Problem. Currently a steady growth of mini-excavator market is observed in Ukraine. Due to the compactness and versatility in exploitation mini-excavators are used for carrying out building, municipal, road and other types of works. However, in modern conditions there is a problem of the reasonable choice of a mini-excavator using the criteria of necessary functionality and economic efficiency. This problem can be solved only on the basis of analysis of the data array on machine samples available on the market using modern information technology. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency for the process of choosing a mini-excavator by developing a multi-criteria choosing model, which will reduce the time of scientifically grounded selection. Methodology. Utility theory methods and multi-criteria decision-making methods are used to select mini-excavators according to many functional and cost criteria. The results obtained. The main parameters of mini-excavators that impact their choice are considered. A model for choosing a mini-excavator based on many functional and cost criteria and limitations has been developed. The model developed belongs to the problems of multi-criteria linear discrete programming with Boolean variables. Practical value. The use of the developed model for choosing a mini-excavator based on many functional and cost criteria will allow to make a scientifically grounded choice.

There was a discrepancy found between the practice of identification of the soldiers who went missing in action during the Great Patriotic War and also the reburied ones and the possibilities of automated processing of the war and post-war archive documents using modern information technology. Using the practical application of the mix of technologies of the databases, geographic information systems and the Internet as an example there is a possibility demonstrated to establish the destiny of a soldier who was considered missing in action. As far as the GIS technologies are concerned the methods of forming the atlas of rastre electronic maps and vector maps with the data from the archive sources have been the most significant. The atlas of raster electronic maps of the Great Patriotic War period for the Kalinin Battle Front and the 30th army which was formed in the process of research has been registered in Rospatent in the form of database. The functionality of the research was provided by applying various programming means

Grass-root Agro-technique extension plays an important role to the development of “Three Rural Issues”, modern information technology can promote the work of Agro-technique extension. This paper mainly introduce the things what we have done in order to promote the service and management work of Agro-technique extension. Through the establishment of information platform and distribution information equipments, provide the direct service to agro-technique promoters, agriculture experts and some agro-technique extension managers, achieving better service to the small holders and improving the agro-technique extension management finally. After a long time of hard work, we gain some experience and lessons that will be shared with you.

Extensive road construction works were recently undertaken in the remote eastern part of the Peruvian Cordillera Blanca, aiming at better connecting isolated mountain communities with regional administrative centres. In the Río Lucma catchment, approximately 47 km of roads were constructed between 2015 and 2018, triggering several landslides that affected an approximate area of 32 ha. We identified and characterised these landslides by combining field mapping, visual interpretation and semi-automated analysis of satellite imagery (PlanetScope and RapidEye-2), and analysis of rainfall data from two stations of the Servicio Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología del Perú (SENAMHI). We investigated in detail three specific areas of interest, where we identified, delineated, and described 56 landslides. We classified the landslides in relation to their position to the road as: landslides downslope the roads (48.2%), complex landslides crossing the roads (46.4 %), and landslides onto the road (5.3%). According to the type of movement, we found that the slide-type movement (60.7%) prevails over the flow-type movement (39.3%). Timewise, we found that 75% of landslides were observed on satellite imagery simultaneously with road construction work, while the remaining 25% were identified between one week and seven months after the roads had been constructed. We analysed lagged cumulative rainfall data against the occurrence of these subsequent landslides, determining that a two-week rainfall accumulation can act as triggering factor of landslides after road construction work. In general, 51% of the landslides were observed during the wet season (November to April) while 41.1% occurred during El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) strong cool phase or “La Niña” period. We observed that the majority of mapped landslides were directly (e.g., landslides resulting from slope undercutting) or indirectly associated with road constructions (e.g., rainfall-induced landslides resulting from a combination of extreme precipitation over slopes with decreased stability) and that the road constructions also may set preconditions for subsequent rainfall-triggered landslides.

The present scientific paper outlines in today’s contemporary world - where everything is as it seems at first glance, subordinated to the economy, technology and politics are essentially ruled by ethics, value attitudes, which in that or otherwise find embodiment for purposes activities. After all, the question of goals, intentions is the question about values. The paper underlines that modern information technology has sharpened the problem of the values of the human spirit and choice further path of our world civilization. Everyone remembers the 20th century with its socio-cultural contradictions. And the scale of the achievements, and the scale of destruction committed by people in the twentieth century, incomparable with any other times in its history. The present paper emphasizes that if we want to keep human moral values in the information sphere, then is the technology itself sufficient for this, creating suitable programs forcing save them? Of course, working in networks and not consider off-grid the laws impossible. The paper concludes that what will this process lead to, hard to say. One thing is clear now: interacting with a digital computer, we inevitably become different. Society becomes others. And to regret it is nostalgia for past, it is sweet - meaningless. Like us modern peace or not - but this is reality life, and of them desirable proceed if we want to impact on construction our future

The rapid development of modern information technology facilitates the reform and innovation of college teaching. A series of technologies, including webpage addition technology, can meet the requirement of aerobics and other shape-related teaching for animation display. Thus, webpage addition technology is a new viewpoint in the education modernization process. The combination of webpage addition technology and Aerobics courses will provide help for Aerobics teaching. Starting from teaching features and the website learning status of Aerobics courses, this paper carried out an application design for webpage addition design. Then, an Aerobics course served as an experimental course. The control experiment method was applied to explore the application practice of webpage addition technology in the control experiment. Furthermore, this paper conducted contrastive analysis on the teaching effect difference with and without webpage addition technology, and drew some conclusions, in the hope of offering reference for combining webpage addition technology with Aerobics courses.
