 This study examines the influence of: 1)  organizational culture on the organizational commitment of private Vocational high School (SMK) teachers in Serang; 2) interpersonal communication on the commitment of the organization of private SMK teachers in Serang; 3)  organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the organization's commitment of private SMK teachers in Serang; 4) organizational culture on the performance of private SMK teachers in Serang; 5)  interpersonal communication on the performance of private SMK teachers in Serang; 6) organizational commitment to the performance of private SMK teachers in Serang; and 7) the influence of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment to the performance of private SMK teachers in Serang. The study used a survey research with 92 sample research. Data were taken by using questionnaire and analyzed using structure equation model (SEM). The results are as follows. First, organizational culture and interpersonal communication individually and together positively and significantly influence the teacher's commitment to private SMK organization in Serang. Second, organizational culture, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment have positive and significant influence both individually and collectively on the performance of private SMK teachers in Serang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. Implikasinya adalah adanya kebutuhan untuk Kepala Sekolah atau pemimpin lainnya dalam mengambil tindakan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kinerja guru, budaya organisasi, motivasi ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND MOTIVATION AS PREDICTORS OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLThe purpose of this study was to analyze influence organizational culture and motivation to teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the Fixed Model or Theoretical Model of Organizational Commitment that can describe the structure of the causal relationship between exogenous variables with endogenous variables Organizational Commitment of Head of Vocational School in Medan City. This research was conducted in 2019 with a total sample of 106 using Kreijcie tables. Data were analyzed by path analysis after meeting the analysis requirements tet, namely the Normality and Linerity test. The research findings indicate Organizational Commitment of Had of Vocational High School are directly affected by organizational culture, academic supervision knowledge, and job satisfaction. Thus, a theoretical model or fixed model was found that illustrates the structure of the causal relationship between organizational culture variables, academic supervision knowledge, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of head of vocational high schools in Medan City. To increase the head’s organizational commitment, organizational culture, knowledge of academic supervision, and job satisfaction must be included in the strategic planning of human resource development at the Vocational High School in Medan City, but still consider other variables that influence further organizational commitment research.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance as a result of the gap of previous research results (research gap) and differences of focus on organizational culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Koperasi Desa Adat Kerobokan Kuta Utara Badung with population and research sample of all employees as many as 60 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of research shows that (1) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence Employee Performance, (3) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction (4) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant on Employee Performance, (5) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The implications of this research that Job Satisfaction and Performance can be applied with respect to Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. Employee performance is increasing, job satisfaction is increasing and it can all be improved by taking into account Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment.

This study aimed to empirically prove the influence of the number and education level of managers, supervisory boards, Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) and the attendance of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) members (owners) in annual member meeting towards on profitability (ROA and ROE), and social performance (zakat performance). The research sample was BMT in Semarang Regency selected by purposive sampling method with an observation period from 2013 to 2017. Data analysis used the Structure Equation Model with the WarpPLS tool. The results showed that the number and education level of managers did not influence financial performance. The education level of the supervisory board had a significant influence on financial and social performance. The number and the education level of SSB changed financial performance, but the education level of SSB did not affect social performance. The Attendance of BMT members at the annual member meeting did not have a significant influence on BMT's financial and social performance improvement. These results indicated the minimal role of members in evaluating BMT performance, both profitability and social performance.

This study examined the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and performance of midwives in the Mataram City Public Hospital. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of midwives, to know the significance of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to know the mediating role of variable organizational commitment in midwives in Mataram City Hospital. The study population was 72 midwives in charge of the RSUD Kota Mataram. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of midwives, while job satisfaction did not significantly affect performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. For the influence of mediation on organizational commitment, there is a full mediating role in the influence of job satisfaction on midwife performance, while the influence of organizational culture on the performance of midwives is found to have a partial mediation effect.Keywords:Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Midwife Performance.

Organizational culture fulfills the most important functions in order to reach organization goals. At the same time, the existence of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment has been determined by many academic studies in the past. With this study, suggestions were presented to the organizers of the health sectors which should have strong organization structure. In the introduction part of the chapter, there is a brief description of what the purpose of working is, how it is to be done, and in which context it will be completed. Organizational culture in the first part and organizational commitment in the second part are discussed literally. Then the findings obtained based on the research data were included, and the study with the conclusion and suggestion was completed.
