This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment on employee work motivation, determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee work motivation, know the effect of work environment on employee performance, find out the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, find out the effect of work motivation on employee performance, know the role work motivation in mediating the relationship between work environment and employee performance and knowing the role of work motivation in mediating the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. The object of research is employees in the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency with a population of 85 people. The sampling technique is done by non-probability sampling with saturation sampling technique where all members of the population are used so that the number of research samples is 85 people. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses questionnaires with a Likert scale. Test the research instrument to test the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of test data description, assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of the work environment on work motivation, there was a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to work motivation, there was a positive and significant effect on the work environment on employee performance, there was a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to employee performance, there was an influence positive and significant work motivation on employee performance, there is no role of work motivation in mediating the relationship between work environment and employee performance with the value of an indirect influence smaller than its direct influence, there is no role of work motivation in mediating the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance with the value of the indirect effect is smaller than the direct effect. The results of the study suggest that to improve employee performance, it is expected that an increase in work motivation, a conducive work environment and an increase in organizational commitment.

This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

This study aims to: 1) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) To know and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance, 3) To find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction of PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. The study was conducted at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi with 73 research samples. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance, 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) there is no influence of organizational culture and commitment organization of employee performance through job satisfaction PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi.

Employee is an asset to the company. Employees have a very important role for companies to achieve corporate goals. To keep employee performance to remain productive then it is necessary. Job satisfaction of an employee within the organization can’t be separated from career development, and work life balance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Work-life Balance and Career Development on Job Satisfaction. This type of research uses a causal quantitative method. The data used for the research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents employees of PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Branch Malang. The sampling technique used was the census. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that Work-Life Balance and Career Development affect simultaneously to Employee Satisfaction. Partially, work life balance significantly to employee job satisfaction. Career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, will be falling again. The most dominant effect on employee job satisfaction is the work balance.

If an organization or business wants to progress or develop, it must have qualified employees. This study uses quantitative techniques combined with descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are offered in this study. Preliminary data were collected in the field. The primary data source is a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the secondary data source is information on the profile of the Indonesian Public Service. Probability sampling is used in this study. The technique used is the random sampling technique. The sample size for this study was 120 respondents. The test used to analyze the results of this research data is SEM analysis. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment all have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational Commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment positively and significantly affect employee performance as measured by job satisfaction.

<p><em>T</em><em>he purpose of this study serve to determine the effect of leadership style,</em><em> </em><em>organizational culture, and employees’ competence on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (case study at the Islamic Hospital in Klaten). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the nurse-patient unit Klaten Islamic Hospital number</em><em> </em><em>194 and number 131 samples were taken more than 1 year. Nonprobability sampling technique using sampling with purposive sampling method and then diproporsionalkan. Instrument research using questionnaires. Data analysis includes test instrument, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that the employees’ competency effect on the employee performance, while the leadership style and organizational culture had no effect improves employee performance. After attending the variables of organizational commitment as a mediating variable that affects only one variable, namely the competence of employees, while others may not affect performance significantly with or without a mediating variable.</em><em></em></p>

Job satisfaction reflects a person's feelings about his job. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri Farm 2 Talang Taling Village, Gelumbang District. The factors in question are the variables of leadership and motivation. This type of research is a survey research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population is all employees of PT. Trimegah Cipta Mandiri Farm 2 Talang Taling Village, Gelumbang District, the sample was taken 56 people, with a random sampling technique with a saturated sample method. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers in the form of filling out questionnaires, namely data obtained directly from the research object. Data analysis techniques include: instrument testing consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing consisting of the F test, the coefficient of determination test and the t test. The results of the research for the determination test showed an R Square of 0.803. This shows that the leadership and motivation variables simultaneously have an influence of 0.803 or 82.4% on job satisfaction, while the remaining 19.7% is the influence of (aspects) or other factors not included in the study, for example training variables, performance etc. While the correlation value (R) = 0.789. This shows that the variables of leadership and motivation have a very strong correlation to Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation and Job Satisfaction
