The company is a group that has the aim to get the maximum benefit possible by utilizing existing resources as optimally as possible. Companies in general will not be able to finance all of their operational activities by using their own capital, because of limited funds from the leadership of the company. hence the company tries to utilize the resources they have such as tangibility and the company's growth rate to obtain additional capital. This study aims to determine how much tangibility and growth rates can influence companies in setting capital structures. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the end of the 2013-2017 period. In this study using purposive sampling technique in sampling and obtained a sample of 19 companies with 95 observations. Panel data regression analysis in this study uses the help of the E-Views 8 application and tests CEM, FEM and REM to determine the best model. The test results state that tangibility has a positive and significant effect on company leverage, while the growth rate does not significantly influence company leverage

This research was conducted to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leverage, Capital Intensity and Deferred Tax Expense on Tax Avoidance in the automotive subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of data analysis uses panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10 software by conducting several stages of testing. The results of this study indicate that leverage, capital intensity, and deferred tax expense simultaneously significantly affect tax avoidance. Capital intensity partially has a significant effect on tax avoidance in a negative direction. Meanwhile, leverage and deferred tax expense partially have no significant effect on tax avoidance.

The research method used is a quantitative method with cuantitavie descriptive. The population in this study were all publicly listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the samples taken were 12 financial institutions. The data analysis technique in this study is panel data regression analysis usingEviews. The test results show that in 2013-2017 the development of cash flows in 12 financial institutions fluctuated, with the highest average occurring in 2015. The development of the level of liquidity in 12 financial institutions tended to fluctuate with the highest liquidity level was 2014 Danasupra Erapacific Tbk. Partially cash flows from operating activities have a significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017. Partially the cash flows from investment activities have no significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017. Partially cash flows from funding activities have a significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017. Simultaneously, cash flows that feel from operating, investing and funding activities have a significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017 with a magnitude of influence of72.7%

Investor needed the information about financial performance in order to predict the price and return of stock. This study aims to find out the effect of financial leverage and liquidity on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and return of stock in the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2017. The method of descriptive and verifiative are used in this study by using 94 samples determined by purposive sampling technique. A secondary data is used and analyzed by using panel data regression model and moderated regression analysis. The result showed that simultenously, financial leverage and liquidity effected negatively and significantly to the return of stock. Partially, leverage effected negatively and significantly, as well as liquidity but insignificantly. The GCG is able to moderated a simultaneous effect of financial leverage and liquidity on return of stock to be positive, but insiginificatn. However, GCG effected positively and significantly.

Abstrack This study is a quantitative study that aims to the effect of tax avoidance on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period, totaling 117 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 25 sample companies. The method used in analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10 software. The results show that tax avoidance has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. This shows that the higher the tax avoidance done by the company, the lower the firm value. The limitation in this study is that it does not include elements of other variables outside of tax avoidance which may affect firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of governance with the proxy of the Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Leverage, and Company Size on Bank Financial Performance in banking. The population in this study are banking companies that have gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling and used Panel Data Regression Analysis Model. The results show that partially the Independent Commissioner has no significant effect on the Bank's Financial Performance, the Audit Committee has a significant effect on Financial Performance, leverage has a significant effect on Financial Performance, firm size has a significant effect on the Bank's Financial Performance. Simultaneously, the Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee.

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

This research belong to determine the factors that influence dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses dividend policy as the dependent variable. Meanwhile the independent variables in this study are profitability, and leverage. This is a quantitative study using secondary data types and panel data regression analysis as a method of analysis. The population in this study was 669 companies that were listed on the IDX. Samples were selected by means of purposive sampling methods which included 39 manufacturing companies in the 2016- 2018 period. Panel data regression test results with a significance level of 0.05 had explained that profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy, and leverage has no significant effect effect on dividend policy.

Objective of this study was to determine the relationship between working capital policy with proxy Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Leverage, company size, and Financial Assets, as independentvariables, and profitability as the dependent variable on the non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2012. To examine this relationship, using panel data regression. Sampling method was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis of the evidence obtained in the form of regression model used is Random Effect. Partial test effect prove that the policy of working capital, leverage, asset size, and Financial Assets no effect on profitability. The test results together prove significant effect.
