This study aims to determine the effect of the application of good school governance on the effectiveness of the management of elementary school operational assistance. The method used is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The sample used saturated samples by showing all treasurers of primary school operational assistance as many as 48 people, data collected by questionnaire techniques while data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance, transparency had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance, while accountability separately did not have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance but together participation, transparency and accountability have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of managing school operational assistance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aims to find out the role of work ethics, organizational culture, and work discipline on Employee Performance at PT Balai Lelang Bali in Denpasar. This research is included in the associative causality research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bali Lelang Bali with 37 people. Because the total population is 37 people, all of them become respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Ethics on Employee Performance, then there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, then there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance, finally there is a positive and significant influence. Between Work Ethics, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Bali Lelang Bali in Denpasar.

This study aims to look at the Effect of Competence, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. ALNS Anglo Eastern Indonesia in Jakarta. The study population was 161 employees. The research sample was taken by census. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using correlation and multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis show that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive effect on performance with a regression coefficient constant value of 39.781.Based on the results of calculations with the SPSS version 21 program, it was found that the R2 results were 0.549 or 54.9%, this means that 54.9% of the variables in employee performance were influenced by competence, compensation and motivation, while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by variables other. The results of the analysis also show that statistically, competency factors, compensation and motivation of the three variables in this study simultaneously and partially have an influence on the high and low performance of PT. ALNS Jakarta.Based on the results of this study, it turns out that competency factors, compensation and motivation can shape performance in the PT. Jakarta ALNS is good so that it can achieve the goals of organizational success effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of this study is to (1) know how much influence the product quality of tourisism  against  the decision of visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City, (2) Analyze how much influence the decision against tourists behavior after visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City. In this study, the factors which are considered to affect the decision of visiting are tourist attractions, transportation, accommodation, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The population of this research is the community that resides in the town of Jambi. Unit sample 100 people representing various respondents among groups of people. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with test tool SPSS.
