Background: Nurses in charge of the Emergency Room are required to have more ability than nurses serving patients in other units. Emergency Room is an initial service in a hospital. One's leadership style will greatly affect the effectiveness of a leader. The selection of the right leadership style can lead to the achievement of individual or organizational goals. Objective: To know the various leadership style used by the head of room in improving the performance of nurses of Emergency Room RSUD in in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Method: This research includes quantitative research type, using cross sectional approach. The population of this study was the head of the treatment room. Secondary data of nurse's performance is taken from nursing care which is written in medical record file of Emergency Room of RSUD in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Results: The performance of nurses at Emergency Room RSUD A in the good category was 100%. The performance of nurses at Emergency Room RSUD B in the enough category was 45%. The performance of nurses at Emergency Room C in good category was 80%. The performance of nurses at Emergency Room RSUD D in good category was 55%. The performance of nurses at RSUD E in the good category was 95%. The result of cross tabulation between leadership style and nurse performance of RSUD in the whole DIY with good performance is leader who use democratic leadership style equal to 35%. Conclusion: Most of the nurse's good performance in Emergency Room is followed by democratic leadership style of head of space.  Keyword: leadership style, head of space, performance of nurses

The study investigated the relationionship between parenting behaviors and academic achievement. The objective of the study was to inquire the functions of parenting on academic achievement. The study was conducted in Tulu Yombo Junior School, Oromia regional state, Ethiopia. The study was conducted from January 2018 up to September 2018. The study employed a cross-sectional research design. The population of the study was 200 students of grade 7 and 8. Subsequently, 50(25%) samples were selected using stratified random sampling. The study was a pure quantitative research type. For this reason, it used a survey questionnaire which is close-ended to identify the styles of parenting the parents of the students employed. The questions were prepared to be responded in “Likert Scales”. On the other hand, record scores of academic achievement were used as secondary data. The data were analyzed and interpreted using One-way ANOVA and Honestly Significance Difference (HSD) statistical test. The result of the study revealed that children of Authoritative (democratic) parents scored (x̅ =80.75) significantly higher in their academic achievement than did children from Non-authoritative. However, no substantial difference was observed in the academic achievement of students from authoritarian (x̅ =61.3), indulgent (x̅ =53.8) and neglectful parents (x̅ =52.4).

AbstractBased on a report by the Directorate General of Pollution and Environmental Damage Control of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), in 2015 nearly 68 percent or the majority of the quality of cistern water in 33 provinces in Indonesia was in a heavily polluted status. The main source of river pollutants is domestic or household waste. Human behavior is the biggest cause of environmental damage. The purpose of this study is to link knowledge with people's behavior in disposing household waste in the Sago River. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The independent variable in this study is people's knowledge in disposing household waste. The population in this study were all housewives who lived in the area around the Sago river, as many as 974 people. The samples in this study were 284 people and the sampling technique was Stratified Random Sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. Primary data obtained through questionnaires and observations while secondary data from Sukaramai Kelurahan Pekanbaru data. Data analysis used chi square test with a = 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and the behavior of disposing garbage with a value a<0,05. This research would be used for further research, namely to make the right program in handling garbage in the Sago River in Pekanbaru. Keyword: Knowledge, Behavior, Trash, River

Abstract: This research type is quantitative research with Cross Sectional Study approach. This study used secondary data of JKN participants who came both in outpatient and inpatient at Bantul Regency Hospital. Data analysis using paired t-test paired test and Analysis of variance (Anova). Research data were taken in 7 hospitals. The number of visits before and after the policy came into effect indicates a statistically significant difference. Satisfaction after the policy was enacted showed no statistically significant difference between 2015 and 2016. The number of post-policy visits enacted showed no statistically significant difference between the types of FKRT. In an organization, leadership in an organization exists from a long time ago to the present, and leadership is a very important thing. A leader must use the right style to lead the organization he leads. The leader must also have good ethics in leading the organization and use appropriate strategies, so that organizational goals can be achieved. The purpose of this paper is to find out how much influence of leadership style, ethics and strategy what is used by an organization leader in a military institution that is Navy at Tanjung Priok Command Military Traffic (Kolinlamil) Jakarta, to be able to achieve organizational goals under leadership of Rear Admiral Agung Prasetiawan, M.AP. Kolinlamil is the main command in coaching and operations, which in the field of guidance of Kolinlamil is directly under the head a navy staff (Kasal), while the field of operations is directly under the Commander of the Indonesian Military (TNI). Kolinlamil is a military institution whose main task is to shift military or civilian forces from one area to another based on existing rules and orders.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the right training for employees of BKKBN Representative Office in Lampung province based on the results of the training needs analysis. Research methodology: This research was a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 336 Family Planning Instructors (PKB) in Lampung Province. The data were collected through questionnaire instruments. Results: The results of training needs analysis for PKB showed that the obstacles in carrying out the duties mostly came from the internal factors which are related to personal tasks and competencies. The training required by PKB is training related to reproductive health, advocacy skills, and utilization of technology, article making and scientific papers, problem solving techniques, and effective communication. Limitations: For further research, it is recommended that researchers conduct organizational analysis and using varied data collection methods. Contribution: The results of this study can be a reference for BKKBN Lampung Province in conducting appropriate training for family planning counsellor (PKB) so that the effectiveness and productivity of the organization increases. AbstractInappropriate use of antibiotics has resulted in antibiotic resistance. One of the phenomena that supports this phenomenon is the lack of knowledge about patient compliance in the use of antibiotics. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the use of penicillin antibiotics in patients with ARI in the Outpatient Installation at the Kesesi Health Center in 2021. Analytic research method with cross sectional approach with quantitative research type with non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. a sample of 136 adult respondents diagnosed with ARI with antibiotic therapy. Data collection by questionnaire. Correlation data using Spearman Rho test. The results showed that the data was not significant between the use of antibiotics and adherence to taking medication with a P value of 0.286 (<0.05). The results of high antibiotic consumption compliance with sufficient knowledge results are expected for respondents and pharmaceutical staff to improve communication, information and education (KIE) to respondents who receive antibiotic prescriptions.Keywords: Penicillin Antibiotics, ARI, Compliance, Knowledge, Public Health Center AbstrakPenggunaan antibiotik yang tidak tepat telah mengakibatkan terjadinya resistensi terhadap antibiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan dalam penggunaan antibiotik penisilin pada pasien ISPA Instalasi Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Kesesi Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian analytic dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling menggunakan cara purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 136 responden dewasa yang terdiagnosa ISPA dengan terapi antibiotik. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Data korelasi menggunakan uji spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukan data tidak signifikan antara penggunaan antibiotic dengan kepatuhan konsumsi minum obat dengan nilai P value 0,286 (<0,05). Hasil kepatuhan konsumsi antibiotik yang tinggi dengan hasil pengtahuan yang cukup diharapkan kepada responden dan tenaga kefarmasian harus ditingkatkan mengenai komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi (KIE) kepada responden yang menerima resep antibiotik.Kata kunci: Antibiotik Penisilin; ISPA; kepatuhan; pengetahuan; puskesmas

Transformation and charismatic leadership styles have the upper hand in leadership of change to suit the current technological business environment. In view of this, directors of organizations are always putting in every effort and stretching every sinew to go above its limit to make sure the organization is sustained and satisfy shareholders’ interest. As one of their responsibilities, they need to appoint management with the requisite talents and skills to achieve expected results, and accomplish organizational goals.

The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.
