Abstract The key enabler for long-term sustenance of any organization, greatly depends on its ability to maintain strong and continuous relationship with its customers. In support to that, any technology enhanced, all-inclusive electronic Customer Relation Management (e-CRM) software, would directly complement the organization's performance by offering help in terms of identifying the potential customers and further plan various smart strategies to retain them. This article describes one such application built by using a free and open source Sugar CRM software developed at ICAR-NAARM to assist Small and Medium Agro-enterprises for automating their sales, marketing and customer service functions.

Microfluidic devices are an empowering technology for many labs, enabling a wide range of applications spanning high-throughput encapsulation, molecular separations, and long-term cell culture. In many cases, however, their utility is limited by a ‘world-to-chip’ barrier that makes it difficult to serially interface samples with these devices. As a result, many researchers are forced to rely on low-throughput, manual approaches for managing device input and output (IO) of samples, reagents, and effluent. Here, we present a hardware-software platform for automated microfluidic IO (micrIO). The platform, which is uniquely compatible with positive-pressure microfluidics, comprises an ‘AutoSipper’ for input and a Fraction Collector for output. To facilitate wide-spread adoption, both are open-source builds constructed from components that are readily purchased online or fabricated from included design files. The software control library, written in Python, allows the platform to be integrated with existing experimental setups and to coordinate IO with other functions such as valve actuation and assay imaging. We demonstrate these capabilities by coupling both the AutoSipper and Fraction Collector to a microfluidic device that produces beads with distinct spectral codes, and an analysis of the collected bead fractions establishes the ability of the platform to draw from and output to specific wells of multiwell plates with no detectable cross-contamination between samples.

This study aims to examine the policy of Islamic banking law in maintaining its existence in the face of the plague that is hitting Indonesia. OJK (Financial Services Authority) has also made a number of policies that are used as an effort to save the economy in Indonesia. One of the regulations is stated in POJK Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2020 concerning "Written Orders for Handling Bank Problems". The legal policy used by Islamic banking is to measure the new OJK regulations as the organizer of an integrated regulatory and supervisory system of all activities in the financial services sector. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. related to the world of banking. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is Islamic banking which has more religious wisdom. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking is making service updates, considering that the transition of the banking world to digital can increase the efficiency of work processes and improve the quality of customer service, by digitizing during the pandemic. The bank has made long-term investments and it is projected that digital services will be one of the main drivers of sustainable banking industry growth in the context of fulfilling POJK Number 18 / POJK.03 / 2020.

Available-to-promise (ATP) procedures in today’s enterprise information systems usually involve a simple search for available or planned inventory of a particular product in a particular depot at a particular time. In this article, ATP is viewed as a dynamic and more complex problem of deciding whether to accept a customer order request given the available inventory and planned production plus the remaining production capacity and business rules for covering demand from certain customer classes, for given products and time window. Whenever this is not possible, the production schedule is modified, by utilizing “reserved” capacity and resources, to cover extra demand. A prototype tool has been designed and implemented based on this approach, that can be easily integrated into existing ERP systems enhancing their functionality and increasing the level of customer service. The elaborated prototype is pilot tested in a case company in the food industry and is loosely integrated within the Open Source Compiere 2, ERP system extended to handle manufacturing. The prototype produces almost real time results on modern commodity-off-theshelf computers, thus enhancing sales personnel performance and efficiency and increasing the level of customer service and satisfaction.

In the global market of today, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plays a fundamental role in market-oriented companies to understand customer behaviors, achieve and maintain a long-term relationship with them, and maximize the customer value. Moreover, the digital revolution has made information easy and fairly inexpensive to capture. Thus, companies have stored a large amount of data about their current and potential customers. However, this data is often raw and meaningless. Within the CRM framework, Data Mining (DM) is a very popular tool for extracting useful information from this data and for predicting customer behaviors in order to make profitable marketing decisions. This research aims to demonstrate the classification decision tree as one of the main computational data mining models able to forecast accurate marketing performance within global organizations. Particular attention is paid to the identification of the best marketing activities to which firms should concentrate their future marketing investments. The criteria is based on the loss functions that confirm the accuracy of this model.

Fourth-Generation (4G) mobile networks are based on Long-Term Evolution (LTE) technologies and are being deployed worldwide, while research on further evolution towards the Fifth Generation (5G) has been recently initiated. 5G will be featured with advanced network infrastructure sharing capabilities among different operators. Therefore, an open-source implementation of 4G/5G networks with this capability is crucial to enable early research in this area. The main contribution of this paper is the design and implementation of such a 4G/5G open-source testbed to investigate multioperator infrastructure sharing capabilities executed in virtual architectures. The proposed design and implementation enable the virtualization and sharing of some of the components of the LTE architecture. A testbed has been implemented and validated with intensive empirical experiments conducted to validate the suitability of virtualizing LTE components in virtual infrastructures (i.e., infrastructures with multitenancy sharing capabilities). The impact of the proposed technologies can lead to significant saving of both capital and operational costs for mobile telecommunication operators.
