Marketing management is an activity that is planned and organized including the distribution of goods, pricing and monitoring of policies that have been made which aim to gain a place in the market so that the objectives of marketing can be achieved. Online marketing media in the digital era seems to be the prima donna of solving solutions, therefore business actor’s flock to take advantage of online marketing media as a driving force for the wheels of their business. The type of research used in this study was quantitative research. In this study, data processing and analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component-based or variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The data analysis in this research is the Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing. This research results that the price has an effect on Brand Image. Product Quality has an effect on Brand Image. Service Quality affects Brand Image. Price affects Promotion. Product Quality affects Promotion. Quality of Service affects Promotion. Promotion affects Brand Image. Promotion moderates the relationship between Price and Brand Image. Promotion moderates the relationship between Product Quality and Brand Image. Promotion can moderate the relationship between service quality and brand image.

The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship of service quality on agents’ satisfaction, service quality on agents’ loyalty, and satisfaction on loyalty when they used the insurance portal XYZNet as a digital tools provided by PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia for their agents’ to increase market share in retail business in Indonesia. Where the portal was facing the challenge of the low number of usage. This study used a quantitative approach, involved 100 respondents which have minimum five times using this portal as samples. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with the help of SmartPLS version 3.2.8 software. The results indicated that service quality positively influenced agents’ satisfaction, satisfaction also positively influenced agents’ loyalty. However service quality did not significantly influenced agents’ loyalty. The finding also indicated that satisfaction was a significant variable that mediated the relationship between service quality and loyalty. The study gives positive impact to the future researchers to do similar study. Furthermore, the finding could help PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia and insurance company in general to improve their service quality.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of electronic word of mouth in the relationship between tourism products and service quality on the decision to visit tourists to Pangandaran Beach. This research is explanatory research, and the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 95 visitors to Pangandaran beach, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, the results indicate that service quality and tourism products have a significant positive effect on visiting decisions. However, electronic word of mouth does not mediate the relationship between service quality and tourism products on tourists visiting decisions.

The population of this research is all employees of PT. Hadeka Primantara which amounted to 91 people. The research method in this research is the quantitative research method by using the computer program Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This thesis uses quantitative research through survey methods, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed significant influence on Leadership on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. There is no significant influence on Motivation on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.095 ≤ 1.96. There is no significant effect of Leadership on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.677 ≤ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organization Culture on Quality of Service with the value of T Statistics 2,402 ≤ 1.96. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi. (2) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi. (3) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. (4)Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.(5) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadeka Primantara yang berjumlah 91 orang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program komputer Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Tesis ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode survey, wawancara dan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. As time goes by, restaurant businesses increase significantly in such a way that they encourage businessmen to be aware of improving the competitive advantages to compete tightly. The purpose of this study is to determine whether service quality, competitive prices, and product quality have positive and significant influences on customer satisfaction in the KYF Restaurant, Tangerang, Indonesia. In this study, the data were collected by using the questionnaires. The method used in this study was the survey method. The population in this study refered to the customers of the KYF Restaurant. The samples in this study consisted of 100 respondents and convenience sampling was chosen. The statistical analysis that was used in this study was the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) with the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.2.6 software. The research results have shown that service quality, prices, and product quality indicate positive and significant influences on customer satisfaction in the KYF Restaurant.

This study analyzes the relationship between service quality on brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty in the higher education sector. This study used a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire to collect the data from 185 students at the Distance Learning Program Unit Universitas Terbuka Jayapura registered in 2014-2018. It also employed the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the data with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that service quality positively and significantly affected the brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, while the brand image has no significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract: The availability of consumable water is a basic human right. The State Water Supply Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada is the only government institution in charge in providing and managing drinking water facilities and infrastructure in Surabaya. PDAM Surya Sembada provides free fountain drinking (KASM) as their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that located in various strategic public places in the city including in Surabaya Zoo (KBS). However, there has never been any analysis on the product and service quality of the KASM in KBS. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the effect of product and service quality of the KASM in KBS on user satisfaction and loyalty using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Results of path coefficient analysis show that product quality affects user satisfaction, but it has no effect on user loyalty. Service quality affects user satisfaction and loyalty. User satisfaction affects user loyalty. It can be concluded that user satisfaction is affected by product and service quality, while user loyalty is affected by service quality and user satisfaction. Gojek online is a partner for two-wheeled drivers who can contribute 8.2 trillion per year to the Indonesian economy. This study is to analyzes the factors that influence online motorcycle taxi customer satisfaction in Banyuwangi. This research is a type of explanatory quantitative research with causal prediction measuring the strength of the relationship between variables. The population in this study is application users (consumers) who have received online motorcycle taxi services in 2021 in Banyuwangi. The sample is 100 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. The hypothesis was processed using Structural Equation Modeling Path Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and trust. Trust has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction with trust moderation. This research is to improve the service quality of online motorcycle taxi partners.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand image in mediating the effect of product quality on repurchase intention. The number of samples is 105 respondents.. The sampling method was determined by a purposive sampling method based on certain considerations, namely, the education level of at least high school / equivalent, had bought Samsung smartphone products, found out information about Samsung smartphone products, and lived in the city of Denpasar. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using SEM (Structural equation modeling) data analysis based on component or variance, namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of data analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, brand image is able to mediate the effect of product quality on repurchase intention.

The aims of this research was to determine the effect of service quality with customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction as a mediator between the relationship of service quality with customer loyalty. This research was collected data from 100 respondents who were customers who visited the Tourism Village in Badung Regency. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with partial least square approach. The results indicate an insignificant direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Significant direct influence on service quality with customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. Furthermore, the results show an indirect effect between service quality and customer loyalty, which is mediated by customer satisfaction. The findings was empirically indicate that service quality has a negative effect on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a full mediating effect, customer satisfaction is important explaining the quality of service to drive customer loyalty. Based on the results it can be concluded that this research offers empirical evidence of the relationship of service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This research makes a theoretical contribution to clarifying the high level of service quality increasing customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
