims to determine the effect of financial policy and public ownership on corporate financial performance with Independence of commissioners as a moderating variable in mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges. This research uses a quantitative research model using secondary data. The data in this study were processed by the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) method supported by the IBM SPSS and Microsoft Excel programs as support software with data analysis techniques in the form of a classic assumption test and R2 test, F test, and t test. The population in this study are companies that have reported annual reports consistently during the 2014-2017 period. This study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 19 companies in accordance with predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that financial policy proxied by debt policy (DER) has a significant and positive effect on corporate financial performance, public ownership has no significant effect on corporate financial performance, independence commissioners strengthen the relationship between financial policy on corporate financial performance and independence commissioners do not has a moderating role between the relationship between Public Ownership and corporate financial performance. This study uses data from mining sector companies, it is recommended for further research to use other sectors such as: Property &amp; Real Estate Sector, Manufacturing Sector, and others listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.</em> <em>The implications of this study for the company management, this research can provide input to the company to be able to choose and use an independent commissioner who fulfills expertise in the financial and business fields of his company in order to make a decision on his company's financial policy.</em></p><strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>Independence of Commissioners, Financial Policy, Public Ownership, Corporate Financial Performance</em>.
