According to the Ministry of National Education’s General Provisions (Regulation of the Minister of National Education) Number 24 of 2007. Facilities are portable learning equipment. Educational facilities according to (Education Media Development Guidelines Team of the Ministry of Education and Culture) facilities are all facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both mobile and non-mobile, so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regulary, effectively and efficiently.

The article discusses the issue of the formation of professionally important qualities (PIQ) in future military aviation navigators in the educational environment of a military university. The goal is to substantiate the activity approach as a practice-oriented basis for the formation of professional qualities in cadets-navigators. A review and analysis of scientific research, publications is carried out, allowing to discover the significance of the activity approach as a methodological direction of research. The methodological basis of the research is the provisions of the activity approach, which are used as the basis for the development and formation of the PIQ among cadets-navigators in the process of a practice-oriented educational process. The description of the results is associated with the characteristics of the content and organization of the professional activity of cadets-navigators in the process of implementation of industrial practice in the form of flight training. Using the activity approach, the main components of the activities of flight instructors, teachers and cadets-navigators are considered, from a unified methodological point of view, and thus the nature of their interaction is revealed. Emphasis have been determined that need to be paid attention to in the course of pedagogical activity on the formation of professional qualities among cadets-navigators. A definition is given and pedagogical technologies are proposed for the formation of professional experience and professional qualities in a future specialist in the context of a practice-oriented pedagogical process. The relationship between the experience gained by the trainee in the practice-oriented pedagogical process and the formation of professionally important personality traits of a specialist is considered. The main goals and objectives for the formation of the necessary professional qualities of cadetsnavigators during flight training have been determined. At the entrance of each stage of flight training, technologies are determined aimed at rational and purposeful impact on the student in order to develop competencies and personal qualities. Recommendations are offered to teachers and instructors to improve the efficiency of development and formation among cadets-navigators of the PIQ.

Aim. The article deals with the use of elements of historicism in teaching the course of biology. The expediency of using the historical material in the educational process in order to increase interest in biology and promote the improvement of the quality of knowledge of students, the formation of scientific outlook, and the upbringing of students. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, modelling. Results. Tasks with historical content can be used at different stages of learning: during updating the basic knowledge of students, setting goals and objectives of the lesson, explaining new material, consolidating, repeating and verifying students’ knowledge, generalizing and systematizing historical and scientific knowledge in biology, for the organization home and independent work. Specific examples cover the forms and means of using historical material in the study of biological cycle subjects. Conclusions. The factors contributing to improving the quality of students’ knowledge in the process of using historical material in the study of biology are established. Methods of using this material during conducting studies on biology have been determined in order to promote the im-provement of the quality of assimilation of relevant biological concepts. This article examines high school students’ features of socialization in a comprehensive school, as well as the terms of their socialization efficiency. The age characteristics of high school students are also considered, the main features that help to form socialization are identified. The approaches and main characteristics of socialization are determined. Based on the characteristics identified in the course of the study, the conditions were determined under which the formation of socialization would be more successful. It was revealed that the personality of the teacher and his successful intraschool development play an important role and are an essential condition for the successful socialization of the personality. It is mentioned, that the educational process management is necessary as not only the teacher, but the student as well plays an important role in socialization. Moreover, the student learns to independently determine his goals and objectives.

Medical licensing examination has been known as a common evaluation system for medical students, therefore, it is important to collect the relevant information and adopt best practice developed by the medical educational settings whose students demonstrate the highest results. The purpose of this work is to analyze the organization of the educational process and its methodological support at the Department of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology, Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy that allowed the students to get high rates on the subtest for Pharmacology as a constituent of the licensing examination “Krok-1”. A quantitative analysis of the scores obtained on the Pharmacology subtest of the “Krok-1” examination (2015-2018) was carried out and the components of the educational process that provided these results were discussed. It has been shown that the results of “Krok-1”, Pharmacology, shown by the students of the Academy rank the 1st – 2nd places among other disciplines, and the percentage of this subtest exceeds the values of the national level. The constancy of high results gives grounds to consider the proper organization of the educational process and its material support at the department of Pharmacology are the main support. A three-stage system of students preparing to the “Krok-1” examination from problem-solving lectures at the 1st stage toward the independent study of the material at the 2nd stage and applying a variety of teaching and knowledge control methods at the 3rd (classroom) stage, including the experiment, thematic testing, work in a computer class. To prepare students for the “Krok-1” examination, methodical materials are offered and displayed on the website of the department, full provision with modern basic textbook and manuals. Thus, regarding high results obtained by the students passing the subtest “Krok-1”, it seems quite reasonable to summarize and share the experience of teaching Pharmacology, based on using multi-level teaching technologies and proper methodological support.
