This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

This study aimed to describe and explain the types of onomatopoeia found in Raditya Dika’s novel Manusia Setengah Salmon. Onomatopoeia refers to a word whose phonetic structure mimics a natural sound to represent the sound or action of the object that produces it. Onomatopoeia behaves differently in comparison to other processes of word formation. Its meaning lies outside the language itself due to its nature which is adopted from the natural sound. The data analysis technique was used in this research with descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe and explain the data according to the theory proposed by Thomas (2004) who divides onomatopoeia into four groups based on the source of the sound: calls of animals, sounds of nature, sounds made by human, and sounds of other objects. Based on the result, the four types of onomatopoeia were found in the novel under research: human onomatopoeia, animal onomatopoeia, object onomatopoeia, and daily life onomatopoeia. From the word class, onomatopoeic words used in the novel consists of adverb, adjective, noun, and verb.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur tahun 2017-2020, (2) hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur, dan (3) cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur tahun 2017-2020 yaitu tahun 2017 (85.62%), 2018 (87.32%), 2019 (75.99%), dan 2020 (68.76%). (2) Hambatan yang dialami dalam merealisasikan kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran wajib pajak, dan tingkat pendapatan wajib pajak. (3) Cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasikan kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan adalah dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi kepada wajib pajak, dan dengan memeriksa tarif pajak. Kata Kunci: kepatuhan wajib PBB, hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan pembayaran PBB, dan cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan pembayaran PBB ANALYSIS OF COMPLIANCE WITH EARTH AND BUILDING TAXPAYERSRURAL AND URBAN (PBB P2) In TUTUR DISTRICT ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the compliance of land and building taxpayers in Tutur District 2017-2020, (2) obstacles in realizing land and building taxpayer compliance in Tutur District, and (3) how to overcome obstacles in realizing taxpayer compliance. land and buildings in Tutur District. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data were collected by means of documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) Compliance with land and building taxpayers in Tutur District 2017-2020, namely 2017 (58.44%), 2018 (54.23%), 2019 (49.22%), and 2020 (32.04%). (2) The obstacles experienced in realizing the compliance of land and building taxpayers in Tutur District are the lack of understanding and awareness of taxpayers and the level of income of taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to identify tourism products in terms of 4A to support the needs of digital nomadic tourists in traveling and how are the perceptions of digital nomadic tourists towards Canggu Village, Bali. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Identification of tourism products based on 4A, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and additional services. Nomad digital tourists make Canggu Village a base camp because all the supporting components for digital tourism activities are available. This study aims to determine the accounting treatment of murabahah financing transactions, mudharabah financing, and musyarakah financing and to assess the suitability of accounting treatment for murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah financing with PSAK 102, PSAK 105, and PSAK 106 seen from the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research object used is BMT Batik Mataram. The data collection techniques used are interviews and document review. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by analyzing the suitability of murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah financing transactions at BMT Batik Mataram with PSAK. Based on the study results, it is concluded that the accounting practices for murabahah, mudharabah and musyarakah financing transactions at BMT Batik Mataram are generally in accordance with PSAK 102, PSAK 105, and PSAK 106. However, BMT Batik Mataram is still not fully following PSAK No. 102 since it still imposes fines when there is a delay in instalments.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan buku petunjuk pratikum pada pokok bahasan gelombang dan bunyi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R & D). Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 2 Model Mataram Kelas XI. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari 10 langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku petunjuk pratikum. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to develop a pratikum manual on the subject of waves and sounds to improve student motivation. This research uses research and development (R & D) method. As subject in this research is student MAN 2 Model Mataram Class XI. The development model used is Dick & Carey which consists of 10 steps that must be followed to produce the product in the form of manual pratikum. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to measure student's learning motivation.

The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe aqidah, (2) describe worship, and (3) describe morals in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The method in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data source in this study is the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. This novel was published by BanyuwangiNaa Publisher in 2018. The collection technique in this research is the text observation technique and the data analysis technique used is interpretive descriptive technique. Based on the research results obtained: Religious values ​​associated with aqidah namely, (a) faith in God, (b) faith in books. (c) faith in the Rasul, and (d) faith in qada and qadar. Religious values ​​related to worship are, (a) public worship, such as helping in the family (b) special worship. Religious values ​​related to morals, namely, (a) morals towards God. (b) the morals of both parents. (c) morals towards oneself (d) morals towards family and relatives. (e) morals towards the community
