Pendidikan Islam dewasa ini telah banyak ternodai oleh ulah dan tingkah laku murid yang melakukan asusila dan pelanggaran norma-norma agama lainnya. Oleh karena itu, saat ini perlu adanya kebijakan sekolah untuk menghidupkan suasana keberagamaan di lingkungan sekolah dalam rangka menumbuhkan perilaku murid yang sesuai dengan pendidikan Pancasila dan syariat Islam. Sebagai pemimpin sekolah, peranan kepala madrasah sangat menentukan apabila dikaitkan dengan berbagai persoalan di atas. Sebagai seorang pendidik, dia juga harus mampu menanamkan, mengembangkan, dan meningkatkan nilai-nilai religius. Untuk itu, perlu kebijakan yang dapat mendukung terciptanya suasana yang keberagamaan dan kenyamanan dalam proses belajar-mengajar, yakni setiap guru dan murid harus selalu berperilaku terpuji atau akhlaq al-karimah. Islamic education today has been tarnished by many students who commit immorality and violate other religious norms. Thus, currently, madrasah principals really need to make policies to revive the religious atmosphere within the madrasah in order to foster student behaviour in accordance with Pancasila education and Islamic law. Considering that the principal is also an educator, the role of the principal is very heavy and noble when linked to the various sources above. As an educator, he must be able to instil, promote and enhance various religious values. To support the creation of a religious atmosphere and comfort in the teaching and learning process, every teacher and student must always behave well and show noble character (akhlaq al-karimah).

Phenomenon in the year 2016 recorded cases of "pedophile" in Indonesia such as: Sarno (46) in Duren Sawit Jakarta, Andri Sobari alias Emon (Sukabumi) conduct pedophile about 114 children, at Jakarta International School, Samai and Sodikin (Tegal), Bali And Batam. The problem is how the affective study of the case of Paedofil in Indonesia towards the Education Policy? The purpose of this paper answers the following questions: Can a pedophile case affect the moral destruction of a nation? Does the pedophile case affect the deterioration of the nation's achievement? What is the moral evaluation of pedophilia? How does an exemplary figure's education answer the issue of a pedophile case ?. First, the case of pedophile greatly affect the impact of destroying the nation's morale and destroy the achievements of the nation's children in education. Secondly, the teacher should not have an abnormal life (being a pedophile). He is a picture of tekadan for his students. Thus the failure of teaching and learning process will occur when teacher teachers become "scourge" which is frightening for their students. Third, teachers become role models for their students. Master is a portrait of the future picture of the nation.

Educational administration is a process of recycling education implementation starting from planning, followed by organizing, directing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating efforts to achieve its goals.Educational supervision is guidance in the form of guidance or guidance towards improving the educational situation in general and improving the quality of teaching and learning and learning in particular. Supervision can be interpreted as coaching. While the target of coaching can be for school principals, teachers, administrative staff. But what becomes the target of supervision also means teacher guidance.Quality improvement can be achieved when the system built shows good indications between administration and supervision. This article aims to discuss the problems faced by the ICT teacher of SMP Negeri 2 Semarang in using English as classroom language. The International Standard School project is a new education policy in Indonesia that was enacted with a main goal to prepare the students for global competition. This policy is both an effort to internationalize schools in Indonesia and a part of the national education decentralization reform. The title International Standard School, SBI in Bahasa, is given as an accreditation status to schools that have completed the required standards. This accredited status requires the school to carry out teaching and learning process all in English. This applies to all subjects including ICT. This article is based on the observation on the teaching and learning process in ICT class at SMP Negeri 2 Semarang as one of famous International Standard Schools in Semarang. The observation has resulted in general problems which is elaborated in the teaching documents four aspects of language mastery; fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

India’s New Education Policy, 2020 aims to revamp our education system completely. One of the key features of this policy is increased use of technology and teaching through on-line resources along with traditional face-to-face mode. This type of blended learning calls for innovation in the teaching and learning process. One of the innovative teaching methods is through the use of movies in the classroom. This article presents an innovative way of teaching Management Courses through the use of a movie. The exercise used for this purpose aims to teach the Expectancy Theory of Motivation through short movie clips, discussion prompts, group discussion and a comparison debrief. The exercise has been found useful in increasing the students’ engagement level in class along with a better understanding of the underlying concepts in the theory. It is recommended that such innovative methods which use technology and on-line resources should be incorporated into the teaching and learning process for achieving the objectives laid out in the New Education Policy, 2020.

Media ajar berupa nyanyian atau lagu dipandang sangat penting untuk membantu pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang dilakukan dalam suatu proses belajar mengajar baik formal maupun nonformal. Salah satu media ajar yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu anak-anak prasekolah dalam memahami pesan pendidikan adalah lagu anak-anak. Tujuan pokok penelitian ini adalah menguji penciptaan lagu anak-anak  dikaitkan dengan daya gunanya  untuk menyampaikan pesan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode terapan. Subjek penelitian adalah para guru prasekolah. Langkah uji dilakukan dengan mengambil cara yang paling sederhana, yakni pertama, memperdengarkan lagu. Kedua, menirukan lagu yang diperdengarkan dan disampaikan pesan lagu dalam bentuk nyanyian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru tampak tertarik dengan lagu yang diperdengarkan. Selain itu, guru dapat dengan mudah menirukan lagu yang diperdengarkan dan menangkap isi atau pesan lagu. Learning material in a form of songs is considered essential to support educational purposes of a certain teaching and learning process in formal, non-formal, and informal educations. Children song is one of several types of learning material which is used to help students in understanding educational messages. The main aim of this study is to deeply examine the creation of children song and to confirm whether the children song creation has been in line with its usability− which is to deliver educational messages to children. Method implemented in this research was developmental research, while the research subjects were preschool teachers. Stages in trying out the songs to the research subjects comprised three steps. First, subjects listened to the songs. Second, subjects imitated the songs and captured the meaning behind it. Third, subjects understood and analyzed the songs. Results showed that the teachers, first, were interested to the songs. Second, teachers found no difficulties in imitating the songs. Lastly, teachers were able to easily understand the message delivered through the songs.
