The world of today is now encountering high temperatures and low precipitation, successive dry spells, and a shortage of both ground and surface water. The harming impacts of the worldwide environment through farming change are expanding and most harms are anticipated to happen in non-industrial nations because of their over-dependence. These all are happening due to the erratic precipitation and high occurrence of dry seasons which make farming impossible. Most of the provincial populace in Third World Countries relies upon domesticated animal’s creation for their occupations. In this article, you will look at the effects of Third World Farming and the role of Artificial Intelligence on it.

Artificial Intelligence is gradually becoming stronger in the world. It is the new buzz word. Tons of individual are working on it or about it. Although, less known by some, it is not a very new invention. However, it is coming into practice in every field of life. Due to its eccentric nature, the AI is taking the whole world by storm. The world has started to witness in the news and public dialogues that big countries taking major steps. Many countries are adopting this technology as a matter of their national security in order to control crime and terror. Pakistan is a third world country and lags behind in many things in comparison to the world. However, the country is blessed with tech experts and has a large amount of population using technology, literary or not, that's debatable. Pakistan is a country with one of the largest young population of the world. By more youth means more possible tech users but sadly, Pakistan stands among the lowest in tech innovations in the world. Data is crucial for AI and Pakistan has been lucky enough to collect ample amount of data of its citizens. The issue is utilization of that data. Pakistan has technological infrastructure but that infrastructure requires upgradation time to time and needs to be expanded on a national level. AI software could be used on the same infrastructure but requires tech trained man power. Pakistan requires a national policy for AI which includes security and all other domain where AI could be utilized.

Today’s portals bring together existing technologies in useful, innovative ways, but they don’t scratch the surface of what is possible. The constant build-up of information and resources on the World Wide Web demands a smarter more advanced portal technology that offers dynamic, personalized, customized, and intelligent services. This chapter discusses next-generation portals and the requirement that they come to know their users and understand their individual interests and preferences. It describes a new generation of portals that have a level of autonomy, making informed, logical decisions and performing useful tasks on behalf of their members. The chapter highlights the role of artificial intelligence in framing the next generation of portal technology and in developing their capabilities for learning about their users.

We discuss the role of XY-like vortices on the world-sheet for the free energy of strings at high temperatures. There is a Kosterlitz-Thouless phase transition at the Hagedorn temperature, above which the vortices contribute to the free energy in genus zero and generate a mass gap. We speculate that high-temperature “string” theory could be essentially discrete.

Phillipson (1998) argued that "globalization policies serve to ensure that the role of English is maintained and perpetuated. The key player in educational policy is the World Bank." Mazrui (1997) said "the World Bank's real position...encourages the consolidation of the imperial languages in Africa. Its strategies for stabilising and revitalising universities absolutely do not mention of the place of language at tertiary level of African education." According to Stiglitz (2002), "the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO were the three main institutions that govern globalization....they also have been at the centre of the major economic issues for the last two decades". According to Coulmas (1992), the spread of English is linked to modernisation in two ways. Firstly, English is seen as a central tool by which the process of modernisation (globalization) can be achieved particularly in developing societies. Secondly, monolingualism (English) is seen as a practical advantage for modern societies while multilingualism is viewed as a characteristic of traditional societies. The main issue in language policy in any country, especially those categorised as third world countries, is whether the policy is formed according to the agenda of the normal populace or the trans-national corporations. Spring, (1998) argued that "in this scenario elites need to be proficient in English in order to serve their own and global interest, and local languages must facilitate internal policing of an export – oriented economy and attempt to limit social unrest so that this economy can persist. Trans-national corporations are increasingly active in determining the content of education worldwide." Stiglitz (2002) also claimed that "globalization is powerfully driven by international corporations." This development illustrates how the needs and will of these trans-national corporations give rise to producing customer-like citizens more than critical citizens.

The pursuit of technology has actively contributed to building advanced societies that have facilitated many human needs, shortened distances, and connected the world with important steady steps in all sciences, especially arts and engineering, including the interior design arts that have developed in the last decade to a point that is almost the top of technical treatments and their effective role at the level of The artificial intelligence that granted the specialist (the interior designer) a new status that is reflected in the transcendence and sophistication, and in it the characteristics of functional interaction and its aesthetic relations appear, so the current study is a cognitive key in identifying the mother of the features of modern technology and the role of artificial intelligence in the production of new designs that fit the needs of the institutional and social individual.

Proposals for change in the present international order, particularly in the context of the increasing desire for self-reliance and fulfillment of needs in Third World communities, require creative thought about the role of people in the future global order. Perception of the world as a system of nation-states and traditional nonparticipation of the public in foreign-policy making by national governments inhibits the creation of a future in which people can fulfill their needs in self-reliant communities. Evidence suggests that lack of confidence in their national governments is inhibiting people in industrialized countries from responding to the needs of Third World people. At the same time, it is doubtful that Third World governments can satisfy the needs of people without wider participation of the people in governmental foreign-policy making. The future needs of people in both Third World and industrialized communities will only be served by the creation of symmetrical and responsive relationships between local communities in all parts of the world.

This paper deals with the Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM). We can see in the present globalized world, the customary methods of how business is directed are being tested. There could be not, at this point just nearby firms as contenders, yet associations need to contend continually on a worldwide level as innovation is making the world more modest. This infers that for an association to keep awake to date and maintain an upper hand and accepting these new mechanical advancements is critical. HRM includes a wide range of viewpoints, like preparing workers, enrollment, representative relations, and the advancement of the association. People fill in as a wellspring of information and ability which each association can and should draw on. Hence, obtaining and holding these kinds of workers through enrollment assume a major part today. Because of the significance Human Resource (HR) has for the association, the enrollment interaction by which all this asset is acquired is the way to progress. The enlistment cycle used to be longer and take a lot of time and suggest a lot of administrative works for the spotters, anyway this has as of now gradually began to change with online enrollment getting normal. This paper deals with the various applications and the advantages of implementing Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource management.

This paper discusses the revitalization of the role of pesantren in the 4.0 era by critically examining the process of change and development of pesantren due to the industrial revolution 4.0. This study begins with the development of an era that is entering the 4.0 revolution era, where all life is done digitally, starting from the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, and robotic. This will further change the established pesantren curriculum system, and in this era the world of education will experience its own challenges to adjust it including the education found in pesantren. Therefore pesantren must be able to make a change by revitalizing the role of pesantren so that later the existence of pesantren in the community can continue to be maintained, and pesantren graduates will be able to compete when in the community.
