The Role of The School Committee on Infrastructure Management at Public Alementary School

The school committee is a partner of the principal who has a role as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a supervisor, and as a mediator. All of these roles cannot stand alone but have a relationship between one role and another. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The purpose of the article is to find out activities related to the objectives of the research. The subjects in this study were school committees, principals, teachers, and students' guardians. The results of the article are that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at the Karang Jaya 1 public elementary school is generally adequate, although there is still a shortage of supporting media such as projectors, the teaching and learning process is still not available.

Humanistic Approach in Supervision and Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education

Supervision and evaluation of Islamic Religious Education teachers are still experiencing obstacles so that supervision is less effective. One of them is caused by the low level of cooperativeness of teachers in the supervision process due to teachers feeling more senior and less communicative. So it needs the right approach so that the monitoring process runs effectively. This study aims to analyze the humanistic approach in the supervision and evaluation of PAI teachers at SMP Pangandaran Regency. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. For data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using miles and hubarman model. As well as the validity test using the credibility test with the triangulation method. The results showed that the supervision and evaluation by supervisors of PAI teachers in Pangandaran district junior high schools was carried out by: 1) Observing performance through academic supervision 2) Intensive guidance 3) Personal and group coaching 4) Development, direction to improve performance and career development 5 ) The assessment is submitted in the form of an academic supervision report. Supervision with a humanistic approach is carried out by adhering to three principles: 1) Opportunity, providing opportunities for improvement, 2) self evaluation, identifying deficiencies and exploring self-potential so as to improve teacher performance. 3) Upgrading, directing and facilitating teachers to improve competence and understand the development of information and technology.

Management of Learning for Children with Special Needs an Early Age

This article aims to describe the concept and implementation of the management of learning for children of early age with special needs. Organizing by placing the supervising teacher or special teacher who has competence in the handling of the CREW in accordance with the division of the group of children's learning. Issues and Management of Islamic Education in a Global Context

The issue of Islamic education management governance in global education is the main objective of this secondary data review. We cannot describe the data that we collect directly. We analyze it using various approaches, such as sharp evaluation coding and drawing conclusions that can answer the essence of the problems of this book review. Finally, we can conclude that based on the findings and discussion data, among others, issues relating to the governance of Islamic religious education still leave problems and challenges, including the difficulty of achieving quality education due to issues of teacher resources that are still low in the mastery of technology that is still lacking. Straightforward access to education is still unequal, and issues related to leadership and school leadership in general education and the Islamic religion. We hope that these results will be a meaningful input in developing studies related to issues and governance of education management that will be held in the future.

Learning Multimedia Management Strategy at Home During Learning from Home

The extraordinary development of technology followed by changes in human life in all fields also impacts the behavior of technology users and consumer behavior than multimedia, all of which have accelerated changes both in terms of multimedia transformation and in the form of business models that use multimedia. This study will discuss how multimedia strategies and their sustainable governance will impact distance learning that has been practiced so far as part of the effort to respond, namely learning from home. Because the impact of this media is quite significant, the parties, including parents who have to guide their children's learning, must also get a good understanding of how their strategy is to manage multimedia management for their children's learning considering that today multimedia technology has become like food that must be adequately served, really not contaminated with viruses or other toxins. PAUD Teacher Strategies in Supporting Learning in The Covid-19 Pandemic Period

The existence of COVID-19 which still hit Indonesia until in November 2020 had a negative impact on education in Indonesia, especially early childhood education. This makes learning, which was a face-to-face system, must be changed to distance education. In order for learning to continue optimally, of course, the teacher must be able to apply different learning strategies. In the pandemic era, schools implement online learning strategies, including at the Playgroup level. Online learning for children, of course, presents its challenges for the teachers. This study aims to investigate online learning strategies at the playgroup level. Play is also a means for children to channel their great energy and discover new things that were previously unknown in a fun way. And this is certainly different from learning that is understood by adults with all the rules and demands at the end. Playing (while learning) in early childhood has a purpose that adults may not realize, where when a child plays, in fact he is developing the potential that exists within him to become a solid initial capital for himself in the future when facing problems in life. This paper is expected to provide references and education to parents and early childhood teachers in particular to be able to understand the world of early childhood, one of which is by understanding the nature of play and the meaning of play for early childhood. This is obtained by exploring various sources from several literatures from the results of research and thought where the results can be used for early childhood parents and teachers to be more precise in assisting and designing learning for early childhood so that the pearl of early childhood learning, namely playing while learning can be achieved.

Merger of Private Universities: Empirical Study STAI Become FAI of Muhammadiyah University Bandung

The number of private universities in Indonesia is more than universities in the most populous country in the world, but it is not accompanied by good quality. This research is an empirical study with a descriptive, qualitative research approach. Technical data collection through documents, and observations of the process of unification of STAI and Muhammadiyah University. The unification of these two institutions is in one foundation, namely Muhammadiyah. In this merger process, the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religion are involved. The Chairperson of the Association of Indonesian Private Universities strongly supports the merging of two or more universities to reduce the number, facilitate coaching, and improve the quality of higher education. The first merger process was carried out by the Ministry of Education and Culture after the filing and visitation procedures were completed in writing and the visit of the LLDIKTI chairman followed by submission to DIKTIS (Directorate of Islamic Higher Education). This article aims to prove empirically about the implementation of the Ministry of Education and Culture's policies and the Decree of the Directorate of Islamic Higher Education regarding the merger of two or more universities, 2) information that the merging process of PTKAI and PTU is not easy.

The Implementation of Human Resource Management in Improving the Quality of Teacher’s Learning

This article aims to describe the application of human resource management in improving the quality of teacher learning. The research used a qualitative approach, while the type of research was survey/field research. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the collected data will be analyzed with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that a) The application of human resource management in improving the quality of teacher learning: (1) Planning for Human Resource Needs (2) Procurement of Human Resources/Recruitment Staff. (3) Assessment of Work Performance and Compensation of Human Resources. (4) Human Resources Training and Development. (5) Creating and Fostering Effective Work Relationships. b) Supporting factors are support from student guardians, students, and school principals, leadership, human resources, facilities, culture. Inhibiting Factors are limited learning time, Less optimal education and teacher training development, Quality communication. c) The results of improving the quality of teacher learning through the application of human resource management are evidenced by the completeness and quality of teaching tools owned by teachers of SMK N 2 Jepara which include: RPP, journals, student attendance lists, question analysis, enrichment programs, and assessment instrument. So that each student has a Study Result Card, Value Transcript (report card), Portfolio, and Competency Certificate

Implementation of Teacher Career Development in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri

This study describes how to implement teacher career development at MAN Batu Bara. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the Career Development Planning of teachers at MAN Batu Bara, (2) To determine the implementation of the Teacher Career Development Program at MAN Batu Bara, (3) To determine the Evaluation of Teacher Career Development at MAN Batu Bara. The approach in this study was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Checking or checking the validity of the data used the techniques of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this study revealed three findings, namely: (1) Planning for teacher career development at MAN Batu Bara carried out by madrasas, namely by planning for proposing the names of teachers who will be promoted to rank or class. Meanwhile, what is done by teachers is by preparing certain conditions for promotion to the rank of class, (2) The implementation of career development at MAN Batu Bara is by compiling a proposal file for promotion compiled by the teacher and recommended by the head of the Madrasa, as well as through examination of files by the head of the Madrasah. supervisor of physical documents and components of credit score assessment for teachers, (3) Evaluation of teacher career development at MAN Batu Bara conducts a self-evaluation by looking at the success of students in subjects and is also carried out by the head of the madrasa every year which is called the employee work target (SKP).
