The method used in writing this article is the method of studying literature, where before making an aticle, we need a good source of books, as well as other materials related to the administration of special services, after gathering material we need to read and understand to create a new definition developed by the writer. Then the authors develop an understanding of special service administration, types of special services and their management, the role of the teacher in the administration of special services. The relationship between the school and the community is the fabric of interaction that the school strives to be accepted in the midst of the community to get aspirations, sympathy from the community. in this article discusses the understanding, principles and techniques of administration of school and community relations. and the process and role of the teacher can be covered in this article. the writing technique in this article is SLR (System Literature Review). it is very important to know what is included in the scope of this administration. Quality communication between schools and the community is the key to determining the success of this PR management. This chapter focuses on the role of the school in redefining the collaboration between school and community. It argues that it is important to explore the purposes and mechanisms of school–community collaboration. The chapter considers why a school should pursue collaboration with the community, and what the mechanisms are by which schools and communities can interact with and mutually support one another. It focuses on three purposes, on the corresponding perspectives on why and how school–community relations can ‘work’, and on appropriate mechanisms for bringing this about. The first strand concerns school–community collaboration for the purpose of enhancing learning. Second, the chapter discusses school–community collaboration for the purpose of developing social capital. Third, it presents the notion of school–community collaboration for the purpose of building and developing the wider Jewish community.

Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.

Media are tools that are used to convey messages from communicators to the public. Public relations can not be separated from the media, because public relations needs media to publication the information about the company or organization. In the process of its performance, the Cilincing District Health Center certainly needs to convey information to its audience whether it is necessary to receive programs, services and so on. This does not include media information for programs and such information. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in Instagram social media as a publication to improve community services in the Cilincing District Health Center. The research method in this study is qualitative, with descriptive research using case studies. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, discipline and literature. The role of public relations is the role of expert advisors, the role of communication facilitators, the role of problem solving process facilitators, and the role of communication technicians. Public relations are active in utilizing Instagram as a publication tool in the Cilincing District Health Center, through the results related to the community relations role of the Cilincing District Health Center only.

Public relations is a vital tool for the government because it emphasizes on democracy and good governance. This study sought to establish the role of public relations tools in sensitizing the public on government projects in government ministries in the Central Government in Nairobi. Specifically, the study examined: the effects of media relations on sensitizing the public on government projects in Nairobi County, Kenya; the effects of community relations on sensitizing the public on government projects in Nairobi County, Kenya; the effects of sponsorships on sensitizing the public on government projects in Nairobi County, Kenya; the effects of community events on sensitizing the public on government projects in Nairobi County, Kenya. For this study, the researcher used descriptive survey design. The target population comprised heads of departments in state corporations in Kenya which totals 162. This study was a census survey of all 162 state corporations in Kenya. The unit of analysis comprised all the state corporations whereas the unit of observation consisted of 162 heads of departments (Public Relations Officers) of each State Corporation, thus forming a sample size of 162 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires as the main data collection instruments. The study also collected data using an interview schedule. SPSS version 20 was adopted in the analysis of quantitative data. Data was presented in the form of pie charts, graphs and tables. Themes were used to analyze qualitative data. The study found that media relations positively and significantly influence sensitisation on government projects; community relations positively and significantly influence sensitisation on government projects; sponsorships positively and significantly influence sensitisation on government projects and community events positively and significantly influence sensitisation on government projects. The study, therefore, recommends that stronger communication mechanisms should be installed and well integrated in the system to ensure easier and convenient dissemination of information to the public. PR department of any organisation contributes to its development and enhances customer’s satisfaction. In this line, the study recommends that strong and well integrated PR department should be installed in an organisation and therefore should be sufficiently funded to ensure its success. Further, the study recommends that organisations should devise ways and means to maintain a long-term commitment with clients.

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan, (1) manajemen hubungan masyarakat dengan sekolah, (2) prosedur operasional hubungan masyarakat di sekolah, dan (3) peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualititatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di SMPN 15 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yakni (1) manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam peningkatan mutu sekolah secara internal maupun eksternal meliputi dimensi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pihak sekolah dalam merancang program-program sekolah, (2) prosedur operasional hubungan masyarakat di sekolah meliputi pertemuan kepala sekolah dengan komite dan masyarakat dalam mensosialisasikan citra sekolah serta pengadaan infrastruktur sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, pertemuan unsur sekolah dengan orang tua peserta didik untuk pengambilan buku raport siswa, mengatur strategi hubungan kerjasama unsur sekolah seperti; perkemahan, gotong royong, visit school, serta kegiatan perlombaan, dan mengatur koordinasi hubungan kerjasama antar lembaga pendidikan terhadap feedback penyelenggaraan program kerja sekolah, dan (3) peran pemimpin sekolah yakni dengan mengaplikasikan konsep manajemen pendidikan, serta monitoring pada setiap aspek komponen manajemen pendidikan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, manajemen hubungan masyarakat, mutu sekolahSchool quality improvement through public relationship managementAbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe, (1) management of public relations with schools, (2) operational procedures for public relations in schools, and (3) the role of principals in improving school quality. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The research location is in SMPN 15 Malang. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study are (1) management of public relations in improving the quality of schools internally and externally covering the dimensions of planning, implementation and evaluation of the school in designing school programs, (2) operational procedures for community relations in schools including meeting principals with committees and the community in disseminating the image of the school as well as the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure infrastructure, meeting elements of the school with parents of students to retrieve student report, set up strategy of cooperative relations between school elements such as; camp, mutual cooperation, visit school, and event activities, and regulate the coordination of collaborative relationships between educational institutions with regard to feedback on the implementation of school programs, and (3) the role of principal by applying educational management concepts and monitoring on every aspect of education management components in school.Keywords: Principal leadership, public relationship management, school quality
