Abstrak Subak merupakan sebuah lembaga yang bertugas dalam mengatur air irigasi secara tradisional. Subak dalam aktivitasnya berlandaskan pada Tri Hita Karana (THK). Salah satu aspek dari Tri Hita Karana (THK) yang  dinilai adalah aspek palemahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu program untuk menilai kondisi aspek palemahan dalam sistem subak menggunakan Matlab-GUI berbasis logika fuzzy yang diberi nama Sistem Informasi TAKSU (Tri Hita Karana Subak). Dalam membuat toolbox fuzzy tahapan yang paling penting untuk dilakukan adalah merancang rule. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan metode survei, pengamatan secara langsung dan pengukuran. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya akan diberi nilai dan dianalisis dengan logika fuzzy. Subak dinilai dengan menggunakan tiga rentang nilai yaitu Baik = 3, Sedang = 2, Kurang = 1. Program ini terdiri dari input, algoritma yang merupakan fungsi dari perancangan yang dilakukan pada toolbox fuzzy Matlab dan output sebagai hasil dari program tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil validasi yang dilakukan pada dua sampel subak diperoleh nilai pada Subak Jatiluwih adalah 2.23 dengan kriteria Agak Baik dan Subak Puring 2.73 dengan kriteria Baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa program ini dapat beroperasi dengan baik Kata kunci: aspek palemahan, GUI Matlab, logika fuzzy, Subak, Tri Hita Karana (THK). Abstract Subak is an institution in charge of regulating the irrigation traditionally. System Subak activities are based on Tri Hita Karana (THK). One aspect of Tri Hita Karana (THK) is the palemahan aspect. The purpose of this research was to develop a program to assess the condition of palemahan aspect in subak system using Matlab-GUI based fuzzy logic that named TAKSU Information System (Tri Hita Karana Subak). In creating a fuzzy toolbox, the most important step to do is to design rules. Data were collected by survey method, direct observation and measurement. The data were categorized by value and then analyzed with fuzzy logic. Subak were assessed by using three value criteria that were Good = 3, Medium = 2, Less = 1. This program consists of input, an algorithm which is a function of the design carried out on the fuzzy Matlab toolbox and output as a result of the program. Based on the results of the validation carried out on two samples of subak, the value of Subat Jatiluwih was 2.23 with the criteria of Good and Subak Puring was 2.73 with the criteria of Good. A identificação de áreas suscetíveis a inundações é essencial para o gerenciamento de desastres e definição de políticas públicas. O objetivo deste trabalho é a apresentação de um método para identificação de áreas suscetíveis a inundações através da integração de informações geográficas provenientes de técnicas do Sensoriamento Remoto, as ferramentas do Sistema de Informação Geográfica (SIG), a lógica Fuzzy e a aplicação de Métodos de Análise Multicritério (MAM) Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Para atingir o objetivo foi proposto um estudo de caso, localizado na Bacia do Rio Bengalas, nos municípios de Nova Friburgo e Bom Jardim (Região Serrana do Rio de Janeiro). A modelagem espacial multicritério foi realizada a partir da seleção de um conjunto de dados composto por informações geomorfológicas, hidrológicas e de uso e ocupação do solo. Como resultado, obteve-se um mapa de suscetibilidade a inundações para a região. A coerência do modelo gerado foi verificada a partir do histórico de inundações da bacia do Rio Bengalas. A metodologia, apresentou-se eficiente e adequada para a determinação de áreas suscetíveis a inundações, prevendo com sucesso a distribuição espacial de áreas com riscos a inundações.  Spatial modelling of flood-susceptible areas based on a hybrid multi-criteria model and Geographic Information System: a case study applied to the Bengalas River basin A B S T R A C TThe identification of areas susceptible to flooding is essential for disaster management and public policy making. The objective of this work is the presentation of a method for the identification of areas susceptible to floods through the integration of geographic information from Remote Sensing techniques, Geographic Information System (GIS) tools, Fuzzy logic and the application of Multicriteria Analysis Methods (MAM) Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In order to achieve the objective, a case study was proposed, located in the Bengalas River Basin, in the municipalities of Nova Friburgo and Bom Jardim (Mountain Region of Rio de Janeiro). Multicriteria spatial modeling was performed by selecting a data set composed of geomorphological, hydrological and land use information. As a result, a flood susceptibility map was obtained for the region. The coherence of the generated model was verified from the flood history of the Bengalas River basin. The methodology was efficient and adequate for the determination of areas susceptible to floods, successfully predicting the spatial distribution of areas at risk of flooding.Keywords: flood susceptibility. This article aims to analyze the educational institutions pgri ( yplp - pgri ) west java. It is characterized by personal track record of data breaches and sanction violations of employees of the phenomenon can be said to be effect of human resources information system on the effectiveness of development employees in educational institutions pgri ( yplp - pgri ) west java has not fully realize the desired orgabizational goals.This study consisted of two variables human resources information system (X) and employee development (Y). The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of performance human resources information system, an overview of the level of employee development. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. Data collection etchnique used quesionnaire. The instrument used was a questionnaite Likert Scale model. Analysis of data using simple regression. Member of population is 32 employees.Based on the analysis, obtained information that the information system of the human resources and development of employees in middle category. From the test result obtained by the hypothesis that the positive effect of human resources information system appraisal effectiveness. Nevertheless, employee development of educational institutions pgri ( yplp - pgri ) west java is not only influenced by the human resources information system only, but there are other factors that also influence, but not examined in this study.ABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa permasalahan rendahnya pengembangan pegawai di Yayasan Pembina Lembaga Pendidikan PGRI (YPLP – PGRI) Jawa Barat. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan data pelanggaran dan sanksi pelanggaran pegawai. Dari fenomena tersebut dapat dikatakan pengembangan pegawai di Yayasan Pembina Lembaga Pendidikan PGRI (YPLP – PGRI) Jawa Barat belum sepenuhnya mewujudkan tujuan organisasi yang dikehendaki.Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu sistem informasi sumber daya manusia (X) dan pengembangan pegawai (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas sistem informasi sumber daya manusia, gambaran mengenai tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari sistem informasi sumber daya manusia terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket(kuesioner). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Responden dengan menggunakan sampel yaitu 32 pegawai.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan informasi bahwa sistem informasi sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan pegawai berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa sistem informasi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif. Namun demikian, pengembangan pegawai di Yayasan Pembina Lembaga Pendidikan PGRI (YPLP – PGRI) Jawa Barat tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh sistem informasi sumber daya manusia saja, melainkan ada faktor lainnya yang juga berpengaruh, tetapi tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini.

 To assist the performance of medical technicians in nursing patients effectively and efficiently, information technology appears as a dominant support. Utilizing information technology, patient’s diagnoses can be reported to a doctor as soon as possible, as well as the patient's condition which needs to be monitored regularly. It is necessary to build a monitoring information system of hospital that is able to present timely information regarding the patient's condition characterized by four vital signs which are temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. For the four vital signs monitoring, fuzzy logic concept is implemented. If vital signs approach 1, the patient is close to recovery. Conversely, if the signs are 0, the patient still needs medical treatment. This system also helps nurses in order to provide answers to the families of patients who want to know the development of the patient's condition, as well as the recovery based on the average percentage of Fuzzy max of four vital signs. By Fuzzy-based monitoring system, monitoring the patient's condition becomes simpler and easier.

“Jamu Gendong Kunyit Asam (Tamarind Turmeric Sour Herbs)” is a typical Indonesian drink that is quite famous which is one of the legacies of the Indonesian nation’s ancestors who have medicinal properties in maintaining health and for healing a disease. This study aims to determine aspects of chemistry and microbiology as well as food safety of Tamarind Turmeric Sour Herbs in Jimbaran and Kedonganan, Bali by using survey method and research. The observed variabels include total microbial, coliforms, Escherichia coli, pH, total acid, total vitamin C. The results of microbiological aspect test in this study showed that two samples of Jamu Gendong Kunyit Asam (Tamarind Turmeric Sour Herbs) at Jimbaran and Kedonganan,Bali does not meet the requirements according to SNI 7388:2009 namely samples B and E with indigo in sample B that is 30 x 10-1 and sample E which is 1 x 10-1. The result of chemistry aspect are if the increase in total vitamin C will effect the increase in total acid and pH will be more acid. Besaide that, E. coli bacteria can grow at a pH of 5-7 and the compound content of the tamarind fruit is also antibacterial so that most of Jamu Gendong Kunyit Asam (Tamarind Turmeric Sour Herbs) at Jimbaran and Kedonganan are not contaminated with E.coli.

This study was conducted to determine maturity level of Delivery and Support process on the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University, according to the criteria in the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). Processes evaluated were (1) Ensure Continuous Service, (2) Manage Service Desk and Incidents, and (3) Manage Data. The method used in this study is a questionnaire with the appropriate research subjects RACI diagram mapping, and direct observation of Academic Information Systems, State University of Padang. The findings showed the maturity level of the process ensure continuous service, manage service desk and incidents, and manage data in the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University is located on level 3 (the process is defined). Results of evaluation of the maturity level is fundamental in determining the proposed improvements to the management of the State University of Padang in order to improve the service.

The objective of this research is to study the direct effects of knowledge of management, knowledge of information system, and assertiveness on transformational leadership of department head at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Head Office. Quantitative method was used in this research as well as Survey Method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and test, and were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential analysis with path analysis approach. This sample of this research were sixty respondent from the population of one hundred and fifty department head and selected by simple random sampling.The study finding are follow: (1)there is a direct effect of knowledge of management on transformational leadership capability, (2)there is a direct effect of knowledge of information system on transformational leadership capability, (3)there is a direct effect of assertivenesson transformational leadership capability, (4) there is a direct effect of knowledge of management on assertiveness, (5) there is a direct effect of knowledgeof information system on assertiveness. As a conclusion, the transformational leadership can be enhanced by knowledge of management, knowledge of information system, and assertiveness.

Abstract. The present research is aimed at a critical analysis of a method presently used for evaluating failure hazard in linear objects in mining areas. A fuzzy model of failure hazard of a linear object was created on the basis of the experience gathered so far. The rules of Mamdani fuzzy model have been used in the analyses. Finally the scaled model was integrated with a Geographic Information System (GIS), which was used to evaluate failure hazard in a water pipeline in a mining area.

The Autonomous Port of Cotonou (PAC) located in West Africa has an access channel 15m deep, 11 berths, and an internal draft of 15m (maximum), and is connected with a road to serve continental countries such as Burkina-Faso, Chad , Mali, Niger and Nigeria. The PAC presents low productivity (average of 10,000,000 tons / year, 24.40% of the movement from the port of Lagos / Nigeria) in West Africa. This article aims to evaluate the application of fuzzy logic in the Autonomous Port of Cotonou (Benin) in the analysis of logistic viability. The methodology followed the fuzzy logic that is a support method for logistic decision-making, based on fuzzy rules (SBRF). It was used characteristic of Mamdani Matlab Toolbox with three membership functions (triangular, trapezoidal and Gaussian) to model the quality variables of infrastructures and services, equipment productivity, seeking a long-term way out of logistic viability. The result of logistic viability was medium term, equivalent to 13 years / 25 years; as far as the outcome of the future PAC is concerned. The logistic viability of the PAC depends on its input variables. The projection of this application was long term, at least 19 years / 25 years when the infrastructures are of good quality and the equipment is more modern and consistent with the current realities to satisfy the expectations of the customers.
