The existence of supermarkets that have penetrated into settlements is an attraction for the people of Pekanbaru City. However, the number of supermarkets is apparently not directly proportional to the attitude of businesses in fulfilling the obligation to report the number of workers. This study aims to identify barriers and explain the solution to the implementation of the obligations of business operators to report the number of workers in each semester ordered by the Pekanbaru City Regulation on Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. This type of empirical legal research is used in this study, wherein a study that looks at law in society. By using data collection methods by observation, questionnaire, interview and literature review. From the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that business actors do not report the number of workers due to their ignorance of the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation on Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. Efforts that need to be done are related institutions need to synchronize perceptions and disseminate local regulations to business actors in order to carry out their labor reporting obligations and send letters to business actors regarding the deadline for submitting reports on the number of workers in each semester.

The system available right now at Cantika Catering is conducted manually, started from recording customer's orders to keep other data related to processes from sales to transactions, keeping the records accurately, and spending less time to search some data. Cantika catering requires information system which can support and deliver satisfactory services for its customers. Therefore, the author tried to compose a research about the sales system in Cantika Catering which was completed by using data collection methods as follows: direct observation, interview, and literature review. Nowadays, Cantika Catering is a business dealing only with food provision service. The design of information system is the best solution to handle problems in this company, and a computerized system will make the company's actvities more effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the researcher has conducted a change of system for Cantika Catering  from manual to computerized and web based order transaction

The people of  Sambas Regency recognize the Kemponan belief. It is the belief about a disaster that can occur to someone if they reject the food or drink offered without tasting the food known as Jappe’. This study is to identify the Kemponan tradition and Jappe spreading out at the people of Sambas Malay. This study is qualitative field research using data collection methods through in-depth interviews. Dealing with the Kemponan and Jappe ’traditions, the Sambas Malay people is divided into four groups; those who believe and carry out both traditions, those who doubt the Kemponan and continue to carry out the Jappe’ tradition, those who do not believe in the existence of Kemponan but still carry out the Jappe' tradition, and those who have left the two traditions. The Kemponan and Jappe ' traditions viewed from a sharia perspective were that, first, it was allowed if Kemponan was only interpreted as a desire that was not conveyed and was not associated with the existence of magical power. Second, it was forbidden if it was believed that certain foods have the pulling power of the Kemponan and Jappe' and it was done to avoid calamity.

Religious ceremonies that are usually carried out by Javanese are inherited from the ancestors. There are two types of religious ceremonies in the form of salvation in Javanese society, namely life cycle salvation ceremonies and Islamic religious holidays. The research aims to find an understanding of the traditions of religious ceremonies and social processes for Muslims in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. Data collection methods were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. After that, the data is analyzed qualitatively-descriptive-interpretative. The results showed that there were seven religious ceremonies and social processes which until now were still commemorated by the Karangrayung people, namely: Sura (Muharam), Rajaban selametan, Mauludan selametan, Selametan Ruwahan, Selametan Likuran, Selametan Bodonan, and Selametan Besar which were held on the 10<sup>th</sup> Zulhijjah. The perception of the people of Karangrayung on religious ceremonies and social processes is a form of virtue that is recommended by Islamic teachings that contain values: 1) charity, 2) ukhwah Islamiyah, 3) help, and 4) share with others

In this paper, I explain the design and implementation of an e-newsletter created to engage grandparents with public schools.  A brief literature review, the process for creating the e-newsletter, and my data collection methods are explained.  The conclusions and implementations offered provided insight into how public schools can engage grandparents as important members of their school communities.

AbstractSupreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 14 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Settling Sharia Economic Disputes requires the readiness of the handling of professional religious justice apparatus, including in the Giri Menang religious court, NTB, where this research was conducted. The jurisdiction of the religious court covers two districts, namely West Lombok and North Lombok. The high economic activity of the people in contact with sharia financial institutions in the two districts allows many cases to be accepted. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on the response of the judges about their authority in handling sharia economic cases and to see their readiness to settle cases after the issuance of PERMA. Data collection methods used are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires were distributed to 12 respondents, namely all judges in the PA. The results of the analysis show that in general the judges responded positively to the authority to handle sharia economic cases. In addition, they were ready to settle the sharia economic dispute after the issuance of PERMA.AbstrakKeluarnya Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) No. 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi Syariah menuntut kesiapan penanganan dari aparatur peradilan agama secara profesional termasuk di pengadilan agama Giri Menang, NTB, tempat penelitian ini dilakukan. Wilayah yurisdiksi dari pengadilan agama tersebut meliputi dua kabupaten, yaitu Lombok Barat dan Lombok Utara. Tingginya aktifitas ekonomi masyarakat yang bersentuhan dengan lembaga keuangan syariah di kedua kabupaten tersebut memungkinkan munculnya banyak perkara yang akan diterima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada respon para hakim tentang kewenangannya dalam menangani perkara ekonomi syariah dan untuk melihat kesiapan mereka dalam menyelesaikan perkara pasca keluarnya PERMA tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 12 responden, yaitu seluruh hakim yang ada di PA tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkkan bahwa secara umum para hakim merespon positif atas kewenangan untuk menangani perkara ekonomi syariah. Selain itu, mereka telah siap dalam menyelesaikan perkara sengketa ekonomi syariah pasca keluarnya PERMA tersebut

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.

Tradition ceremony Meron one of the rituals held every month Maulud.This tradition is done by the people of Sukolilo village Pati which aims to commemorate the birthday one of Prophet. Data collection methods used were interviews and documentation analyzed using etnolinguistic theory. Based on the analysis of local wisdom of the Meron tradition of Sukolilo society in Pati Regency, it can be concluded that the form of local traditions of Meron wisdom culture develops in the form of the traditional phrase which is realized in traditional ceremonial ritual and traditional feast, preserving traditional technology in this case through gunungan offerings architecture. While the function of the cultural tradition is 1) usage or how to perform a ceremony or ritual, 2) folkways or habits in living the tradition of ancestors that are still preserved, 3) norms or norms related to the custom known and obeyed by the community.

This study is to uncover the spatial potential that includes landscaping and areas in the Mount Nona Tourism Spasial, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data collection methods by field survey, literature review and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, processed using Arcgis 10.5. The results showed that the Mount Nona Tourism Area has fulfilled aspects of 4A tourism products, namely Attractiveness, Amenity, Accommodation and Comfort. While the potential for landscaping is located in the area of ​​5,219 ha which is administratively located in the Tanete, Mindante, Batu Noni, Bambapuang and Rosoan villages. The topography starts with a minimum height of 140 masl and a maximum of 1,540 masl. Villa Bambapuang, Dante Pine, Buttu Macca, Mandu Site, Goa Japan and Outbond Bambapuang. The movement of tourists throughout 2018-2019 are in all tourist attractions in the Mount Nona Region, with the highest hotspots. This study discusses the Regional Government for the Gunung Nona Tourism District District in the Provincial and National Tourism Development Strategic Plan.

The remains of World War II in the form of air bases in Biak Numfor Regency are found in three areas of Biak Island, namely on Owi Island, Numfor Island and Biak City. In this study conducted using data collection methods such as surveys, observations, and interviews, to find the remains. The results of an airbase survey conducted on Owi Island were four airbases which were built by Japan and seized by the Allies. There are four air bases on Numfor Island, three built by Japan and one by allies. while in Biak Kota itself there are three air bases built by Japan. The air base is proof that Biak Island is very strategic in terms of location, especially in relation to regional control in the Pacific region. Japanese troops who were under the command of Colonel Naoyuki Kuzume occupied Biak and used the natural landscape of Biak Island as a defense. ABSTRAKTinggalan Perang Dunia II berupa pangkalan udara di Kabupaten Biak Numfor terdapat di tiga wilayah Pulau Biak yaitu di Pulau Owi, Pulau Numfor dan Kota Biak. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa survei, obsevasi, dan wawancara, untuk menemukan tinggalan tersebut. Hasil survei pangkalan udara yang dilakukan di Pulau Owi terdapat empat pangkalan udara yang dibangun Jepang dan direbut oleh Sekutu. Pangkalan di Pulau Numfor terdapat empat buah pangkalan udara, tiga dibangun Jepang dan satu dibangun sekutu. sedangkan di Biak Kota sendiri terdapat tiga buah pangkalan udara yang dibangun Jepang. Pangkalan udara menjadi bukti bahwa Pulau Biak sangatlah strategis dari sisi keletakan terutama dalam kaitannya dengan penguasaan daerah di wilayah Pasifik. Tentara Jepang yang saat itu dibawah komando Kolonel Naoyuki Kuzume menduduki Biak serta memanfaatkan landskap alam Pulau Biak sebagai pertahanan.

Religious life in Aceh has received attention from various parties when Aswaja and Wahabi start preaching on religious rituals. Aswaja accuses the teaching of Wahhabism is against the Islamic values and Aqidah adopted by the people in Aceh. The Acehnese who embraces Aswaja must strictly reject the teachings of Wahabi followers. Aswaja's accusations were highly opposed by Wahabi groups that later led to tensions and pressures on both sides. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with selected informants. The results obtained from the study include first, Aswaja, the only religious group, began to be disturbed with the emergence of Wahhabism in several places. Second, Wahhabism preaching movement that was once carried out clandestinely is now carried out openly in several mosques in Aceh. Third, there is a tension in convincing the truth of the schools of thought.
