<span><em>Islamic education has important role in the human life that based on Five </em><span><em>Basic of the State, because religion is motivation of life and the important </em><span><em>tool of development and self-control. Therefore, religion should be known, </em><span><em>understood, and practiced by humans in order to be fully human in life.</em><br /><span><em>Nowadays, learning of Islamic Education in the school is more focused on </em><span><em>formal and memorization (verbal) and theoretical things, not focused on the </em><span><em>purpose so forget about the ability to control themselves and how to build</em><br /><span><em>faith. The low quality of education in Indonesia can also be known from the Human Development Report, which states that the Human Development Index for 2004 Indonesia position is ranked 111th out of 177 countries surveyed. Teachers play an important role in the progress of education quality. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to master and control changes with science and technology insights. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to run the competencies they have. Four components of the competency standards that teachers must possess are: Personality competence, Pedagogic competence, Professional competence and social competence. The development of professionalism of elementary school teachers can also be pursued through a system called educational supervision, certification, with a professional teacher coaching system (SPP-Teacher) and learning tasks. The coaching program is useful to improve the quality of teachers so that a positive impact on the success of education

The aim of this paper was to examine the quality of the development of ecological awareness through Islamic Education at schools, i.e. based on Islamic Education teachers' stances to determine the extent to which ecology-related content in elementary school textbooks stimulates the development of students' ecological awareness, and to examine the teachers’ attitudes towards the factors of influence and school activities promoting the development of students' ecological awareness. A theoretical analysis method and a descriptive analytical survey method were used. A survey technique was used to gather data. When it comes to research instruments, the Ecology-related Questionnaire for Teachers (UpN - Kundačina, 1998) and the Ecology Values Scale (SV-3, Kundačina, 1998) were used. The research sample consisted of 120 elementary and 120 high school teachers. The results showed that the teachers found the content in the Islamic religion textbooks not adequately designed to support the development of students' ecological awareness, and confirmed that the teachers do not assign equal importance to all environmental factors of influence and school activities encouraging the development of students' ecological awareness: the greatest influence on young people's attitudes towards ecology exerting family, followed by school, the mass media, peers, while the least influence being exercised by the students' spare time. In conclusion, the need to intensify Islamic educational school activities developing the quality of students’ ecological awareness is highlighted.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of Islamic education which includes: input, process, output. Specifically on the object of study in this study, namely in SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo. This type of research is qualitative. Using an educational sociology approach. Data collection was obtained directly from informants through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data verification, and affirmation of conclusions. An important finding in this study is that SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo cannot be said to be a quality school. Because, the three components of education quality have not been fulfilled, namely: overall input, process, and output.

Abstrak—The purpose of making article are can see how the education supervision process, stages of the education supervision process, the impotance of educational supervision carried out, can see how educational supervision techniques, educational supervision techniques, and the last the importance of educational supervision techniques. The result of making this article we can find out there are some advantages such as educational supervision process in education quality assurance. The importance of educational supervision techniques is known ao that education can run well. School personnel with adequate abilities are major concern for every eduvational institution. Among the existing personnel, teachers are the frontline in determining the quality of education. Teachers everyday face to face with students in the learning process. Therefore qualified teachers was need by every school. Improving the quality of education in schools requires professional and systematic education in achieving their goals. The effectiveness of educational activities in a school influenced by the number of variables (both related to personal, operational, and material aspects) that need to get continuous coaching and development. The process of coaching and developing the whole situation is an education supervision study. The principal as the school leader has the obligation to foster the ability of the teachers. In other words the headmaster should be able to carry out supervision effectively.

At the level of reality, student management studies are an important part in building and developing the quality of Islamic education in the era of industrial revolution 4. 0. Management in the field of student affairs in essence is still considered to be not optimal, especially for Islamic education institutions, as an effort to give birth to the intended quality, can be started from student management, by planning learning activities, carrying out continuous guidance for students in developing their abilities. Student management can be started from planning, student admission, grouping, recording attendance of students, fostering student discipline, regulating student transfer, graduation and ending with the implementation of the program. In addition, student management is part of a variety of other managerial activities, therefore student management can run well if it considers several aspects, namely; a) the role of the teacher is expected to be responsive in determining various policies in the field of student affairs, b) student services must be based on needs, taking into account the characteristics of students c) student management is expected to create orderly and pleasant learning situations so that students’ personalities grow and develop, d) effectiveness student management requires funding and adequate facilities. Thus various management activities basically aim to achieve a goal, namely the creation of quality education in accordance with the wishes of today’s society. This study describes the conflict and its resolution as well as the impact on the system of Islamic Education in Schools Songserm Seksa Islam Patani (SSIS) South Thailand. The discussion focused on three issues. First, how the conflict and its resolution is. Second, how the impacts of the conflict on the education system of the Islamic religion. And third, how the impacts of conflict resolution on the Islamic education system. The results showed that the conflict in Pattani is due to several factors: injustice, discrimination, mistrust each other, the differences of culture, media propaganda, political conflicts and interests. The impact of conflict on the education system in SSIS is the reduction of school hours, the decline of student achievement and teacher performance, the uncertainty caused by the changes of government’s policy on conflict resolution, and the school should be off abruptly during the conflict. While the impact of the conflict resolution toward Islamic Education System in SSIS is the increased quality of teacher performance, the growth of the spirit of educators in the learning process, and a culture of effective and conducive learning in SSIS.

Abstract The problem of this research is: What is the condition of Islamic education in Bone Bolango regency before and after the regional autonomy? What barriers exist to improve the quality of Islamic education in the district Bone Bolango? How solutions in improving the quality of Islamic education in the district Bone Bolango? This study used descriptive qualitative method. Engineering data was collected through: interview (interview); observation (observation); documentation. While the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Results showed before the regional expansion, the condition of Islamic education in the district Bone Bolango still minimal, as evidenced by the number and quality of Islamic education institutions such as MI, MTs, and MA is still below standard. This is caused by the current education management authority is not fully assigned to the area. After the regional autonomy, since holding full authority to manage the region, the district Bone Bolango organized Islamic schools is equivalent to public schools. Problems in improving the quality of Islamic education in the district including the Bone Bolango are Infrastructures, Budget Education, and quality and quantity of human resources as well as community participation to education, and also Public Perception of different Institutions. Solutions to improve the quality of Islamic education in the district Bone Bolango include human resource development by rewarding worthy of professional teachers, improving the professionalism of teachers and educators, supervision of learning, providing adequate infrastructure, applying the model to improve the quality of education in Islamic School. Keywords: Regional autonomy, the quality of Islamic education Abstrak Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana kondisi pendidikan Islam di Kabupaten Bone Bolango sebelum dan setelah pemekaran? Apa hambatan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan islam di kabupaten Bone Bolango? Bagaimana solusi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan islam di kabupaten Bone Bolango? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: interview (wawancara); observasi (pengamatan); dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Sebelum pemekaran, kondisi pendidikan islam di kabupaten Bone Bolango dapat dikatakan masih minim. Ini dibuktikan dengan masih sedikitnya jumlah lembaga pendidikan islam seperti MI, MTs, dan MA. Lembaga pendidikan yang ada pun mutu serta kualitasnya masih di bawah standar. Ini diakibatkan oleh pada waktu itu kabupaten Bone Bolango masih merupakan suatu kecamatan (kecamatan Suwawa), yang pengelolaan pendidikannya saat itu kewenangannya tidak sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada daerah. Setelah pemekaran, sejak memegang otoritas penuh dalam mengelolah daerahnya maka kabupaten Bone Bolango menjadikan pendidikan pesantren, madrasah dan sekolah Islam lainnya menjadi bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional yang perlu ditata sistemnya dalam mencapai pendidikan Islam yang perkembangannya setara dengan sekolah umum lainnya. Hambatan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan islam di kabupaten Bone Bolango diantaranya adalah Sarana dan Prasarana, Budget Pendidikan melalui APBD, Kualitas dan Kuantitas SDM yang masih rendah, Antara ketentuan dengan tindak lanjut di Lapangan relatif kurang, Partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pendidikan semakin berkurang, Perbedaan Persepsi Masayarakat Terhadap Lembaga Pendidikan berbeda-beda, Hambatan Manajerial-Internal dan Eksternal, Hambatan Ekonomis dan Hambatan Kultural.Solusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan islam di kabupaten Bone Bolango diantaranya adalah SDM insan pendidikan patut mendapatkan penghargaan, meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan pendidik, melakukan supervisi pembelajaran, memberikan sarana dan prasarana yang layak, menerapkan model peningkatan mutu pendidikan di madrasah.    Kata Kunci: Pemekaran Daerah, Mutu Pendidikan Islam
