This study aims to see the abundance of macrobenthos and those that dominate macrobenthos on the coast of Karang-Karangan village, Bua sub-district, Luwu district and also to see its diversity index. This research was conducted in September 2020 on the coast of Karang-Karangan, Bua District, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research that describes the existence of macrobenthos on the coast of Karang-Karangan. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data. The results of the research on the diversity of macrobenthos showed a low level of diversity, namely station I 0.57, station II 0.22 and station III 0.43.

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

The background of the pedestrian in Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street which conditions are not comfortable for pedestrians to pass, so as to improve the comfort of the pedestrian, in this study try to understand street furniture needed for pedestrian comfort in pedestrians on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that men prefer to walk than women, the time when people decide to walk most choose when they go to exercise, the distance traveled by people when deciding to walk is 300-600 meters, street furniture is very much needed for pedestrian comfort in the pedestrian on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street are street lights, bins, seating, and public toilets. While pedestrians are needed enough are traffic signs, shelters, bollards, and road guardrail. Pedestrians need less is flower pots, fountains and warnings, and waste containers.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of interpersonal communication head of Human Resources Agency of Bengkulu Province. Research is designed as a qualitative research and uses descriptive data exposure. This data analysis technique is the step taken by researchers to interpret or provide meaning to the data that has been collected. The results of research In implementing interpersonal communication conducted by the head of the agency, it is seen that the effectiveness of communication is characterized by the openness in the implementation of activities, the attitude of supporting employees to improve performance, always trying to have a positive attitude towards all employees and equality in the execution of duties. This research is a type of descriptive research. This study aims to determine; 1) Interest in learning in volleyball games for students at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency, 2) Motivation for learning to play volleyball in students at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The population is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency. The sample used was grade VII students. L Sungguminasa 1 Public Middle School as many as 30 people. The technique of determining the sample is to use saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive frequency analysis. The results showed that: 1) Interest in learning in volleyball games at students of SMP Negeri I Sungguminasa Gowa Regency in the high category or at 74.44%, 2) Motivation of learning in volleyball games at SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa students in Gowa Regency in the high category or equal to 76.67%.

Nadzam is mazdzumat ilmiyah which is patterned speech that contains knowledge and normative. Changing the nadzam aims to make easier for someone to understand the knowledge and information that will be delivered. Nadzam is a literature which has high artistic value, there are beautifying elements. One of the nadzam which there are elemenys that make it beautiful is nadzamal-faraid al-bahiyah fi al-Qawaid al-Fiqhiyah creation by Sayyid Abi Bakar al-Ahdali Al-Yamani As-Syafii, that is  muhassinat lafdziyah and muhassinat maknawiyah. The purpose of this research is : 1) to know the various kinds of jinas that found in the nadzam “Al-Faraid Al-Bahiyah fi Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyah” creation by Sayyid Abi Bakar al-Ahdali Al-Yamani As-Syafii; and 2) to know the various kinds of poetry contained in the nadzam “Al-Faraid Al-Bahiyah fi Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyah” creation by Sayyid Abi Bakar al-Ahdali Al-Yamani As-Syafii. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. In collecting data, researchers used  reading and writing techniques. And for data analysis technique used by researchers in this research is by reducing data, presenting data, and conclusions. The result of this reseach are: 1) the various kinds of jinas contained in the nadzam “Al-Faraid Al-Bahiyah fi Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyah” creation by Sayyid Abi Bakar al-Ahdali Al-Yamani As-Syafii is just jinas ghairu tam, there are: jinas mudhari is on 15 stanzas, jinas lahiq is on 17 stanzas, jinas marduf is on 11 stanzas, jinas mukattaf is on 7 stanzas, jinas muzayyal is on 27 stanzas, jinas muharraf is on 3 stanzas, jinas maqlub ba’du is on 1 stanzas. And in the nadzam there is also mulahhaq bi al-jinas that is isytiqaq is on 41 stanzas and syibhul isytiqaq is on 2 stanzas; and 2) various kinds of sajak which are contained in the nadzam “Al-Faraid Al-Bahiyah fi Al-Qawaid Al-Fiqhiyah” creation by Sayyid Abi Bakar al-Ahdali Al-Yamani As-Syafii is saja’ murassa’ is on 5 stanzas, saja’ mutawazi is on 129 stanzas and saja’ mutharraf is on 290 stanzas.

This study aimed to describe and explain the types of onomatopoeia found in Raditya Dika’s novel Manusia Setengah Salmon. Onomatopoeia refers to a word whose phonetic structure mimics a natural sound to represent the sound or action of the object that produces it. Onomatopoeia behaves differently in comparison to other processes of word formation. Its meaning lies outside the language itself due to its nature which is adopted from the natural sound. The data analysis technique was used in this research with descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe and explain the data according to the theory proposed by Thomas (2004) who divides onomatopoeia into four groups based on the source of the sound: calls of animals, sounds of nature, sounds made by human, and sounds of other objects. Based on the result, the four types of onomatopoeia were found in the novel under research: human onomatopoeia, animal onomatopoeia, object onomatopoeia, and daily life onomatopoeia. From the word class, onomatopoeic words used in the novel consists of adverb, adjective, noun, and verb.

Abstract. This research is motivated by indications of funds that should be funded by government funds, but still taken from the community. This study aims to look at the level of effectiveness of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) in State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in Bandung City. The approach in this study uses quantitative, and descriptive research methods. The population in this study were all State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) throughout Bandung as many as 15 State Vocational High Schools (SMKN). This research is census research. So that all populations will be sampled. Data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. Furthermore, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the study state that the effectiveness of the school operational assistance fund (BOS) in state vocational high schools (SMKN) throughout Bandung is quite effective with a percentage of 88.67%. Keywords. effectiveness; school operational assistance fund AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya indikasi dana yang seharusnya didanai oleh dana pemerintah, tetapi masih diambil dari masyarakat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) se-kota Bandung sebanyak 15 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus. Sehingga semua populasi akan dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat efektivitas dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) di sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri (SMKN) se-kota Bandung tergolong cukup efektif dengan persentase 88.67%. Kata Kunci. efektivitas; dana bantuan operasional sekolah

This study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Delegation of the Authority of the Regent to the Camat (Study Service License to Build a Small-Scale Building in Kayan Hilir Sub-district, Malinau District). This research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique to be used is data analysis using an interactive model of analysis. The Impact

This research aimed to find out what the takmir's management of Namira mosque was and its impact on society based on maqashid Syariah perspective. It based on the phenomenon that happened in the research object. The research object was the Namira mosque, which is located in Jotosanur village, Lamongan. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. After interviewing, the results of the research were analyzed by using descriptive data analysis technique. The result of the research showed that how much the operational funds were that takmir of Namira mosque needed, and it was not very often that lack of funds was covered by the family foundation of Namira mosque. Then, the impact caused by the implementation of Rupiah zero-balance that the funds were used to donate to the activities taking place in the Namira mosque has been fulfilled based on maqashid Syariah.Keywords: Infaq, Mosque, Welfare, Maqashid Syariah.
