Accreditation of hospitals is very important to do as an effort to improve quality and patient safety. Many of the standards that must be implemented in hospitals, requiring an optimal role for all stakeholders (stakeholders), especially the participation of employees. This condition greatly be affected by employees’ perception of the benefits of hospital accreditation. The purpose of the study is to examine employee perceptions about the benefits of accreditation associated with participation, satisfaction, commitment and employee performance. The benefits of this research are expected to be input for the hospital management, to encourage all employees to learn about the hospital accreditation standards. Data from the study was obtained by means of a survey of hospital employees, using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data do tests of validity and reliability and path analysis (path analysis), to see the correlation between variables. Research conducted on 259 randomly selected respondents, composed of physicians, nurses, medical support, as well as administrative personnel. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence between the perception of the benefits of accreditation to the participation of accreditation with a significance level of 0.000, the perception of the benefits of accreditation with the organizational commitment amounting to 0,016, the perception of the benefits of accreditation and job satisfaction amounting to 0,000, participation accreditation with organizational commitment amounting to 0,039, accreditation participation with satisfaction employment amounting to 0,000, accreditation participation with performance amounting to 0,000, job satisfaction with organizational commitment amounting to 0,039, organizational commitment with performance amounting to 0,018, job satisfaction with performance amounting to 0.000.

This research is motivated by the presence of problems of the many employeeswho left the company at PT Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta. Moreover, accordingto the pre-survey interviews that have been done, there is a lack of communicationbetween the leaders with employees. Objective of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment, leadership, employee performance, andjob satisfaction as intervening variables in PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakartace.Method of analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive andquantitative. The samples in this study were employees of PT Madubaru amountedto 77 people. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire that hasbeen tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method was using classicassumption test, path analylisis, as well as the coefficient of determination.Descriptive analysis shows that organizational commitment, leadership, jobsatisfaction and employee performance was moderate. Based on the results ofmultiple linear analysis and test of Sobel test indicates that organizationalcommitment, leadership, positive influence on employee performance and jobsatisfaction mediate organizational commitment and leadership on employeeperformance. The coefficient of determination shows that the work satifaction ofPT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 32.o%, while the remaining 68,0% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.The coefficient of determination shows that the employees performance of PTMadubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 47,7%, while the remaining 52,3% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this studyKeywords : organizaitonal commitment, leadership, work satisfaction, andemployees performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational climate, organizational commitment,  job satisfaction, and employee performance. Particularly, we examine the effect of organizational climate and organizational  commitmenton job satisfaction. Furthermore, we also test the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.Results of path analysis on 90 respondents showsopports for all hypotheses. Partially, organizational climate and organizational commitment have positive effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational climate and organizational commitment positivelyaffect job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction has positive effect on employee performance.

Competence is the ability of an individual to carry out a job correctly and has an advantage based on matters relating to knowledge, expertise, and attitude.This study aims to determine the effect of competencies, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. The approach in this study is a quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C. amounting to 48 people. The method of data collection is done using observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. (5) The mediation test results that indicate that job satisfaction can affect the influence of competencies on employee performance in the company PT. Haji La Tunrung A.M.C in Makassar. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture and their implications for Employee Performance. Determination of sample in this study using Stratified Random Sampling, and the size of 114 respondents, the analysis methode uses path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture. There is partial effect Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Culture. The study concluded that there was a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is partial effect Employee Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There are positif and significant influences Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.


The purpose of this research to study the influence of Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance PT. (Persero) Surveyor Indonesia. This research uses quantitative approach with path analysis method. The sample of this research is 120 employees of PT. Surveyor Indonesia served as head of department. The results of this study show that; (1) Work engagement directly affects employee performance; (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on work performance; (3) organizational commitment directly affects employee performance; (4) work engagement has a direct effect on organizational commitment; (5) job satisfaction has a direct effect on organizational commitment; (6) work engagement has a direct effect on job satisfaction. Thus the improvement of employee performance can be achieved directly if there is strong influence of work engagement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction is well developed.
