The rationale of this study was to analyze and prove the training effect on the performance of the Civil Service through job satisfaction variables. Type of research is included in explanatory research. The population is all employees of Transmigration and Manpower Office of Bulungan Regency about 55 persons. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents. The sampling technique performed by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique used a path analysis approach. The findings showed that training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In step 1, training is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. In step 2 when training and job satisfaction are regressed together to predict employee performance, training remains significant. Thus job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance.

Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance. Implications-The results of this study suggest that managers put forward a democratic and supportive style to improve employee job satisfaction through providing opportunities to subordinates to provide ideas/suggestions in various decisions taken by the company, Keywords: performance, satisfaction, leadership style

Persaingan yang semakin ketat menyebabkan organisasi mampu meningkatkan daya saing serta berani meng-hadapi tantangan dan implikasinya yaitu menghadapi perubahan-perubahan dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja  terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh Komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan  kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui interview dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Camba berjumlah sebanyak 57 orang pegawai, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel meng-gunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisisi jalur (Path analisis), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi berarti semakin puas pegawai dalam bekerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, artinya semakin baik penataan lingkungan kerja maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin meningkat. (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai, (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin baik penataan lingkungan kerja maka akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin pegawai merasa puas maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja. (6) Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (7) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Increasingly tighter competition causes the organization to increase its competitiveness and dare to face challenges and its implications, such as facing changes in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, work environment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment, and work environment on performance through job satisfaction. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were 57 employees of Camba District Office, while the sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the organizational commit-ment, the more satisfied employees are at work. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better the arrangement of the work environment, the more job satisfaction will increase. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that higher organizational commitment will affect employee performance improvement, (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that better arrangement of the work environment will encourage the increase of employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that more satisfied employees will have an effect on improving their performance. (6) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. (7) Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

<p>Training and development of employees and job satisfaction of employees are two crucial components for the performance of employee. In this study the influence of training and development on employee performance through job satisfaction is studied. 115 questionnaires were distributed among employees i.e. executives and managers of Telecom companies in Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra of which 105 were returned. Convenience sampling technique was used for data collection. The response rate was 91%. The finding of our study showed positive impact of training and development and job satisfaction with employee performance. Training and development will lead to higher job satisfaction level in employees and they will fulfill their duties with a great deal of responsibility with best performance.</p>

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

Efforts to improve the quality of a hospital should consider how job satisfaction of medical personnel, which will later have an impact on medical personnel performance. There are various ways that will be taken to improve performance, for example by providing appropriate compensation and improving quality of work environment conditions. Then job satisfaction is expected to increase and have a good impact on medical personnel performance at a hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction with employee performance at Prambanan Regional Hospital. This study used four variables namely compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and performance. The population in this study was employees who worked at Prambanan Regional Hospital, amounting to 300 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a research sample of 150 people. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The result shows that there is a positive an significant effect between the compensation on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee job satisfaction; there is a positive and significant effect between the compensation on the employee performance; there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on the employee performance; there is no effect of the job satisfaction on the employee performance;  satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on the employee job satisfaction at Prambanan Regional Hospital.

The performance of the employee produces the quantity and quality that the employee gains on the actual behavior shown in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. Problems that occurred at the Office of Regional Finance Agency of West Sumatra Province is the issue of leadership to employees who neglect in work, in the employee's work is not timely completion of tasks given by the leadership example in the manufacture of letters not on time and delay in work. Population in this research is civil servant at Regional Finance Board of West Sumatera Province. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents, the study was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from respondents and analyzed by simple linear regression, t test, test of test, and path analysis test. The result of the research shows that compensation has an effect on employee performance positively and significantly. Compensation affects job satisfaction positively and significantly, job satisfaction on employee performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect directly to employee's compensation and performance. This means that high job satisfaction in accordance with compensation will bring high performance employees at the Regional Finance Agency of West Sumatra Province.

One important factor in sustaining the company's existence in advancing quality and performance management is the mastery of capabilities possessed by human resources and the clarity of career development. A clean and healthy company is certainly due to good employee performance. Employee performance will improve if employees are given the training to improve their abilities and also a clear career development program. This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study is individual employees of academic civities. The population in this study is all employees of academic civities which amounted to 63 employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that training and career development both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance.

In today era of knowledge economy where organizations excel due to its human capital in order to provide quality product and service. The human capital can only be effective if organizations provide effective trainings to its employees regularly and need basis. Such training leads to not only over all organization’s development but it affects the job satisfaction and performance of employees. The research purposes are to know about the title of the research which is conducted about Plastic Industry of Hayatabad, District Peshawar. A total of 184 middle and lower managers were selected for the study through proportionate stratification sampling technique. Five point Likert scales, adopted and used by several researchers, were utilized for the research study. The results of study found that employee’s training has a major significant impact on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results also revealed that training has a positive correlation among the two variables. The research study recommended several recommendations such as provision of on the job and of the job trainings through systematic training program, establishment of a training center, linking trainings with the strategic plan of the firms.
