A study on Assamese monkeys (Macaca assamensis) in Kaligandaki river basin at Ramdi of Palpa and Syangja districts of western Nepal was performed. The field study was conducted from February 2015 to January 2016 spending 1804 hours to explore the ecology and feeding behavior of Assamese macaque. The study mainly focused the Ramdi village area. A total of 24 individuals of Assamese monkeys were counted towards Palpa district and 18 individuals were counted towards Syangja district. Crop raiding status was examined each year by questionnaire survey method for local household villagers as well as direct observation by the researcher. It was found that maize (47.14 %) was the highest raided among the crops, followed by fruits (16.43 %), wheat (11.13 %), millet (5.72 %), rice (4.58 %), potato (4.27 %), lentil (4.07 %), mustard (1.26 %), pumpkin (1.14 %), bread (0.96 %), brown lentil (0.81 %), broad beans (0.80 %), sesame (0.60 %), black pulses (0.35 %), dal (0.20 %), cauliflower (0.14 %), tomato (0.1 %), egg (0.1 %), samosa (0.1 %) and gram (0.1%).

This study was conducted on conflict due to Assamese Macaques (Macaca assamensis McClelland 1840) and crop protection strategies in Kaligandaki river basin, Baglung and Parbat Districts, Western Nepal. Field survey was conducted from 25 October to 22 December, 2015. Questionnaire survey was carried out to estimate the crop protection strategies and crop damaged by the macaque with the local inhabitants in the Kaligandaki River Basin VDCs. Stratified random sampling method was used to select respondent for the questionnaire survey. Out of 654 river basin households, 92 respondents were selected as sample size from the study area. Maize was the highest raided crop 46.95% followed by 15.91% paddy, 15.11% potato, 10.84% millet, 6.88% wheat, 2.05% pulses, 1.59% fruits and 0.66% vegetables. The most commenly used crop protection strategy in guarding  their field were by constant vigilance 50%, 25% of field owners use “Scarecrows” 20% used dogs, 5% farmers used tin-box and catapult to chase the macaques from the crop fields.  This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.

This paper started with theories of team heterogeneity and team performance, according to questionnaire survey method, reviewed three dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity (speciality heterogeneity, education heterogeneity and work experience heterogeneity) and their effects on team performance. The result showed that speciality heterogeneity was positively related to task performance and contextual performance, while work experience heterogeneity was positively related to contextual performance significantly, but had no significant relationship with task performance. In addition, education heterogeneity had no significant relationship with task performance and contextual performance.

This paper analyzes the impact of information interaction ability on the value co-creation business model of online education enterprises from the perspective of supply chain. Integrate the perspective of supply chain and summarize the content of supply chain capability and performance. This paper analyzes the connotation and shortcomings of information interaction ability, combines the connotation of value co-creation to maximize the advantages of information interaction, assumes the impact of information interaction on value co-creation through questionnaire survey method, uses software to analyze the reliability and validity of data, and proves that the data are reasonable. Information interaction has a positive impact on the value co-creation business model of online education enterprises.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

Abstract Subak is an institution in charge of regulating the irrigation traditionally. System Subak activities are based on Tri Hita Karana (THK). One aspect of Tri Hita Karana (THK) is the palemahan aspect. The purpose of this research was to develop a program to assess the condition of palemahan aspect in subak system using Matlab-GUI based fuzzy logic that named TAKSU Information System (Tri Hita Karana Subak). In creating a fuzzy toolbox, the most important step to do is to design rules. Data were collected by survey method, direct observation and measurement. The data were categorized by value and then analyzed with fuzzy logic. Subak were assessed by using three value criteria that were Good = 3, Medium = 2, Less = 1. This program consists of input, an algorithm which is a function of the design carried out on the fuzzy Matlab toolbox and output as a result of the program. Based on the results of the validation carried out on two samples of subak, the value of Subat Jatiluwih was 2.23 with the criteria of Good and Subak Puring was 2.73 with the criteria of Good. These results indicate that this program can operate properly. Keyword : palemahan aspect, Matlab-GUI, fuzzy logic, Subak, Tri Hita Karana (THK).

This article focuses on presenting the results from the research Barreiras para implementação da Lousa Digital Interativa: um estudo de caso, thus contributing to the systematization of knowledge about the implementation of this didactic-pedagogic resource. Starting from the set of barriers listed in the BECTA report of the 2004, we have elaborated a panorama composed of the barriers, their main characteristics and whether they occur in the context of the Brazilian school being studied. The field study consisted of an analysis of available hardware and software, interviews with the principal and teachers, as well as direct observation in the classrooms. As a result, we will present an analysis of the barriers in the aforementioned report which were found in the Brazilian context. Furthermore, two new barriers emerge in Brazilian public schools.
