This article describe about School and Community Relations Administration. Understanding the administration of school relations with the community is the whole process of activities planned and carried out intentionally or seriously and coaching continuously to get sympathy from the community in general and from the public in particular, so that school operational or educational activities are more effective and efficient to help achieve educational goals that have been set. Public Relations as a liaison between the school and the community must always be maintained properly because the school will always be associated with the community, can not be separated from it as a school partner in achieving the success of the school itself. The prestige of the school is higher in the eyes of the community if the school is able to give birth to students who are intelligent, have personality and are able to apply the knowledge they have gained in advancing the community.

The process of designing and implementing didactic and educational activities should be planned, and thus deliberate, and take into account the needs, possibilities, and expectations of individuals along with a determination of the effects of these activities. Fulfilling educational goals of the teacher and the student, the educator and the pupil, the parent and the child, assumes coexistence and mutual development. The concept of self-diagnosis, understood as a reflection on the answer to the question of who I am and what direction I want to go in, is inscribed in development. The process of self-diagnosis and holistic diagnosis make it possible for subjects of the didactic and educational process to strive for harmonious development. Dialogical contact and dialogue motivating both the teacher and his/her student to action are necessary in this mutual coexistence and development. Self-diagnosis and dialogical contact are necessary conditions for the process of continuous development of identity. The author refers to the typology of teachers presented by Stanisław Dobrowolski and mentions the teacher’s identity and self-diagnosis. She also gives examples of intercultural dialogue in an intercultural fairy tale, as well as recognizes the advantages of the common cause method in solving peer conflicts.

The work contents a presentation of the main outcomes of an extensive historical-andragogical research, mainly based on the archival documents kept in Archives of Yugoslavia. An overview of adult education practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina is shaped from the documents data concerning the most signifcant institutions and activities organized as an attempt to contribute to general educational goals in Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes – Yugoslavia between two wars, through andragogical educational activities: raising the general level of literacy and education of wide sections of the population. Institutional basis of adult education praxis at the time mostly rested upon literacy courses, people’s universities, cultural-educational societies, etc. This paper especially distinguishes andragogical activity of momentous and respectable Sarajevo-based cultural-educational establishments (People’s university, Gajret, Prosveta, Napredak), that were amongst the most signifcant and successful in Yugoslavia, and represented example of model work in adult education of the interwar period.

Title: Issues of Educational Policy and Educational Activities in Norwegian kindergartensAbstract: In recent decades the Norwegian kindergartens have become an important social institution where both its content and aims have been part of the public debate. The aim of this article is to put the spotlight on educational activities in Norwegian kindergartens and discuss these issues in the light of increased political focus. What kind of educational activities do kindergarten teachers (pedagogical leaders) and kindergarten assistants emphasize in everyday work with children? Are we heading towards a more “schoolish” content in Norwegian kindergartens? What consequences have kindergarten teachers and kindergartens assistants professional background for educational activities in Norwegian kindergartens? Results from a national survey (MAFAL) to kindergarten teachers and kindergartens assistants will be presented and discussed.

Abstrack- Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Professional teaching is a profession that is very important in the life of a nation, this is not because the educational position is very important in the context of national life. Educators are the dominant element in an educational process, so that the quality of education is largely determined by the quality of educators in carrying out their roles and duties in societ. Therefore the development of the teaching profession will have a major impact on improving the quality of education that is still lagging behind, as well as giving the right direction for students to play a role in the community to participate with the community in building the nation.

The role and degree of influence of the concept of gamification on the transformation of the content and forms of educational communications within the digital society is shown. approach to solving modern educational goals and objectives, building educational communication strategies in the process of continuous development of new ideas and ways of their implementation. Examples of gamification in digital and non-digital forms of education are given. The potential of game mechanics and gamification tools in hybrid forms of education is considered. An example of the mobile application «Kahoot!» - a service for creating and organizing interactive texts, quizzes and polls, created in the framework of gamification.
