Background:In Indonesia birth control by injection is the main choice for family planning acceptors  (BKKBN, 2015). The highest percentage of new family planning participants in Central Java in 2016 was injection contraception of 5.4% (Health Profile of Central Java Province, 2016). Active KB participants in Magelang Regency in 2015 used the most non-long-term contraception method type injections, by 50.5%. (Magelang District Health Profile, 2015). Objective:Analyzing factors that influence the accuracy of DMPA injection KB acceptors based on reasoned action theory in PMB Dhiaulhaq Magelang Regency, with variable attitudes, subjective norm, intentions and behavior. Methods:Analytic survey research using a cross sectional approach. The population  were all DMPA injection KB acceptors,  sampling technique uses a case group and a control group that is fixied diseases sampling. Results:Perception directly affects the norm with a p value of 0.007. Norm directly affects attitude with a p value of 0.007. Attitude directly influences intention with a p value of <0.001. Intention directly affects the accuracy / usage with a p value of 0.012. Conclusion:The intention directly influences the behavior of the accuracy of visits in the use of DMPA injection KB. Perception of control has an indirect effect through subjectifve norms, attitudes, and intentions.

Background: Patient with Diabetes ulcer/gangrene require a long period of treatment so that various nursing problems can arise including physical, psychological, social and spiritual problems related to the patient's response to the  illness. Research conducted by Sofiana, et al (2012) of hospitalized patients with diabetic ulcers at Arifin Ahmad Hospital in Pekan Baru shows the results that more than 50% of patients experience psychosocial problems including low self-esteem, negative body image, negative self-concept, self-ideal irrelevant and high stress levels. Referring to the philosophy of nursing where nursing believes that humans and humanity are the central point of every health care effort and that human is a whole and unique creature of God Almighty that consist of  bio-psycho-socio-spiritual and cultural aspects. Therefore, to be able to carry out their lives, human needs must be met in a balanced way that includes bio-psycho-socio-spiritual and cultural. Objective:The purpose of this study was to identify comprehensive nursing problems in nursing assessment by  the Gordon Functional Health Pattern Model in Diabetic ulcer / gangrene patients. Methods: This is a quantitative descriptive research with survey for the design. 20 Diabetic patient with ulkus or gangrene recruited as the sample though total sampling technique. Results:Based on research conducted on 20 diabetic ulcer / gangrene patients in the medical nursing ward of Budi Asih Regional Hospital found that nursing problems in each of Gordon's functional health patterns can be identified. Conclusion: .Nursing assessment with Gordon's pattern is able to identify the patient's nursing problems comprehensively in the biopsychososiospiritual aspects

Background: Pneumonia is a disease that is a problem of high morbidity and mortality in children under 5 years of age. The incidence of pneumonia in Indonesia increased by 2.0% in 2018, Yogyakarta area the incidence of pneumonia by 26.61% in 2017. Parents are an important target for their children's health. The importance of knowledge and motivation to reduce the incidence of pneumonia in children. Objective: Knowing the relationship of knowledge with parents' motivation in providing Hib, PCV and Measles vaccines to prevent under five pneumonia in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Yogyakarta City. Method: This research uses descriptive quantitative design with cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out with a purposive sampling technique of 60 respondents. Retrieval of data using knowledge and motivation questionnaires and analyzed using the Gamma test. Result: Knowledge with parental motivation in preventing toddler pneumonia in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta obtained a level of parental knowledge of 66.7% in the good category and parental motivation of 76.7% in the high category. Gamma test results obtained p-value of 0.010 with a correlation coefficient of 0.587. Conclusions: There is a significant correlation between knowledge and parents' motivation in giving Hib, PCV and Measles vaccines to prevent under five pneumonia in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta City with moderate relationship closeness.

Background: : The behavior of hygiene during menstruation period is crucial to be conducted by women as it aims to maintain self-cleanliness and self-health both physically and mentally. Women having low personal hygiene behavior consider that cleanliness is trivial.  Objective: It aims to find out the influence of health education through video toward the adolescent’s knowledge level on personal hygiene during menstruation period.  Methods: This research applied pre-experimental research method with one group pretest-posttest design. There were 125 female students already having menstruation selected as the respondents, the sample collection technique used stratified random sampling. The data analysis used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: The adolescent’s knowledge level of female students on personal hygiene during menstruation period before given health education was categorized in low category. Meanwhile, the adolescent’s knowledge level of female students on personal hygiene after given health education was categorized in good category. Hence, there is an influence of health education on the adolescent’s knowledge level on personal hygiene during menstruation period in SMP N 1 Gamping. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education toward the adolescent’s knowledge level on personal hygiene during menstruation period in SMP N 1 Gamping.

Background: Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in outpatient services at the Ngaliyan Community Health Center reads the standard time to serve old patients ie 5 minutes while patients are only 7 minutes. Based on the initial survey of 10 outpatients in the Ngaliyan Health Center divided into 5 old patients and 5 new patients, it was found that on average the officers served the old patients ie 18 minutes 17 seconds and the new patients were 18 minutes 32 seconds.  Objective: This study aims to analyze the service quality minimum (SPM) of TPPRJ inpatient registration at the Ngaliyan Health Center Semarang City. Methods: This study used an observational analytic research design with cross-sectional approach at Ngaliyan Public Health Center Semarang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with total sample are 20 respondents. Analysis data using univariate with percentage. Result: The results showed that in 1st stage average time service old patients is 6 minutes 13 seconds and new patients is 12 minutes 6 seconds. In 2nd stage average time service old patients is 11 minutes 3 seconds and new patients is 12 minutes 6 seconds. Conclusion: SPM service quality of inpatients registration influenced by inpatient waiting time.

Background: One of the health development in Indonesia in the period of 2015-2019 was focused on reducing the stunting of under-fives. One of the government's tasks to overcome stunting is to oversee the growth and development of infants. This task reaches the level of basic health services, namely Posyandu which is carried out by trained cadres. Objective: to determine the effect of providing health education to the knowledge and behavior of Posyandu cadres in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers in Sukoharjo Methods: This type of research uses Quasi Experiment. The population in this study were all Posyandu cadres in Sukoharjo Village. The population is 120 cadres. Sampling technique with total sampling. The questionnaire used in this study used a closed questionnaire. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Results: Most respondents have sufficient behavior as much as 96 respondents (80%), whereas after being given health education there is an increase in the good category of 96 people (80%). If seen from the Wilcoxon rank test, a p-value of 0,000 <0.05 is obtained, meaning that there are differences in behavior among respondents after being given health education. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education on knowledge and behavior in monitoring growth and development in the village of Sukoharjo

Background: Adolescents have an unstable nature, want to try new things, if family conditions are not harmonious it is feared that these young people try new things dangerous ones, such as smoking, using drugs, and more worrying, becoming drug dealers. Objective: to determine the level of understanding of the dangers of drugs and cigarettes in juveniles in the Wonogiri II Health Center area in March 2019. Methods: The population was class VII and VIII male students in the three schools totaling 586, this study was a random sampling technique, a Cross-Sectional study through questionnaires. Validity test uses the product moment correlation formula. Reliability test using Alpa Cronbach formula.  Results: Research Results respondents who had tried smoking 184 people (66.7%), 97 respondents had a very low understanding of smoking (35.1%), understanding of drugs was very low 119 people (43.1%), while high understanding was only 3 respondent (1.1%).  Conclusion: Most students in the Wonogiri II Community Health Center work area smoke a lot and have a low level of understanding of the dangers of smoking and drugs, so counseling is needed regarding the dangers of smoking and drugs so that students' behavior away from cigarettes and drugs.

Background: Fracture is a break of tissue continuity caused by trauma or physical exertion. Surgery or operative action is a management of fracture that can cause anxiety. One of therapy to reduce anxiety can use deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce tension especially preoperative moment. Objective: To determine effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on anxiety level of  femur fracture preoperative patient in Karima Utama Surgical Hospital. Method: The type of research used quantitative research with a Quasi Experiment with Pre Test and Post Test Nonequivalent Control Group design. Sampling technique used Accidental Sampling as many as 30 respondents. Analysis data used Mann-Whitney test with  confidence level of 95%. Result: Obtained P-value = 0.000 means there is a significant effect on the administration of deep breathing relaxation techniques on the anxiety level of femur fracture preoperative patients. Conclusion: There was a significant effect on the administration of deep breathing relaxation techniques on the anxiety level of femur fracture preoperative patients in the Karima Utama Surgical Hospital.

Background: Chronic disease often cause patients feeling anxious in which it give negative consequences on their physical, emotional, social, intelectual and spiritual condition. Nurse can applay complementary therapy such as healing gardens to reduce patient anxiety level. Healing gardens can give comfortable situation, therfore it can improve relaxtation and reduce stress that can make hospitalization shorter. Some researres, results show that healing gardens can improve relaxtation and reduce patients anxiety who are sick. Objective: To identify the relationship between healing gardens toward reducing chronic patients anxiety level in one of Private Hospital in Yogyakarta. Methods: Research design which was done was observation. Population in this research were all chronical hospitalized patient in in one of Private Hospital in Yogyakartaa from August to October 2015. Total sample in this research were 30 respondens who are choosed randomly. Results: The test result of data analysis on the difference of before and after experiencing healing gardens showed p value 0.000 (p value < 0.05), means that healing gardens can reduce chronical panients anxiety level. Conculsion: Healing gardens can reduce anxiety level in chronic illnes patients. Hospital should applay healing gardens toward chronical patients in order to reduce patient anxiety level.

Background: Young adulthood is a stage of human psychosocial development where individuals begin to accept and assume heavier responsibilities. At this stage of age, intimate relationships begin to be explored and experienced development, this is in line with the reproductive period that starts perfect. Intimacy is how individuals are able to foster intimate / close relationships and love with others. Objective: The purpose of this study is to get a description of the psychosocial development of nursing students in the Surabaya area using an intimacy questionnaire. Methods: The research method used was descriptive analysis by taking a sample of 50 nursing students from 5 nursing institutions in Surabaya so that the total sample was 250. Results: The results in this study that discuss the psychososisal development in young adults obtained the results of most of the psychososisal development is less than optimal with 83 respondents (33.2%) because of the age factor that produces greater than 19 years. Conclusion: So the need for activities that can support psychosocial development in students, especially in supporting the development of intimacy so that the development of intimacy in students can be optimal. Activities that can be carried out such as sharing activities between students and lecturers so that lecturers can help students in fulfilling their development tasks, and students need to play an active role in training themselves to improve the development of intimacy in themselves.
