The aims of this experiment was to determine the effect of the application of Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer to the growth of bud grafting seedling of Lai (Durio kutejensis HASSK. BECC) var. Mahakam. The experiment used a Randominzed Block Design (RCBD) with Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer treatment (P) 8 level and  3 tests made up of  p0 = without treatment (control), p1 = (2 ml L-1 water), p2 = (4 ml L-1 water), p3 = (6 ml L-1 water), p4 = (8 ml L-1 water), p5 = (10 ml L-1 water), p6 = (12 ml L-1 water), p7 = (14 ml L-1 water). The result of the experiment indicated that the treatment of Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer, it had a very significant effect to the age of broken buds but had no significant effect to the length of bud  parameters, the number of leaves  and the diameter of the stem. The treatment of Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer 14 ml L-1 water, providing better growth in  age parameters  of broken buds, bud length, and the number of leaves.

The research was conducted in Padasari Village, Cimalaka Sub-district, Sumedang District, from June to September 2018, located at an altitude of 600 m asl. The objective of experiment was to study the effect of dosage of lamtoro leaf organic fertilizer to growth and yield of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) plant varieties Nauli-F1. The research was conducted by experimental approach through field experiment. The design used in the experiment was a simple randomized block design consisting of six treatments and four replications. The dose of liquid organic fertilizer treatment Lamtaro leaves consist of: A : 0 L Ha-1, B: 100 L Ha-1, C: 200 L Ha-1, D: 300 L Ha-1, E: 400 L Ha-1, and F: 500 L Ha-1. The result of experiment showed that the use of lamtoro liquid organic fertilizer gave a good effect on all observation variables. The dose of Lamtoro leaf organic fertilizer 500 L Ha-1 showed the best result an plant height, number of leaves, net weight per plant, net weight per plot, and the shoot root ratio.

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the differences influence the frequency of watering fermentation liquid waste green tea on early growth of rubber plant seed. This research method using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) non factorial, i.e. the granting of fermentation liquid waste green tea with a dose of 10 ml/poly bag with 3 treatment. As for the extent of the treatments given are control (P0), the frequency of watering every two weeks (P2), the frequency of watering every four weeks (P4). Each treatment was repeated five times so that there are 15 units of the experiment. Each unit is comprised of 1 trial crops so that there is a total of 15 plants. The giving of liquid organic fertilizer from waste liquid fermented green tea can enhance plant growth include rubber, i.e. plant height, number of leaves, green leaves, heavy wet and dry long & root plant rubber. On treatment of P2 (the frequency of watering every two weeks) show the highest results and good than P0 treatment (control) and P4 (the frequency of watering every four weeks). The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of Azolla Bokashi  and liquid organic fertilizer of goat manure on the growth and production of Chinese kale. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design. The factors studied were Azolla Bokashi Fertilizer (B) with 3 levels (B0 = without treatment/control, B1 = 5 tons (1.14 kg/plot), B2 = 10 tons (2.28 kg/plot) and liquid organic fertilizer of goat manure (K) (K0 = without treatment, K1 = 100 ml/liter of water, K2 = 200 ml/liter of water, and K3 = 300 ml/liter of water. The parameters observed were the plant height, number of leaves, amount of chlorophyll, stem diameter, plant’s wet weight, plant’s dry weight and harvest index.

Sari Permasalahan tanaman kakao di Indonesia adalah produktivitasnya rendah. salah satu penyebabnya akibat kekurangan nutrisi pada fase tanaman belum menghasilkan TBM. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberikan pupuk organik, yaitu asam humat dan pupuk kandang sapi. Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam pupuk organik (asam humat susulan dan pupuk kandang sapi) terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kakao klon Sulawesi 1 umur 7 bulan setelah tanam. Percobaan dilakukan dari bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2017 di Kebun Percobaan Ciparanje Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat pada ketinggian ± 752 m di atas permukaan laut (dpl). Tipe curah hujan di lokasi percobaan berdasarkan klasifikasi Schmidt dan Fergusson adalah tipe C. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan sembilan perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Perlakuan terdiri dari tanpa perlakuan pupuk organik; asam humat dengan konsentrasi 5, 10, 15, dan 20 mL.L-1; dan pupuk kandang sapi dengan dosis 5, 10, 15, dan 20 kg per lubang tanam. Pemberian asam humat dan pupuk kandang sapi tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman umur 8 – 12 minggu setelah perlakuan (MSP) dibandingkan dengan kontrol, sementara pupuk kandang sapi 10 kg meningkatkan jumlah daun umur 4 dan 12 MSP.  Kata Kunci: kakao, Tanaman Belum Menghasilkan (TBM), asam humat, pupuk kandang sapi Abstract.Problem of cocoa crops in Indonesia is low productivity. One of causes is lack of nutrients in the young plant. Effort to solve that problem is providing organic fertilizer, such as cattle manure and humic acid. This research aimed to find out effect of organic fertilizer (humic acid and cattle manure) on the growth of cocoa plants (Sulawesi 1 Clone), 7 months after planting. The experiment was conducted from September to December 2017 at Ciparanje Experimental Field of Agriculture Faculty, University of Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, West Java at the altitude of ± 752 m above sea level (asl). The type of rainfall at the experimental site was type C, according to Schmidt and Fergusson classification. The experimental design used Randomized Block Design with nine treatments and three replications. The treatments consisted of no organic fertilizer treatment (control); humic acid at concentration of 5, 10, 15, and 20 mL.L-1; and cattle manure at doses of 5, 10, 15, 20 kg per planting hole. The aim of this research was to know the effect of granular organic fertilizer enriched with boiler ash and neem leaves powder on productivity and pest resistance of three red onion cultivars (Allium ascalonicum L.). The research was conducted in coastel sandy soils in Srigading village, Sanden, Bantul, DIY, from June to August 2017. The experiment was arranged in a Completly Randomized Block Design with two factors. The first factor was the doses of granular organic fertilizer (20 ton/ha, 30 ton/ha and 40 ton/ha) and anorganic fertilizer as control. The second factor was red onion cultivars (Super Biru, Crok Kuning and Tiron). Parameters observed included plant height, number of bulblets, number of leaves, pest population, damage intensity, number of bulbs, fresh weight of bulbs, fresh weight of bulbs per plot, economical weight of dried bulbs per plot and economical weight of dried bulbs per hectare. The data were subjected to Anova and followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at 5%. The results showed interaction between red onion cultivars and granular organic fertilizer significantly increased the number of bulblets, number of bulbs, fresh weight of bulbs, fresh weight of bulbs per plot, economical weight of dried bulbs per plot and economical weight of dried bulbs per hectare. The pest founded in this research was Spodoptera exigua. Pest population and damage intensity were not significantly effected by red onion cultivars and granular organic fertilizer treatment. The result showed the application of 40 ton/ha on Crok Kuning cultivar and Tiron cultivar resulted in the highest red onion production.Keywords: granular organik fertilizer, red onion, pest

The study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of nutrient use in three cactus forage (CF) cultivars (Opuntia stricta and Nopalea cochenillifera), 365 days after planting under different types of fertilizer in two research sites (Condado and Riachão) of the semi-arid region of Paraiba state, Brazil. The experimental design was a randomized block design with treatments in a factorial scheme (3×4), three cultivars of CF (Orelha de elefante Mexicana; Miúda; Bahiana), and four fertilizer treatment (Control; Manure; Manure with Nitrogen; Mineral fertilization) with four replications. The CF cultivars did not differ significantly in nutrient use. That means of physiological efficiency by CF cultivars were 1.62, and 2.36 kg of biomass per kg of nutrient applied in Condado and Riachão, respectively. The efficiency of nutrient recovery was 16% for the Condado, according the following order: K> P> Ca> N> C = Mg and 12% for Riachão: K> P> N> C = Ca = Mg. In the two research sites, the treatment with mineral fertilization significantly increased the efficiency use of N, P and K in comparison to the other treatments. The average for efficiency of nutrient utilization was 25% and 19% for Condado and Riachão, respectively, in the following order for Condado: K> P> N> Ca = Mg> C, and Riachão: K> P> N> C> Mg = Ca. In a CF production system aiming to obtain a yearly harvest cycle, it is necessary to replenish of K and P to maintain the nutritional balance between the soil and CF plant.

This study aims to determine to determine the effect of land spinach plant growth due to the provision of liquid organic fertilizer palm sugar and to determine the right concentration of palm sugar palm POC to the growth of land spinach plants. This experiment used a single factor randomized block design consisting of 4 replications of 4 treatments. The best experimental results on plant height and number of leaves, leaf length and leaf width aged 14 and 24 HST were influenced by the use of palm juice 40 ml / L water with a height of 19.59 cm and 32.13 cm number of leaves 6.34 and 12.25 strands, leaf length 13.71 and 15.75 while leaf widths are 1.74 and 3.48 cm.

This study aims to determine the application of potassium fertilizer and chicken manure to the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalanicum L.). The study used a randomized block design with 2 factors repeated 3 times. Factor 1: Potassium Fertilizer 40,60,80 kg/ha. Factor 2: Chicken Manure 5,10,15 tons/ha. The results showed that the application of potassium fertilizer and chicken manure did not interact with either the growth phase or the production phase of the plant on all observation variables, while the potassium fertilizer treatment showed significantly different results only on the plant vegetative growth parameters, namely the number of leaves at the age of 7 days after planting, namely ( 8,111 strands), while the vegetative phase had no significant effect on the number of tubers per clump, wet weight of tubers per clump, wet weight of tubers per plot, dry weight of sun-dried tubers per clump, and dry weight of sun-dried tubers per plot. While the treatment of chicken manure had a significant effect on the vegetative growth phase of plants, namely the length of plants at 28 DAP (30.278 cm) and 35 DAP (32.704 cm), on the number of leaves at 7 DAP (8,000 strands). While the generative phase (60 DAP) significantly affected the number of tubers per clump, namely (5,889 grams), wet weight of tubers per clump (38,333 grams), wet weight of tubers per plot (319,000 grams), dry weight of sun-dried tubers per clump. namely (23.074 grams), and the dry weight of sun-dried tubers per plot (191.889 grams).

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of AB mix nutrients with liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of tofu liquid waste on the growth and yield of lettuce plants and to obtain the best combination for the growth and yield of lettuce hydroponically. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), consisting of a comparison of nutritional treatments, namely: N1 = 100% AB mix + 0% LOF of liquid waste tofu, N2= 75% AB mix + 25% LOF of tofu liquid waste, N3= 50% AB mix + 50% LOF of tofu liquid waste, N4= 25% AB mix + 75 % LOF of tofu liquid waste, N5= 100% LOF of waste liquid tofu which consists of 4 replications. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, root length, fresh weight, root volume and weight fit for consumption. The results showed that the administration of 50% AB mix + 50% LOF of tofu liquid waste and 25% AB mix + 75% LOF of tofu liquid waste showed results that tended to be the same but the results of the combination of 75% AB mix + 25% LOF of tofu liquid waste were higher. On the parameters of the number of leaves is 11.12 strands, fresh weight is 66.40 g and suitable weight for consumption is 58.31 g.
