ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the differences influence the frequency of watering fermentation liquid waste green tea on early growth of rubber plant seed. This research method using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) non factorial, i.e. the granting of fermentation liquid waste green tea with a dose of 10 ml/poly bag with 3 treatment. As for the extent of the treatments given are control (P0), the frequency of watering every two weeks (P2), the frequency of watering every four weeks (P4). Each treatment was repeated five times so that there are 15 units of the experiment. Each unit is comprised of 1 trial crops so that there is a total of 15 plants. The giving of liquid organic fertilizer from waste liquid fermented green tea can enhance plant growth include rubber, i.e. plant height, number of leaves, green leaves, heavy wet and dry long & root plant rubber. On treatment of P2 (the frequency of watering every two weeks) show the highest results and good than P0 treatment (control) and P4 (the frequency of watering every four weeks). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kandungan unsur hara limbah cair hasil dari pengolahan teh hijaudan fermentasi limbah cair teh hijau yang digunakan sebagai bahan pupuk organik. Hasil analisa fermentasi limbahcair menunjukkan kandungan C-organik tinggi dan kandungan hara makro serta mikro yang rendah (C-organik5,7; N 0,24%; P 0,06%; K 0,69%, Cu 1,63 ppm dan Zn 3,33 ppm). Pemanfaatan limbah cair teh hijau sebanyak 1liter dengan penambahan starter (EM-4) sebanyak 10 ml belum menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap persentase bibittumbuh dan pertumbuhan bibit, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah dan kehijauan daun bibit teh.Kata kunci: limbah cair teh, pupuk organic, bibit tehABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the nutrient content of liquid waste from the processing of green teaand green tea fermentation liquid waste used as organic fertilizer. The experiment was conducted at Greenhouse and experimental garden of Polytechnic LPP Yogyakarta in Wedomartani from March to June 2016. This study aims to know the difference of frequency influence of watering liquid green tea fermentation on the initial growth of rubber plant seedlings. This research use non factorial Random Complete Block Design (RCBD) method, that is fermentation of liquid waste of green tea with 10 ml / polybag dosage with 3 treatments. The treatment given was control (P0), watering 2 weeks (P2), watering 4 weeks (P4). The giving of liquid organic fertilizer from waste liquid fermented green tea can enhance plant growth include rubber, i.e. plant height, number of leaves, green leaves, heavy wet and dry long & root plant rubber. At the 2 week watering frequency treatments showed the best results than the control treatment and the frequency of watering once every 4 weeks. Tea shoots processing intended to alter the chemical composition of fresh tea shoots, so bring the desired properties. Freshly plucked tea leaves containing water 75% of the weight of the leaves. The water contained in the leaves removed through the process of withering and drying in the processing of green tea. Green tea liquid waste obtained from the milling process and not used optimally, it needs a touch technology that can turn liquid waste into useful liquid organic fertilizer. The use of an activator / starter (micro-organisms) in green tea liquid waste is an alternative technology to improve the health and fertility of the soil and plants. The purpose of this study to determine the benefits of using liquid waste of green tea on the growth of tea seeds. Results of analysis of the utilization liquid waste of green tea with the addition of starter (EM-4) has not shown any real effect on the percentage of seedling growth and seedling growth (plant height, number of leaves and greenery). Keywords: liquid waste, green tea, organic matter.

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of AB mix nutrients with liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of tofu liquid waste on the growth and yield of lettuce plants and to obtain the best combination for the growth and yield of lettuce hydroponically. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), consisting of a comparison of nutritional treatments, namely: N1 = 100% AB mix + 0% LOF of liquid waste tofu, N2= 75% AB mix + 25% LOF of tofu liquid waste, N3= 50% AB mix + 50% LOF of tofu liquid waste, N4= 25% AB mix + 75 % LOF of tofu liquid waste, N5= 100% LOF of waste liquid tofu which consists of 4 replications. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, root length, fresh weight, root volume and weight fit for consumption. The results showed that the administration of 50% AB mix + 50% LOF of tofu liquid waste and 25% AB mix + 75% LOF of tofu liquid waste showed results that tended to be the same but the results of the combination of 75% AB mix + 25% LOF of tofu liquid waste were higher. On the parameters of the number of leaves is 11.12 strands, fresh weight is 66.40 g and suitable weight for consumption is 58.31 g.

Background: Curcuma aromatica Salisb is an important medicinal herb in Vietnam. It is exploited naturally, so its production is limited and in danger of extinction. Studying an organic farming model is a necessary orientation to exploit, conserve and provide quality raw materials. Methods: The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of surface coating types (A1: without coating, A2: straw coating and A3: polymer coating) and organic fertilizer amount (B1: 0; B1: 15, B2: 20, B3: 25 and B4: 30 ton ha-1) on growth and yield of Curcuma aromatica Salisb. The experiment was designed in a factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. The traits studied were: survival plant’s rate (%), leaf area (cm2), plant height (cm), number of leaves, fresh weight (g/plant), dry weight (g/plant), phenolic content/area (mg/20 m2), curcumol content/area (mg/20 m2). Result: The results of the experiment revealed that surface coating types and organic fertilization and their interaction were significant in growth and yield of Curcuma aromatica Salisb.

This research aims to determine the effect of concentration of organic fertilizer Super NASA to the growth of seeds of white teak and to know the optimum dosage of organic fertilizer Super NASA can increase the growth of NASA plant seed white teak. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design with the treatment used is N0: without fertilizer Super NASA NASA, N1: Fertilizer NASA7 .5 ml seeds-1, N2: Fertilizer NASA 15 ml seeds-1, N3: Fertilizer NASA 22.5 ml seeds-1, N4: Fertilizer NASA 30 ml seeds-1. Variable observation in this study is the height of the plant, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight tan-1, fresh and dry weight oven tan-1. The results showed that the granting of Fertilizer NASA exerted a highly significant effect on the height of plant (23,65%), the number of leaves is not significant, leaf area (53,61%), fresh weight tan-1 (60,89%) and dry weight tan-1 (55,43%). The optimum dosage of Fertilizers NASA give the seed growth of white teak is best on the seed-1is 30 ml.

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of Azolla Bokashi  and liquid organic fertilizer of goat manure on the growth and production of Chinese kale. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design. The factors studied were Azolla Bokashi Fertilizer (B) with 3 levels (B0 = without treatment/control, B1 = 5 tons (1.14 kg/plot), B2 = 10 tons (2.28 kg/plot) and liquid organic fertilizer of goat manure (K) (K0 = without treatment, K1 = 100 ml/liter of water, K2 = 200 ml/liter of water, and K3 = 300 ml/liter of water. The parameters observed were the plant height, number of leaves, amount of chlorophyll, stem diameter, plant’s wet weight, plant’s dry weight and harvest index.

The aims of this experiment was to determine the effect of the application of Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer to the growth of bud grafting seedling of Lai (Durio kutejensis HASSK. BECC) var. Mahakam. The experiment used a Randominzed Block Design (RCBD) with Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer treatment (P) 8 level and  3 tests made up of  p0 = without treatment (control), p1 = (2 ml L-1 water), p2 = (4 ml L-1 water), p3 = (6 ml L-1 water), p4 = (8 ml L-1 water), p5 = (10 ml L-1 water), p6 = (12 ml L-1 water), p7 = (14 ml L-1 water). The result of the experiment indicated that the treatment of Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer, it had a very significant effect to the age of broken buds but had no significant effect to the length of bud  parameters, the number of leaves  and the diameter of the stem. The treatment of Agrib Compost liquid organic fertilizer 14 ml L-1 water, providing better growth in  age parameters  of broken buds, bud length, and the number of leaves.

Abstract This research was aimed to get the role of nitrogen and the role of substitution synthetic nitrogen with organic nitrogen on red ginger cultivation. The research was conducted from March to September 2020 at Wonorejo, Jatiyoso, Karanganyar. The research was carried out using randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 1 factor, 4 treatments, and 6 repetitions namely P0 (Control), P1 (0.3 ton ha-1 ZA), P2 (0.15 ton ha-1 ZA + 1.99 ton ha-1 organic fertilizer), and P3 (3.98 ton ha-1 organic fertilizer). The data will be analyzed using analysis of variance and continued with a DMRT level of 5% if there is a significant difference. The result showed that the substitution of ZA (Zwavelzure Ammonium) fertilizer with organic fertilizer increased the yield of red ginger cultivation. The use of organic fertilizer with 3.98 ton ha-1 increased the number of leaves, the number of saplings, fresh and dry strawweight, fresh and stored rhizomes weight, and the length of rhizomes..

<p>Cow biogas waste can be used as guava organic fertilizer. The objective of this research was to determine the composition of the planting media from biogas waste for the best guava seedling. This research was conducted in Ungaran Barat, Semarang, Central Java from July-December 2015. The method used was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) one factor that is the ratio of media compositions of 5 treatments, 4 replications and 10 plants per treatment (200 polybag seedlings of citrus plants). The treatments tested were biagas waste at 0%, 11%, 20%, 27% and 33%. Parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of fruits. The results showed that the higher the use of biogas waste as guava seedling media, the better the plant performance. The best media composition of biogas waste for guava seedling is 33% biogas waste organic fertilizer.</p>
