Technological advances will be very useful and meaningful to life if used properly and properly. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is in the management information system (SIM). Padang Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School has made use of these technological advancements to support the smoothness and progress of education with the implementation of management information systems. This has been proven by web / sisfo assessment, attendance and report card management. The management information system has been computerized and well-automated, to improve work effectiveness and efficiency. Reducing the use of paper and ink. Then the most important thing is tidying up and securing the data. Data can be input, accessed, and printed anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, can be accessed via a computer and smartphone (Android).

The purpose of this paper is to determine the contribution and influence of management information systems on the work effectiveness of employees in the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province.This paper examines two variables, namely the independent variable is the influence of the Management Information System system which consists of dimensions: functionalization, integration, professionalism, quality, equity, coordination, while the employee work effectiveness dependent variable consists of three dimensions each: time measurement, yield size and cost size.The research method used in this study is the explanatory survey. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province, amounting to 93 people and a sample of 48 people representing each level of education, namely Senior High School, Bachelor / DIII, Bachelor, and Masters. The research variable is a management information system as an independent variable (X) and employee work effectiveness is the dependent variable (Y).The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence and there is a contribution of management information systems to the work effectiveness of employees at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The biggest influence of the variables forming the management information system is the dimension of integration, and coordination, while the smallest dimension of the variables forming the management information system is the dimension of equity. The solution that needs to be developed is improving employee competencies through education and technical training in management information systems.  Keywords : Management Information System, Effectiveness of Employee's Work

This study aims to determine the effect of management information systems by specializing memo online information system on the effectiveness of employee on YPT Bandung. This research was based on the theory of management information system and work effectiveness by McLeod and Notoatmodjo. This research uses quantitative method with sample of 64 people using census sample technique. The research shows that the management information system has an influence on the employee effectiveness of Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom Bandung of 28.1%. The company should listen to complaints from employees of the memo online information system and improve in accordance with the expected by the employee, upgrade to memo online ver 3.0 conduct motivational seminars for employees.

Abstract: The statement of the problem in this research is there any correlation between school management information system and work effectiveness of staff at MA. Ad-Dinul Qayyim, Gunung Sari West Lombok in 2014/2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between school management information system and work effectiveness of staff at MA. Ad-Dinul Qayyim, Gunung Sari West Lombok in 2014/2015. The method of data gathering used questionnaire and interview. The data were analyzed statically by using correlation product moment. The results indicated that, r-table equals to 0,311, r-test at the significance level of 5% with N=48 It was obtained 0,248 this shows that r- test is bigger than r-table or 0,311>0,248, thus the result of this research is significant. This means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Hence, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between school management information systems and work effectiveness of staff at MA. Ad-Dinul Qayyim, Gunung Sari West Lombok in 2014/2015.Keywords: Information system, work effectivenessAbstrak: Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada korelasi antara pengelolaan sistem informasi sekolah dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai di MA.      Ad-Dinul Qayyim, Gunung Sari Lombok Barat tahun 2014/2015. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Ingin mengetahui korelasi antara pengelolaan sistem informasi sekolah dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai di MA. Ad-Dinul Qayyim, Gunung Sari, Lombok Barat tahun 2014/2015. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode angket sebagai metode pokok dan metode wawancara sebagai metode pelengkap. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik dengan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dalam dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai rhitungsebesar 0,311, selanjutnya nilai tersebut dikonsultasikan dengan nilai rtabel product momen pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N= 48 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.284. Kenyataan tersebut menunjukan bahwa rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel atau 0,311 > 0.284, maka hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan signifikan. Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterimaKesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada korelasi antara pengelolaan sistem informasi sekolah dengan efektivitas kerja pegawai di MA.      Ad-Dinul Qayyum, Gunung Sari Lombok Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi dan Efektivitas Kerja

The Impact

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (AIS) and Management Information System (SIM) in Padang Adat Village as a source of budgeting information for the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Key. Data collection is carried out through literature studies, verification and direct observation in the field, interviews and observations. The place of this research is in the traditional village of Padang Tegal and the Ubud Forest tourist attraction. Based on the research results of accounting information systems and management information systems can help the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Forest through information generated and used as material for decision making by the Padangtegal village through the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the effectiveness of management information systems. The paucity of human factors work in computer system design is noted, and reasons for this are elaborated with particular reference to computer-based management information systems. The main obstacle to such human factors endeavor would appear to be the lack of appropriate investigatory techniques. To remedy this deficiency a method is proposed which derived from the field of psychotherapy. Pilot studies are reported which demonstrate the technique and indicate how the data obtained may be interpreted. An appraisal of the potential of this technique in the management information system field is presented.
