The system available right now at Cantika Catering is conducted manually, started from recording customer's orders to keep other data related to processes from sales to transactions, keeping the records accurately, and spending less time to search some data. Cantika catering requires information system which can support and deliver satisfactory services for its customers. Therefore, the author tried to compose a research about the sales system in Cantika Catering which was completed by using data collection methods as follows: direct observation, interview, and literature review. Nowadays, Cantika Catering is a business dealing only with food provision service. The design of information system is the best solution to handle problems in this company, and a computerized system will make the company's actvities more effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the researcher has conducted a change of system for Cantika Catering  from manual to computerized and web based order transaction

The existence of supermarkets that have penetrated into settlements is an attraction for the people of Pekanbaru City. However, the number of supermarkets is apparently not directly proportional to the attitude of businesses in fulfilling the obligation to report the number of workers. This study aims to identify barriers and explain the solution to the implementation of the obligations of business operators to report the number of workers in each semester ordered by the Pekanbaru City Regulation on Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. This type of empirical legal research is used in this study, wherein a study that looks at law in society. By using data collection methods by observation, questionnaire, interview and literature review. From the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that business actors do not report the number of workers due to their ignorance of the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation on Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. Efforts that need to be done are related institutions need to synchronize perceptions and disseminate local regulations to business actors in order to carry out their labor reporting obligations and send letters to business actors regarding the deadline for submitting reports on the number of workers in each semester.

This research discusses the zakat, infaq and alms Accounting Information System at LAZISNU Pekalongan City. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of the Accounting Information System at LAZISNU Pekalongan City. This research is the result of field research using data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are to show the flowchart accounting system for revenue and distribution at LAZISNU Pekalongan City that has never been made by the management. Having a flowchart can help the management's performance more effectively and efficiently. There are still many people who have not put their trust in zakat management institutions as zakat distribution institutions.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Sidoarjo is one area that deserves to be put forward. The culture of batik and textile creation is interesting to explore further. With current technological developments, making data, information and matters related to information systems is very fast to be obtained and distributed to various layers of society, various circles, and various social layers. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and build a website-based e-catalog as a medium of information for Batik Sari Kenongo. The research method used by the author in designing a website-based e-catalog as a collection of information media at Batik Sari Kenongo includes two methods, namely data collection methods and data collection methods. system development method. The result of this research with the existence of an e-catalog information system at Batik Sari Kenongo is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo and with the implementation of the e-catalog, it is expected to be able to attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo. The conclusion of this study is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo. With the implementation of the e-catalog, it is hoped that it will attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. In this paper, I explain the design and implementation of an e-newsletter created to engage grandparents with public schools.  A brief literature review, the process for creating the e-newsletter, and my data collection methods are explained.  The conclusions and implementations offered provided insight into how public schools can engage grandparents as important members of their school communities.

This paper is intended to provide evaluative data designed to enhance nursing services to multiple sclerosis (MS) patients to benefit MS Society staff and stakeholders and to enhance the Ask-the-Nurse program. The Ask-the-Nurse program was initiated at the Michigan Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in July 2001. A volunteer nurse knowledgeable in MS care is available via telephone to answer questions raised by MS clients statewide. Phone calls were tracked for 14 months to assess the needs of clients of the National MS Society–Michigan Chapter. Most calls concerned medication, basic clinical information (“Do I have MS?”), National MS Society programs and services, and information requests. It is recommended that other MS Society chapters institute Ask-the-Nurse programs, that Web-based data collection methods be implemented, and that more detailed evaluative data be collected.
