This study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Delegation of the Authority of the Regent to the Camat (Study Service License to Build a Small-Scale Building in Kayan Hilir Sub-district, Malinau District). This research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique to be used is data analysis using an interactive model of analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of problematic financing that occurred in murabahah financing products and explain the procedure for solving problematic financing in murabahah financing products at PT. BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja with DSN-MUI Fatwa No: 48 / DSN-MUI / II / 2005 concerning the Rescheduling of Murabahah and Fatwa Bills for the National Sharia Board No: 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 About Rahn. To disclose the matter, researchers use a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with employees of BPRS Muamalat Harkat in the Finance section and customer service of BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja. Data is also obtained from brochures of BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja. The data analysis technique used was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study conclude that the problematic financing that occurred in murabahah financing products at BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja was caused by a decrease in the level of debitor income. The settlement of problematic financing cases conducted by BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja is in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Board No: 48 / DSN-MUI / II / 2005, and the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No: 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002.

he focus of this research is (1) the formof representative speech acts on the development of the spread of covid -19 in news on CNN Indonesia and (2) the function of representative speechacts on the development of the spread of covid -19 in the news on CNN Indonesia. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is news on the development of the spread of covid-19 on CNN Indonesia. The research instrument is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique in this study is an interactive model analysis technique. Based on the results of the data analysis of this study, the following findings were obtained. First, the form of representative speech acts developments Covid -19 Spreading the news on CNN Indonesia were found in this study include: speech acts statement, the speech act of demanding, speech act of acknowleding, speech acts of reporting, speech acts of showing, speech acts of saying, speech acts of provide testimony, and speech acts are speculative. Second, the function of representative speech acts on the Development of the Spread of Covid -19 in the News in Cnn Indonesia found in this study includes: the function of stating, the function of demanding, the function of acknowledging, the function of reporting, the function of showing, the function of saying, the function of giving testimony, and the function of speculating.

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This research aimed to construct the meaning of longing for the tradition of ngirup cuko pempek as a friendship communication for the people of Palembang in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This longing communication research is qualitative one. The object of research, namely the behaviour of longing for tradition ngirup cuko pempek. The research subjects are Palembang residents who often travel out of town. The research data used participated observation, interview and documents analysis obtained from informants. The data analysis technique used an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research showed, 1) Ngirup cuko is the local wisdom and eating culture of Palembang citizens; 2) The meaning on the longing philosophy on ngirup cuko pempek shows love for the traditions identity of the region, kinship and togetherness, the friendship, as well as typically Palembang culinary promotion.

The analysis of historical buildings Ngawen Temple has a purpose of knowing the history of Ngawen Temple and knowing the approach to the Ngawen Temple's geometry. This research type is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the historical building of Ngawen Temple. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation (observation) directly. The interview was done with the temple officers around the building, and the documentation was taken directly. The data analysis technique is done by analyzing the buildings related to the geometry, such as the building's shape on the Ngawen Temple. The results of this study were obtained; namely, Ngawen Temple set in Buddhism. The Ngawen Temple complex consists of 5 (five) temples that line the parallel from north to south. Temple building facing the east. From the south of Ngawen Temple I, II, III, IV, and V, each temple plans the square. One of Ngawen Temple's uniqueness is the existence of 4 lion statues in every corner of temple II and Candi IV. Another uniqueness is the temple's architecture, found in a lion's statue that supports the four sides of the temple building reconstructed from the five buildings. The lion statue's carved style resembles the lion symbol of Singapore's country and serves the rainwater that comes out through the statue's mouth. The Ngawen Temple's shape resembles the cuboid's geometry, the rectangular pyramidal frustum, and the rectangular pyramid

Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian berupa penggunaan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial sesuai dengan tingkatan yang sesuai dalam sebuah interaksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah dua contoh video pelayanan publik yang diperoleh dari situs youtube. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dan menggunakan alur pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan secara tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik mengarah pada (1) penggunaan kata dasar. (2) penggunaan vokal dalam sebuah kata. (3) penggunaan suku kata terakhir sebuah kata. dan (4)  penggunaan konsonan dalam sebuah kata.Katakunci: kolokial,  kuantitas,  maksim,  pelayananAbstract:This article will describe the maxim of quantity of colloquial use in public service centers. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data in this research is the use of maxim of quantity in colloquial use based on the appropriate level in an interaction. Sources of data in the study are two examples of public service videos obtained from the YouTube site. Data collection was conducted by using note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used the theory of Miles and Huberman and the flow of data collection, data reduction and conclusion. The results show that the representation of maxim of quantity in colloquial use in public service centers leads to (1) the use of basic words. (2) the use of vowels in a word. The field of meaning and components is one of the bases for understanding the meaning of a language. And this theory helps researchers uncover the meaning of the verb 'to purify' in Arabic. The verb 'to purify' was chosen because it has an essential meaning for Muslims. Even the Qur'an uses various lexemes for this verb by looking at its context, subject, and function because different lexemes carry different meanings and legal implications. Therefore, this study aims to describe the meaning field, analyze the meaning component, and explain the verbum component of the verb 'to purify' in Arabic. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected from the Qur'an, with selective reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model by Miles and Huberman, namely by collecting data from sources and sorting it then selecting it to produce findings of four purifying verbs, namely طَهَّرَ، قَدَّسَ، زَكَّى،, and سَبَّحَ. The following components of meaning are determined through the type of subject, object, characteristics of the object, and how it works and concluded that the verb 'to purify' is included in the category of state verb and process verb. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

This study aims to see the abundance of macrobenthos and those that dominate macrobenthos on the coast of Karang-Karangan village, Bua sub-district, Luwu district and also to see its diversity index. This research was conducted in September 2020 on the coast of Karang-Karangan, Bua District, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research that describes the existence of macrobenthos on the coast of Karang-Karangan. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data. The results of the research on the diversity of macrobenthos showed a low level of diversity, namely station I 0.57, station II 0.22 and station III 0.43.
