To improve the performance of educational staff in primary schools in order to achieve national education goals, then in the procurement or recruitment of education personnel, it must be directed, mature, and it is hoped that the education staff in Elementary Schools will be able to know and understand what tasks they have to do, as well as the requirements requirements that must be met. The success of educational institutions in carrying out its mission is largely determined by improving the quality of the work of educational institutions, educational staff is one of the things that is very important to be able to improve the quality of education. the method used in article writing is SLR. in this article discusses the understanding, process, welfare, and leave in educators and education personnel.

There have been many efforts made by the government in improving the quality of education such as issuing Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 19 of 2005 concerning national education standards. Educational institutions hold scientific activities that can improve the ability or potential of educators so that professional educators can be created who can later improve the quality of learning in schools. This article discusses the factors that can improve the quality of education, elements and strategies in improving the quality of education.

Religious culture of pesantren has its uniqueness which is still expected to be a support for the development of the education system in Indonesia. The authenticity and distinctiveness of the pesantren as well as the treasure the nation’s cultural traditions, is also a butter force for the educational pillar to bring up moral leaders of the nation, is a form of pesantren education that is characterized by traditionalism. This study used a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and content analysis. The process of improving the quality of pesantren education is part of the development of national education, which is part of an effort to improve the quality of full human education. For achieving the quality of education, it must be based on a significant change. The change is needed in the management of quality and competitive educational institutions. Now one of the challenges faced by educational institutions is how to manage quality. Quality educational institutions, institutions that prioritize the quality of graduates and are able to demonstrate the values of education that make a top priority, due to a significant change in pesantren.

The context of this research is the biggest challenge of schools/’madrasah’ in carrying out the mandate related to the quality of education which is a measure of the success of the implementation of education, one of which is to shape the character/personality of students through inheritance of cultural values. In educational institutions, organizational culture (values, habits, and positive attitudes) will be a strong non-material capital strength for the realization of excellent educational institutions. This study aims to describe the organizational culture developed by SDIT Darul Falah Sukorejo Ponorogo which makes it one of the leading schools in Ponorogo Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research based on field research. The results showed that the organizational culture developed by SDIT Darul Falah included: 1) at the institutional level which included weekly meetings, field meetings, routine recitals every Ahad Wage, One Day One Information (ODOI), educational visits and flag ceremonies every Monday; 2) at the level of educators and educational staff which includes bina nafsiyah, tahsin al-Qur'an, professional development; and 3) at the student level which includes bina nafsiyah, reading the Koran with the Ummi Method, congregational prayers, manners, queuing, independent, disciplined, One Day One Thousand (ODOT), skilled, healthy living, clean and beautiful.

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. Macro approach in the national education is both organization empowering and education process. Education excuting organization has coverage and autonomous that it can accommodate society need in every situation. The education process is carried out openly to inlarge inputs from society. the education process is carried out by instilling a sense of excellence to face global challenges, while at the same time trying to make educational institutions the center of civilization. all that requires educational innovation that focuses on curriculum renewal, teaching materials, evaluation systems, building repairs and construction, etc. Teachers as education personnel have a central role in administering an education system. By becoming a teacher, someone expects to be able to obtain adequate compensation for the necessities of life. In motivation theory, the provision of appropriate rewards and punishments, can affect the performance and quality of work.

<p><em>Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages. </em></p>

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources both educators and educational staff. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. Efforts to increase or develop it lead to one meeting point that is so that the school towards the ideals expected by all existing stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at Sunan Giri Islamic Middle School. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources both educators and education personnel has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

Indonesia's education system is still not able to fully answer the needs and global challenges for the future. The program of equity and improvement of education quality is a prominent problem in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the number of people at the age of primary education not included in the national education system is still very high. The education environment in Indonesia is still faced with a variety of internal problems that are fundamental and complex. In addition, the Indonesian people still face a number of problems from the basic education to higher education. The quality of education in Indonesia is still far from being expected. It is different from Finland. The government and people realize that a strong commitment to build and develop a national education system is a key determinant of the success of the state to maintain its survival as a small, resource-limited nation living in extreme and less friendly conditions. The development of the nation and nation stands on the pillars of innovation-based education and research and is fully supported by all components of the nation. This paper is expected to be an inspiration for readers to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.The method used is to use a comparative method with a literature review in which the literature related to the topics of the problem is collected, grouped, analyzed and formulated to obtain the differences that are then selected for development into the education curriculum in Indonesia. From the comparative methodology, there are several findings and can be applied in the curriculum of primary schools in Indonesia such as the education system, the implemented curriculum, and the teaching innovation and teachers.
