Institutional issues in the mirror of social philosophy. A review of current research

Socio-philosophical analysis is considered as a method of cognition of social practices. The authors use a content analysis of publications, apply a qualitative approach to the generalization of definitions of the method of socio-philosophical analysis in modern research. Directions of research are classified according to the spheres of social life, the functions of institutions as cultural phenomena, the methodological significance of socio-philosophical analysis of these phenomena is specified. In conclusion, the authors note the lack of a theoretical and methodological basis for the philosophical comprehension of institutional problems, for the study of global, universal processes, the regularities of the development of modern social institutions.

Corporate tax culture and changes in the tax loyalty of the population: the pandemic effect

The problems of evasive tax behavior of large corporations are considered. It is shown that tax optimization, being a legal strategy, does not correspond to society’s ideas about honest tax behavior, since it is one of the factors of the growth of economic and social inequality. It is noted that during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, this inequality deepened, causing a decrease in the loyalty of the population to the state’s distribution policy. The payment by economic entities of a «fair» (provided for by law) amount of tax by the public is considered as their action for the benefit of society, a manifestation of the moral position and social responsibility on the part of the company’s management. The directions for the formation of the corporate tax culture are proposed.

The ideology of nationalism and sports

Sport is considered as a collective practice, participation in which in any capacity (as an athlete, coach or fan) contributes to the formation and strengthening of socio-cultural and political identity. The period of unification of the German nation is analyzed: classical gymnastics in the XIX century was a response to the society’s request for national identity and gymnastics classes became a unifying nation-forming social practice. It is shown that in the 30—40s of the twentieth century, sports became one of the technologies for building, approving and spreading the ideology of German national socialism.

Transformations of the national security concepts of Belarus and Russia and historical policy: substantive aspects

The interrelated concepts of memory policy, historical policy and security policy are considered. It is shown that in Russia and in the Republic of Belarus there is a steady trend of securitization of historical policy and memory policy. The tendencies of indoctrination of the securitist model of historical policy into official documents of both states are considered. It is shown that both in Belarus and in Russia, the internal political confrontation is considered in the historicist construct of the Cold War. It is argued that in the context of the need to deepen integration within the framework of the Union State, it is necessary to search for a relatively unified holistic concept of history for all the forces of Russian and Belarusian societies.

Intellectual assets in the integrated management of knowledge-intensive enterprises

The article presents the results of the analysis of the innovative development of knowledgeintensive enterprises, systematizes the factors that must be taken into account for the successful management and augmentation of intellectual assets. The priority of the integrated use of organizational and managerial as well as financial and economic tools for managing intellectual property is proved. Also the importance of orientation of science-intensive enterprises to the management of intellectual activity of personnel is determined as well as the commercialization of the results of intellectual activity.

New Military Doctrine of the Russian Federation: To Methodological Inaccuracies of Concepts

The content of the Military Doctrine of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation «On Countering Terrorism» is considered, the essential definitions of the main concepts are analyzed, which, according to the author, lead to methodological inaccuracies and misunderstandings of the official state document. The author’s definitions of military dangers and threats to modern Russia, as well as threats to its military security are given.

Social Integration of Refugees in the European Union (based on the Spanish experience)

The current situation in the field of social integration of migrants in the countries of the European Union is analyzed on the example of Spain. The phenomena that caused the 2015 migration crisis in Europe and the social consequences of the crisis, as well as measures to overcome it, are considered. The issues and problems of Spanish migration policy related to migration flows and new challenges of social integration and adaptation of migrants are evaluated.

Design philosophy: modern aspects of integrated packaging design

Analyzed scientific articles on the design of packaging for dairy products from the point of view of the philosophy of the needs of the post-industrial society. The criteria for changing the logo in the framework of the concept of «consumer-oriented design» in connection with the factors of the development of the dairy industry have been identified. The specifics of packaging design for dairy products have been identified using the example of rebranding of large manufacturing companies. It has been proven that changing consumer attitudes based on a value that satisfies a psychological need expands the boundaries of the professional activity of packaging designers.

Strategic corporate changes under the conditions of developing digital twin management systems

The key postulates of company management, strategic changes in business activity management are considered. Regularities of business behavior, conditions of achievement of business efficiency and limitations of functioning, tasks of macro- and micro-management, principles of centralization and decentralization of management, methods of evaluation of effectiveness of strategy of changes, organizational mechanisms of corporate system action in conditions of innovative transformations are consistently deployed. The necessity of using a digital twin of the management system for solving planning tasks and compliance with proportions and ratios at different phases of the company’s development cycle is substantiated.

Foreign trade relations of the European Union: transformations for the first 20 years of the XXI century (2001—2020)

The most important changes in the dynamics of foreign trade turnover of the European Union, as the leading collective subject of modern international trade, are considered for the first time during the first two decades of the XXI century. The shifts in the positions of the European Union in the system of global commodity exchange in the context of the changing numerical composition of the grouping are shown. The trends in the geographical structure of the EU’s export-import activities outside the bloc, including foreign trade relations with the Russian Federation, are analyzed. The main changes in the commodity composition of export and import of products outside of this integration association are revealed. The conclusions are drawn that, despite the large-scale challenges and crises that have manifested themselves over the twenty-year period, the European Union has managed to maintain a leading position in global trade thanks to its wellthought- out and flexible foreign trade policy. The methodology of comparative and statistical analysis is used on the basis of the latest statistical materials, a number of official and numerous calculated author’s data introduced into Russian scientific circulation for the first time.
