In today era of knowledge economy where organizations excel due to its human capital in order to provide quality product and service. The human capital can only be effective if organizations provide effective trainings to its employees regularly and need basis. Such training leads to not only over all organization’s development but it affects the job satisfaction and performance of employees. The research purposes are to know about the title of the research which is conducted about Plastic Industry of Hayatabad, District Peshawar. A total of 184 middle and lower managers were selected for the study through proportionate stratification sampling technique. Five point Likert scales, adopted and used by several researchers, were utilized for the research study. The results of study found that employee’s training has a major significant impact on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results also revealed that training has a positive correlation among the two variables. The research study recommended several recommendations such as provision of on the job and of the job trainings through systematic training program, establishment of a training center, linking trainings with the strategic plan of the firms.

The performance of the employee produces the quantity and quality that the employee gains on the actual behavior shown in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. Problems that occurred at the Office of Regional Finance Agency of West Sumatra Province is the issue of leadership to employees who neglect in work, in the employee's work is not timely completion of tasks given by the leadership example in the manufacture of letters not on time and delay in work. Population in this research is civil servant at Regional Finance Board of West Sumatera Province. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents, the study was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from respondents and analyzed by simple linear regression, t test, test of test, and path analysis test. The result of the research shows that compensation has an effect on employee performance positively and significantly. Compensation affects job satisfaction positively and significantly, job satisfaction on employee performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect directly to employee's compensation and performance. This means that high job satisfaction in accordance with compensation will bring high performance employees at the Regional Finance Agency of West Sumatra Province.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 52 permanent lecturers at the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Furthermore, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Then the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using path analysis. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects of compensation, job satisfaction and performance variables. The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effect shows that the compensation variable has no effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

 Abstract: The intense competition in the business world, especially cooperative financial institutions, is intended to have a value to be able to achieve the goals of the organization and be able to face competition in a fast-paced and digital era. The role of human resources that is owned greatly determines the direction and goals of institutions because humans are the driving force of the speed of the business so that good performance is needed to achieve goals rather than institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The population in this study were all KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The number of samples used was 45 people where the sampling technique used was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The results of the research obtained from the SEM PLS analysis were that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.  Abstrak: Pesatnya persaingan dunia usaha khususnya lebaga keuangan Koperasi, dituntuk agar memiliki suatu value untuk mampu mencapai tujuan dari organisasai dan mampu menghadapi persaingan di era yang serba cepat dan digital. This study is aimed at finding out the effect of competence and environmental management system on the employee performance at Regional Company Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Surakarta and the effect of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of competence and management system on the employee performance at Regional Company Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Surakarta. This research is a survey research conducted at Regional Company Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Surakarta. The population is the study is all employees of Regional Company Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Surakarta totaling 104 employees. The sample in this study is the same as population. The sampling technique used is census where all members of the population are used as a sample. The results showed that the competence and the environmental management system have a significant effect on employee performance at Regional Company Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Surakarta and the job satisfaction can improve the effect of competence and performance management system on employee performance at Regional Company Taman Satwa Taru Jurug Surakarta.

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles mediated by job satisfaction on performance. The study used a quantitative approach to testing between variables; the sample used in this study was 60 respondents at PT. Cendana Teknika Utama resulted from the dissemination of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used is  saturated sampling. Analyze data using Smart-PLS. The results showed that transformational leadership harmed job satisfaction, transactional leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had no positive effect on performance. The results of the variable's influence on job satisfaction mediation on transformational and transactional leadership are different. Job satisfaction does not become a mediation variable for the influence of transformational leadership on performance. Nevertheless, job satisfaction becomes a mediation variable between transactional leadership influence and performance. The limitation of this study is that the number of respondents is too few. Several respondents in several companies expected to add to improve the generalization of the study results of the next study.

The rationale of this study was to analyze and prove the training effect on the performance of the Civil Service through job satisfaction variables. Type of research is included in explanatory research. The population is all employees of Transmigration and Manpower Office of Bulungan Regency about 55 persons. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents. The sampling technique performed by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique used a path analysis approach. The findings showed that training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In step 1, training is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. In step 2 when training and job satisfaction are regressed together to predict employee performance, training remains significant. Thus job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of training on employee performance.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. <p>Training and development of employees and job satisfaction of employees are two crucial components for the performance of employee. In this study the influence of training and development on employee performance through job satisfaction is studied. 115 questionnaires were distributed among employees i.e. executives and managers of Telecom companies in Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra of which 105 were returned. Convenience sampling technique was used for data collection. The response rate was 91%. The finding of our study showed positive impact of training and development and job satisfaction with employee performance. Training and development will lead to higher job satisfaction level in employees and they will fulfill their duties with a great deal of responsibility with best performance.</p>

Changes in business environment lead various companies to continue to strive to improve their business strategies in order to survive and have a competitive advantage. The peak changes occurred with the coming of business era in the era of information and science. In this era, business strategies that are considered suitable, among others, the application of human resource development system based on human capital and company management based on corporate values and good corporate governance (GCG). PTPN VII as state-owned enterprise in agribusiness has tried to implement the system. This study aimed to examine the relationship between human capital, corporate values ​​and GCG and their relation to the performances of the employees and the company. The population of this research as many as 400 people consisted of the employees of PTPN VII head office, but the number of the samples set  was 120 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with quota sampling technique. The methods of processing and analyzing the data was structural equation modeling analysis-partial least squares (SEM-PLS),  and the data processing used software smartPLS. The results indicated that the implementation of human capital by the company contributed positively to the increase of the employee performance. The implementation and internalization of corporate values ​​to the employees positively contributed to the improvement of the employee performance. The increased employee performance  played a positive role in improving the company performance. The implementation of corporate governance principles could improve the performance of the company, but did not play a great role in improving employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.
