The article actualizes the question of the quality of legal education in modern Russia, its relationship with the security of society and the state. Unlike the Russian Empire and the USSR, the quality of legal education in the Russian Federation is low. Three main problems of poor quality of education were noted: 1) to obtain a unified master's legal education without a basic bachelor's legal education, that is, people who do not have a first level are admitted to the second level of education; 2) a large number of non-core universities and non-state educational institutions that train lawyers in the absence of the required number of qualified teaching staff: 3) paid education in the specialties on which the life and destiny of a person depends, first of all, medicine and jurisprudence. The author also opposes the practice of providing certificates of non-conviction from the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The prohibition to engage in any activity can be fixed only in the law and only by a court decision.

In recent years, higher educational institutions of the Baltic countries have become more and more popular among Russian youth wishing to get higher education (or take a certain course of professional training) abroad. The article, covering the period before the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, highlights the education of Russian students in universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is noted that a significant part of the students from the Russian Federation come from the Russian regions bordering on the Baltic states. The appendix presents the opinions of Russian students about the learning process and the quality of education received in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities.

Evaluation is widely acknowledged as a powerful means of improving the quality of education. The introduction of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is considered as one of the major steps taken in this regard to improve and strengthen the quality of learner evaluation. The state of Kerala has been going through a series of educational reforms over the last decade or so and the introduction of CCE in the state is one among them. As emphasized by Kerala Curriculum Framework (2007) the implementation of new evaluation practices focusing on CCE was introduced right from primary to secondary level. Though the state has made all-out efforts to implement CCE in its true spirit, the questions that remain unanswered are that whether CCE has been actually and effectively implemented in all classes, what problems are being faced by teachers while implementing CCE. The present paper is a brief attempt made in this regard and is directed towards answering these questions and giving suggestions for the same. The study has been conducted on teachers of upper primary government schools of Kerala.

This article states that the clear formulation of teaching methods is a key factor in improving the quality of lessons. It is emphasized that the combination of non-traditional and practical training with educational materials, along with mass education technologies, will serve to improve the quality of education. The effective result obtained by changing the methods of connecting the coils of electric motors is shown by examples and by the solution of the examples.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan).
