This research was a classroom action research using a peer tutor learning model to improve physics learning outcomes. Peer tutor learning is a learning that utilizes classmates who have more ability to help their friends in carrying out an activity or understanding the concept of learning. The problem to be solved is the low physics learning outcomes of class XI IPA 3 in SMA 3 Bengkalis. This study consisted of three cycles, in each cycle consisting of four stages, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. This research involved 21 students which are consisting of 13 female students and 8 male students. In the pre-cycle process, the percentage of learning completeness was 19.05%, then after learning the first cycle using the peer tutoring model there was an increase in the percentage of learning completeness to 42.89%. In the second cycle, it increased again to 61.91% and in the third cycle, it succeeded in achieving the percentage of learning completeness of 85.71%. The results showed that an increase in student learning outcomes along with the application of peer tutoring models. Thus, the results of the study indicate that the use of peer tutoring models can improve the physics learning outcomes of XI IPA 3 students in SMA 3 Bengkalis.

This research was conducted at SDN 148 Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 29 grade 3 students consisting of 17 male students and 12 female students. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model. The method used in this research was experiment. This research was conducted for 3 days, where the first day gave a pretest to students, the second day provided learning, and the third day was posttest. The results of the study were seen from the students' pretest and posttest. On the results of the pretest of 29 students, there were 13 students who completed and 16 other students who did not complete with an average of 68.03. Then in the posttest, the number of students who have completed has increased by 26 people while students who have not completed were 3 people so that an average of 80.62 was obtained which was relatively high. The results of t-test with tcount = 10.17 and ttable = 2.048, which can be concluded that tcount > ttable, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there were differences and increases in student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru between before and after the implementation of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve student learning outcomes by usingintegrated multimedia learning physics for senior high school or equivalent. This research was conducted atthe senior high school (SMA)12 Pekanbaru. The subjects in this study were students of class X IPA 1 with 36students consisting of 16 male students and 20 female students. The study was conducted in two cycles andconsisted of 8 meetings with the details of the first cycle consisting of three meetings and three times quiz andone daily test (UH) and the second cycle consisted of four meetings consisting of three meetings and threetimes a and one dayly test. Each cycle is analyzed and feedback and repairs are needed. Based on the resultsof the study, it was found that there was an increase in individual completeness in the 1st cycle. 40.41% atquis-1, 51.65% at quis-2 and 90.81% at quis-3. Likewise, the second cycle. 80.25 in quiz-1, 85.75% in quis-2and 90.00% in quis-3. Based on these results it was found that the increase in individual completeness in the2nd cycle was higher and more stable. This shows that the results of individual completeness during learningboth cycle-1 and cycle-2 have increased, but the increase in cycle-2 is more linear. These results indicatethat learning using integrated multimedia can improve student physics learning outcomes.

The method applied by the teacher in Civics learning is still conventional, tends to use the verbalistic lecture method, resulting in passive students, lack of enthusiasm, and low student learning outcomes. To improve the learning process and results, the teacher responded by applying the Jigsaw cooperative learning model and applying it in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of Civics. The action is carried out through three cycles. Each cycle includes four activities, namely (1) Planning, (2) Acting, (3) Observing, and (4) Reflection. One cycle is carried out in two to three meetings. Based on the results of data analysis, findings, and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the actions taken in class VIIIA to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Civics through the Jigsaw cooperative learning model were successful because the research performance indicators were met. Before the action using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model, the activeness of class VIIIA students was 73.43 in the active category and at the end of the third cycle of 79.10 in the very active category, an increase of 5.67 (an increase of 8%). Before the action, the KKM achievement in the class was 10%, after the first cycle of action it became 54.33% (an increase of 43.33%), after the second cycle of action it became 76.67% (an increase of 23.34% from the first cycle), and after the third cycle of action it increased to 93.33% (an increase of 16.66% from cycle II). Tindakan dilaksanakan melalui tiga siklus.
