the article describe about In learning every place of education like school. Many concepts of education supervision today are almost scorched and even forgotten. So, the quality of the learning also began to be invisible. One of them is the quality of learning in Islamic Education. Creating learning Islamic Education in every school is gettting more mature and directed. And here, the concept of educational supervision is used to improve the quality of islamic learning. From the previous presentation the concept of educational supervision is urgently needed in today’s era to improve the quality of learning in islamic education in every school both general and islamic based.

Motivated by the problems of the quality of learning. To improve the quality of teaching carried out by teachers, through educational supervision. The research was conducted in SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli Subdistrict, Lampung which aims to describe the Principal's knowledge regarding the role of supervisor and to know the Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning. Research using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological theory. Conclusions: Principals of SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli District, Lampung have good knowledge of academic supervision as evidenced by the supervision of these schools. Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Indonesian language teachers using individual techniques in the form of class visits begins with making a supervision program containing planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation.

Textbook is one of learning components that plays an important role in determining the success of learning. Textbook as a media and one of main resources in the learning process has a strategic role to be developed to improve the quality of learning and cultivate religiosity of the students. The cultivation of religious characters will be effective, efficient, and interesting if the available textbooks are combined with the Islamic education and characters contents. Those contents will create religious atmosphere and familiarize the students in practising their religiosity in everyday life. In this way, the competency of Islamic education and characters are combined with the competency of other subjects that are packaged in a learning experience. Thus the Islamic values will be formed in students characters.

Abstrak—Educational supervision is defined as the process of providing professional assistance services to teachers to improve their ability to carry out the tasks of managing the learning process effectively, and efficiently. The purpose of supervision of education is to assess and, improve the factorsthat influence the learning process and improve the quality of learning so as to create graduates who are. good in quality and quantity. The purpose of supervising education is an effort to improve the quality of learning by providing services and assistance to improve the quality of teachingteachers in the classroom so as to help teachers develop professions, personal and help principals adjust educational programs in accordancewith community conditions the procurement of inappropriate supervisors, supervisor creativity is still low, as well as facilities that support uneven learning.

The background of this research is the problem of power point media management is one part of the problem of improving the quality of learning. The problems that occur in power point media management are not optimal planning, implementation, and assessment so that it has an impact on the quality of teachers and the quality of learning. The lack of success in power point media management is due to the less than optimal use of learning media implemented in each school that has not been managed optimally, the learning process has not reached the target effectively, the learning media has not been well managed, so that teachers have not been able to show the expected improvement in the quality of learning. The quality of education is something that must be considered and strived to achieve, because education will be in vain if the quality and graduates are low. It will be worse and worse if the educational output adds to the burden on the community, family and country. In general, the management of learning media at SMKN 1 Talaga Majalengka has not shown a satisfactory impact on improving the quality of teachers themselves, especially for students, this is influenced by many factors. Power point media management is still not optimal in improving the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research which takes the background of power point media management to improve the quality of Islamic education learning at SMKN 1 Talaga Majalengka. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was collected, and from that meaning it was concluded. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using triangulation by means of check recheck and cross checking.
