This study aims to know (1) The direct influence of Knowledge, Compensation on motivation, (2) The direct influence of Knowledge, Compensation, and motivation on documentation, (3) The Effect of Knowledge, Compensation on documentation through motivation. This research was conducted at the Mamuju Regional General Hospital from 15 September to 15 October 2019. This type of analysis used a quantitative study by using a descriptive design with a path analyst approach. This study's sample was all nurses who documented nursing care and had a minimum education of D3 Nursing, totaling 147 respondents with total sampling. Data was taken by using a questionnaire. This research concludes that there is a direct effect of Knowledge and compensation on motivation, the immediate effect of Knowledge, reward, motivation on documentation, and the indirect impact of the experience, payment on documentation through motivation.

AbstractThis paper subjects the piracy-corruption relationship to a detailed empirical examination. A distinction is drawn between the direct impact of corruption on piracy and the indirect impact which operates through corruption’s impact on per capita income and the resultant impact of income on piracy. Using data for 100 countries covering the period 1996–2010, both direct and indirect impacts of corruption on software piracy are estimated. Corruption is estimated to have a positive direct effect on the piracy rate. The indirect effect is found to be negative and smaller in absolute value than the direct effect for the majority of the sample income range. As a result, the total effect of corruption on software piracy is positive except for the lower income countries in the sample.

This research is motivated by the controversy regarding the benefits of conservative accounting numbers, intended to determine the direct effect of leverage and size on firm value, and the indirect influence of these variables through unconditional conservatism as an intervening variable on firm values ​​in 2010 - 2017 on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The results were that the variable unconditional conservatism can mediate the influence between size on firm value. There is a direct influence between leverage and size on firm value.

This article examines the direct and indirect impact of the IFRS mandatory adoption on the financial performance of companies. The structural equation method has been applied to all companies that belong to the CAC All tradable index for the period from 2002 to 2012. By measuring financial performance by three measures, namely the Marris ratio, the Tobin Q and the PER ratio, the results show that the imposition of the international standards has no direct effect on the financial performance, its effect is indirect via the cost of capital.

This is a descriptive and quantitative study, carried out in three hospitals in the Northwest of São Paulo, Brazil. It aimed to verify the existence and use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by nursing teams. SOPs describe each critical and sequential step of a task to ensure its expected result. A total of 261 nursing professionals participated in the study, randomly selected from different units and shifts between August and September 2006. Results indicate that 56.7% use SOPs only when they have doubts; 54.02% of the nursing technicians and auxiliaries and 62.86% of nurses do not believe the procedures are being complied with. These findings indicate the need for continuing training on SOP use and compliance by all professionals, with a view to improving nursing care.

<p>The commitment of lecturers as indicated in their loyalty and performance plays a very important role in achieving organizational goals. The researcher formulates the problem as follows;. What is the personality of the theological school lecturer in West Java? 2. How is the performance of theological school lecturers in West Java? 3. How is the commitment of theological school lecturers in West Java? 4. How much influence does the personality and performance of the lecturers have on the organizational commitment of theological school in West Java? The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of personality, lecturer performance on commitment to the theological school lecturer organization in West Java. 124 lecturers who were sampled were taken from 8 theological schools in region II Bogor. Data collection techniques obtained by conducting interviews. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods, descriptive statistics, linkert scale and path analysis. Then the results show that there is a positive direct effect of personality on organizational commitment by having a positive direct influence on the path coefficient ρ31 = 0.169, Lecturer performance on organizational commitment with a positive direct effect by having a positive direct influence on the coefficient ρ32 = 0.267, Dosendan performance and personality. performance together against organizational commitment ρ32 = 0.436. So the conclusion is that the personality and high performance of the lecturers greatly influence organizational commitment</p>

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the direct and indirect effect of profitability on firm value using capital structure as a mediator. This involves using panel data from 44 companies listed on LQ45 as of 31st December 2015-2018 and analyzed using the path analysis method including Sobel Test and Bootstrapping technique. The results showed a positive and significant direct effect of profitability on firm value while the indirect effect using capital structure as a mediator between the two variables was found to be negative and significant. Moreover, the direct influence of capital structure on firm value was discovered to be negative and significant while the introduction of profitability variables in the relationship led to a positive and significant influence. Similarly, the direct effect of profitability on firm value using capital structure as the controlling variable was also found to be positive and significant.Keywords: firm value, capital structure, profitabilityPengaruh Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Struktur Modal Sebagai MediatorAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh langsung profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui struktur modal sebagai mediator. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis), dengan Teknik Sobel Test dan Bootsrapping. Hasil riset membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, jika dilihat secara tidak langsung pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui struktur modal sebagai mediator adalah negatif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya, pengaruh langsung profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal adalah negatif dan signifikan. Sementara ketika dikontrol oleh variabel profitabilitas, pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan positif dan signifikan. Begitu pula dengan pengaruh langsung profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan mengontrol variabel struktur modal juga positif dan signifikan.Kata kunci: nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, profitabilitas

Penelitian dirancang untuk menganalisis, menginterpretasi dan mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh daya tarik promosi pada preferensi konsumen; 2) Pengaruh harga pada preferensi konsumen; 3) Pengaruh kualitas produk pada preferensi konsumen; 4) Pengaruh daya tarik promosi secara langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 5) Pengaruh harga secara langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 6) Pengaruh kualitas produk secara langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 7) Pengaruh preferensi konsumen pada minat beli konsumen. Populasi penelitian tidak diketahui jumlahnya sehingga peneliti menggunakan rumus Lemeshow sehingga diperoleh 96 sampel. Penelitian dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS & SmartPLS3. Kesimpulannya : 1) Daya tarik promosi berpengaruh pada preferensi konsumen; 2) Harga berpengaruh pada preferensi konsumen; 3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh pada preferensi konsumen; 4) Daya tarik promosi berpengaruh langsung pada minat beli konsumen  maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 5) Harga berpengaruh langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 6) Kualitas produk berpengaruh langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 7) Kualitas  produk berpengaruh pada  preferensi konsumen. The study was designed to analyze, interpret and determine: 1) the effect of promotional attractiveness on consumer preferences; 2) The effect of price on consumer preferences; 3) The effect of product quality on consumer preferences; 4) The influence of promotional attractiveness directly on consumer buying interest or through mediation of consumer preferences; 5) The direct influence of price on consumer buying interest or through mediation of consumer preferences; 6) The influence of product quality directly on consumer buying interest or through mediation of consumer preferences; 7) The level of consumer preference on consumer buying interest. The number of the research population is unknown, so the researchers used the Lemeshow formula to obtain 96 samples. Research analysis with the help of SPSS & SmartPLS3 software. UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya intends  to run its working durability which one of them is caused by customer’s high loyalty. Service and post-service are factors that are important to create organizational culture towards managerial work and commitment. Therefore, we should examine the role of service variable to commitment variable as intervening variable.Respondents of this study are 87 samples by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaire consists of 3 variables, those are organizational culture with 26 indicators, then commitment with 15 indicators, and managerial work  with 10 indicators .Suitable method to answer above problem is Path Analysis. The result is that path analysis shows that managerial work  may have direct influence to commitment  and have indirect influence that is from organizational culture to commitment as a new intervening to managerial work. Direct influence of organizational culture  to managerial work  that is  is 0,232. Indirect influence of organizational culture  to commitment  that is 0,810, meanwhile from commitment to managerial work, that is 0,617. Therefore, indirect influence, that (0,810)*(0,617)=0,4997.Hypothesis stating that assumption of organization culture direct effect on performance be higher than organization culture indirect effect via employee performance commitment in UPTD Parkir of Surabaya City are refused. Cause organization culture indirect effect through employee performance are 0,49977 while organization culture direct effect on employee performance are 0,232. This result proving that Organization Culture which created the company as conducive will emerging Employee Commitment. Through this Employee Commitment. Will be effected on Employee Performance then furthermore effecting Organization Performance. Based on those results, it can be suggested that a company should give more emphasize to organizational culture  and commitment  because there is evidence that it may cause customer’s managerial work because organizational culture is a very important factor in guaranteeing UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya.
