The purpose for this research is to test audit tenure, auditor  size, audit specialization industry, and audit capacity stress to earning management manufacture industry listed in the BEI in 2010-2015. In this research, we use leverage, firms size, and ROA as Control variable.  This study population was manufacture industry listed in the BEI in 2010-2015. This population use criteria population by 703 annual reports manufacture industy. The sampling used in this study a sensus method. Source of data is secondary data, obtained from annual reports of manufacture industry in BEI. This study used multiple regretion analysis to analysis data with the help of the program Partial Last Square (PLS). The results obtained in this study is audit tenure, and audit capacity stress has a positive effect on earning management manufacture industry. Auditor size, and audit specialization industry has a negative effect on earning management manufacture industry. For control variable, the results obtained is leverage, firms size, and ROA has a positive effect on earning management manufacture industry. The results provide more informed basis for investors to be more selective in investing their funds. To reduce earnings management practices in companies should principals switched auditors periodically or less than 3 years, and using scale big four auditors, and has specialized audit industry. Keyword : audit tenure, auditor size, audit specialization industry, audit capacity stress, earnins management

This study aims to analyze and provides empirical evidence about the effect of whistleblowing system and audit committee meetings on numbers of fraud on finance companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Periode 2013-2017. The data used in this research are secondary data taken from annual reports of finance companies that have a whistleblowing system report, audit committee meetings and a complete number of fraud in the period of 2013-2017. The regression model used in this research is multiple aggression analysis. Data processing in this research was carried out using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 25. The results of this reseach indicate that the whistleblowing system has a positive effect on the number of frauds, while the audit committee meeting has a negative effect on the number of frauds on financial services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017.

This study aims to determine how the influence of financial development on economic growth in Indonesia. Financial development indicators are M2 money supply, bank assets, private credit and trade openness. Where inflation and trade openness as a control variable and economic growth as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2005 quarter 1 to 2018 quarter 4 which were collected through documentation and related agencies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and error correction models. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the money supply M2 has a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia; (2) Bank assets have a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia; (3) Private credit has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia; (4)) trade openness has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

<p><em>This study used one research model to obtain empirical evidence about the effedts of audit quality and debt covenant on earning management with firm size as moderation variable. Variables used in this research model are audit quality, debt covenant, firm size and earnings management.</em></p><p><em>Sampel on this research is manufacture company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia for period 2012 – 2015. Based on purposive sampling, sampel that used for this research is 71 company with four year period, so there ar 284 samples. Analysis data method that used for this research is SPSS version 17, with a value of significance was set at 5%.</em></p><p><em>The result of the research concludes that the audit quality does not have an negative effect to earnings management. Meanwhile, leverage have a negative significant effect to earnings management. This research also concludes if firm size is not meoderate the negative effect of audit quality to earning managements. However, firm size is moderating the positive effect of leverage to earning management</em><em>.</em><em> </em></p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital and income diversification on firm value mediated by profitability. This study uses secondary data from annual reports on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. There are 30 banking samples in this study based on established criteria (purposive sampling). Data analysis using the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that intellectual capital had a positive effect on profitability and on firm value, income diversification had a negative effect on profitability, while it was found to have no effect on firm value, profitability had a positive effect on firm value, intellectual capital had an indirect effect on firm value mediated by profitabilit with partial mediation, while mediation is not supported by the indirect effect of Income Diversification on Firm Value.

This researched are intended to analyze the effect of planning tax and deferred tax liabilities on earn management. Manufacturing companies listing on the IDX from 2013 to 2017 are the object of research. This research uses secondary data on annual reports obtained through the sites www.idx.co.id. Purposive sampling is the method used in sampling, with population of 132 entity and the sample in this research are 10 entities the observation period of 5 years, with the result that obtained 50 samples. The method data analysis of this research used multiple regression analysis with the SPSS version 24.The results shows that the tax planning has a negative effect on earn management, neither the deferred tax liabilities does not have effect on earn management. Simultaneously the tax planning and deferred tax liabilities have a positive effect on earn management.

The purpose for this research is to test knowledge,number’s client, peer review to audit quality auditors working in KAP East Java. In this research, we use profesionalisme as Control variable. This study population was auditor’s working in KAP East Java of 610 independent auditor. The sampling used in this study purposive sampling method. Source of data is primary data, obtained from distributed questionares directly and email to auditors working in KAP East Java. This study used multiple regretion analysis to analysis data with the help of the program SPSS 22 edition. The results obtained in this study knowledge, number’s client, and peer review has a positive effect on audit quality auditors working in KAP East Java. For control variable, the results obtained is Profesionalisme has a positive effect on audit quality auditors working in KAP East Java. The results of this study are expected to increase the trust of stakeholders to independent auditors on the quality of the audit. High audit quality reduce asymmetric information and information of the financial statement becomes more relevant and reliable as a basis for decision making.Keyword : Knowladge, Number’s Clients, Peer Review, Audit Quality

This research aims to prove that tax aggressiveness is influenced by executive compensation, political connections, sales growth, leverage, and profitability. The annual reports of BUMN & BUMS companies in the non-financial sector are secondary data used in this study and by using the purposive sampling method in selecting the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result shows that the executive compensation variable has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. Political connection variables, sales growth, and leverage have a negative effect on tax aggressiveness, while the profitability variable has no effect on tax aggressiveness. Keywords: Executive compensation, political connection, sales growth, leverage, profitability, tax aggressiveness

This study is aiming to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, the effect of musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) on Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, and the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a type of associative research with a quantitative approach. This study  uses secondary data with the period of 2015-2018 observation. The data used is sourced from the Sharia Banking (SPS) and the Sharia Bank's annual financial statements from 2015 to 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that mudharabah financing has a significant positive effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a positive significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period.

The main objective in this study is to determine whether earnings management, company age has a positive effect on tax avoidance and leverage has a negative effect on tax avoidance. The type of data used is secondary data. This study uses secondary data obtained from annual reports of manufacturing companies that have been on the Stock Exchange during 2014-2017. The sampling method used was puposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21. The results showed that earnings management had a positive effect on tax avoidance. While the company's age and leverage have no effect on tax avoidance.
