Employee performance is an appearance of employee work both in quantity and high quality employee performance will support organizational productivity. This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is used to examine a sample of the population with the analytical test method n = Number of Samples N = Number of population, and E = Precision determined or the percentage of non-precision looseness. With the results employees have problems with the transformational leadership style that is applied by the restaurant employee supervisor at the Makassar Marcure Hotel Nexa Pettarani. The relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance is strengthened from the results of the regression analysis. The regression test results showed significant results on the transformational leadership variable on performance by 0.104 smaller than the error tolerance α = 0.05.Kinerja karyawan merupakan penampilan hasil kerja karyawan baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas kinerja karyawan yang tinggi akan mendukung produktivitas organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti suatu sampel dari populasi dengan metode uji analisis n = Jumlah Sampel N = Jumlah populasi, dan E = Persisi yang di tetapkan atau presentase kelonggaran ketidak telitian. Dengan hasil karyawan memiliki permasalahan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh atasan karyawan Restoran Pada Hotel Marcure Makassar Nexa Pettarani. Keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan diperkuat dari hasil analisis regresi. Hasil uji regresi secara menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,104 lebih kecil dari toleransi kesalahan α = 0,05.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan cerminan dari kinerja karyawan berkualitas tinggi dan rendah yang akan mendukung produktivitas organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Studi kuantitatif digunakan untuk menguji sampel populasi dengan menganalisis metode uji n=Total Sampel L=N ukuran populasi, dan E= Tetapkan konstan atau persentase yang sesuai. Dengan hasil ini, karyawan memiliki masalah dengan kepemimpinan transformasional yang diawasi oleh karyawan Harper By Aston. Hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan diperkuat dari hasil analisis regresi. Hasil dari hasil tes berutang penurunan yang signifikan dalam kemungkinan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam kinerja 0104 dari kesalahan terkecil untuk Clea Rance ?=0,05. Employee performance is a reflection of high and low-quality employee performance that will support organizational productivity. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. Quantitative studies are used to test population samples by analyzing the test method n = Total Sample L = N population size, and E = Set constant or the appropriate percentage. With this result, employees have a problem with the transformational leadership style that is supervised by Harper by Aston employees. The relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance is strengthened from the results of the regression analysis. The results from the test results owe a significant decrease in the likelihood of transformational leadership in the 0104 performance of the smallest error for Clea Rance ? = 0.05.

This paper aims to investigate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. First relation between transformational leadership and employee performance. The second relation discuss in this paper between transactional leadership and employee performance. Researcher dependent on previous studies to conduct this research. Based on the previous studies reviewed and discussed, the results showed that the transformational leadership style has weak positive role effect on the employee performance inside organisations that they work in. However, the result of previous studies on the transactional leadership style refers to the strong positive role on employee performance in organisations that they work in. Leaders have to enhance the role of transactional leadership styles in organisations that they manage them, to improve and develop the relationship between them and their subordinates in to increase the performance of their employee. Leaders should not follow the transformational leadership style because the results of previous studies are refer to a weak positive role on employee performance , and need more studies on transformational leadership to prove the role of it in different cultures and organisations. For further research in this scope, researcher recommended to conduct research in different cultures or organisations to determine leadership style has strong positive role on employee performance beside transactional leadership.

Purpose: This study intends to highlight the importance of Employee Commitment as a bridge between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance in the construction companies. Methodology: The respondents were selected randomly from the list of construction workers registered with the construction firms in Jordan. The selected respondents were given a self-administered questionnaire to attend at their own convenient time. The studies employed Structural Equation Modelling in IBM-SPSS-AMOS 24.0 to model and estimate the inter-relationships among the constructs in the study. Result: The results showed transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on both employee commitment and employee performance. The results also indicated that employee commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. More importantly, the study found that employee commitment partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance. Applications: The results of his study highlighted the importance of employee commitment in generating their work performance, especially in the construction industry. Novelty/Originality: At present, the study on the mediating role of employee commitment in the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance is limited, especially in the construction industry where the employee commitment is extremely important to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial work environment and transformational leadership style on improving the performance of employees of PT. Excelso Multirasa Outlet at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to employees of PT. Excelso Multirasa Outlet in Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya was taken as many as 45 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study simultaneously and partially the work environment and transformational leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Excelso Multirasa Outlet at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya because of its significance <0.005.

Purpose This study aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style and factors of employees’ reactions towards organizational change in the telecommunication sector of Pakistan. Furthermore, to understand the importance of followership it has been analyzed as a moderating variable in the relationship between transformational leadership style and factors of employees’ reactions. Design/methodology/approach A mixed methods study design was applied to investigate the factors underlying the phenomenon of transformational leadership and organizational change. A quantitative research design was followed by qualitative research questions to get more in-depth insights into the used relationships. The primary purpose of the qualitative study design was to support and strengthened the results of the main quantitative research design. Findings The results of the study showed that transformational leadership style was positively related to all three factors of employees’ reactions (frequency of change, trust in management and employees’ participation) towards organizational change. Moreover, followership has a significant effect on the relationship between transformational leadership style and factors of employees’ reaction. Practical implications This study suggests that for successful implementation of change in organizations, the employees play an important role and that managers with transformational leadership behaviour play a critical role in shaping positive change reactions. This study also highlights that both transformational leadership and followership are essential elements in shaping recipients’ reactions, with active followers contributing to the role of leadership in the change process. Originality/value This study is the first attempt specifically in Asian context to highlight the role of followership as a moderating variable in leadership theory in the organizational change context.

This study focuses on transformational leadership style variables that moderate the relationship between learning media and performance. This study aims to examine the role of learning media on lecturer performance with transformational leadership style as a moderating variable. This type of research is a quantitative research. The method used is to use survey with purposive sampling sampling with respondent Lecturer Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of research shows that H1, the perception of the usefulness of instructional media has a negative effect on overwork. While H2, the transformational leadership style variables moderate the relationship between perceptions of the usefulness of instructional media and overloaded work

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterprestasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Mallomo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari PT. Mallomo dan responden (Karyawan PT. Mallomo). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Antara lain  gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo.Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. This research is descriptive analysis using quantitative research methods. Data obtained from PT. Mallomo and respondents (Employees of PT. Mallomo). The results of this study found several factors that affect the performance of employees at PT. Mallomo. Among other things, transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interpersonal communication on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. The effect of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo.

The business world does not always go by what everyone wants. Business in any sector will always experience ups and downs, depending on what underlies a business experiences both of these. This research was conducted with the aim to find out: (1) the influence of transformational leadership style on the performance of the employees of PT. Risky Lintas Samudera (2) the effect of employee empowerment on the performance of employees of PT. Risky Lintas Samudera. PT. Risky Lintas Samudera is a company engaged in freight forwarding expedition services with domicile in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out, by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees of PT. Risky Lintas Samudera. Testing in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study are two findings, namely: (1) The relationship between the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance has a T-statistic value> 1.96 of 10,451 so that the first hypothesis can be accepted. The first hypothesis can be said that the transformational leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Risky Lintas Samudera. (2) The relationship between Employee Empowerment and employee performance has a T-Statistic value of <1.96 of 0.216 so that the second hypothesis cannot be accepted. The second hypothesis can be said to have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Risky Lintas Samudera.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of organizational commitment on the relationship between transformational leadership style and employees’ job performance in the Divisional Secretariats in Jaffna District. 287 employees were selected for this study. Leadership styles were measured using MLQ Rater Form 5-x, employee performance was measured using job performance Scale and organizational commitment was measured using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis was performed to get factor structure and confirmatory factor analysis performed to confirm the validly and reliability of the study instruments. The results revealed that transformational leadership has a positive impact on job performance and on organizational commitment. It was also found that organizational commitment doesn’t have a mediating effect in the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. The findings also revealed that organizational commitment doesn’t have impact on employee performance. This study recommends that the leaders should pay more attention in their leadership style as a way to improve employee performance. This study further suggests that future researchers should cover larger samples and the other public sector organizations to better understand the relationship between the variables.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style to the organizational commitment, transformational leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment to employee performance, transformational leadership style on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The sample used in this research is census method, the number of respondents was 103 employees at Dinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang. Data testing techniques used include test the validity of factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis to validate the research hypothesis and test the mediation. From the test results show the transformational leadership style positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior perfect mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.
