The penetration of the mathematical apparatus into the economy created the basis for the development of methods of economic analysis, econometrics, mathematical programming, economic statistics, etc. Today, the interpenetration of different branches of knowledge continues, in particular, the application of mathematical methods in the natural and social sciences and in the economic sphere. Among mathematical methods of data processing are polynomial, linear, quadratic, trigonometric, exponential and combined dependencies, differential and algebraic equations. The statistical processing of data from the evaluation of the structure and dynamics of the phenomenon has gone in the direction of correlation analysis and forecasting. The deep penetration of mathematics into specific sciences and the success achieved through a combination of methods from different branches of knowledge is described by many researchers. The possibilities of applying mathematics are increasingly being explored in areas of knowledge where phenomena are poorly structured and characterized by the high complexity of sociology, political science, management and economics. The article presents a retrospective analysis of the development of scientific and applied research concerning the process of mathematics of science and the possibilities of using mathematical methods in economics in particular. Problems and constraints encountered in applying mathematical methods in economic research have been identified. Measures have been identified to ensure the adequacy of the development of economic and mathematical models from the standpoint of approaches to their construction, the improvement of management processes and the improvement of the training of specialists in economic fields.

Problem statement. This article is devoted to such a topical issue as the use of the dynamic mathematics system (DMS) GeoGebra in teaching mathematics. DMSs are gradually being introduced into mathematics education, but the question is raised about the effectiveness of their application. The purpose of the article is to study the influence of GeoGebra on the quality of the solving of tasks on the topic «Second order curves» by 2nd year students studying in the specialty “Applied Informatics (by branches)” at NovosibirskProfessional and Pedagogical Vocational Education Institution. The research methodology consisted in the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature on the chosen topic, pedagogical experiment, mathematical methods of processing the results of this experiment and observation of the participants in the pedagogical process. The obtained results of the research indicate that the use of the GeoGebra program has a positive effect on the academic performance of students. Statistical processing of the obtained data shows that there are no differences in the selected criteria between the group that worked in the GeoGebra and the group that worked without computer programs. However, the use of DMSmakes it possible to visually demonstrate the material, draw the attention of students to the academic discipline, promotes the development of creative thinking, and allows students to experiment with mathematical objects on their own. Conclusion. Due to the widespread use of dynamic systems in mathematics education, the study of their influence on the development of various cognitive abilities and personal qualities of students is of practical and scientific interest. The materials of the work can be used in the educational process when teaching and learning the course EN.01 Mathematics at the level of secondary vocational education and distributed to various topics and sections of mathematical disciplines at other levels of education.

The need to improve the investment climate and form a new efficient system of economic relations requires the use of new economic mechanisms, among which leasing is one of the most effective for the development of the real economy. The paper deals with the risk management problems of leasing companies and leasing projects. It discusses the activities of specialized leasing companies and methods of risk management of leasing transactions based on basic risk management processes in project management, analyzes various types of risks associated with lessors, discusses methodological approaches to managing risks of leasing companies in general, and economic and mathematical methods for assessing risks of default for lessees. An econometric model has been created that allows predicting confidence in the payment of lease payments or the default of the lessee. The obtained model excludes the subjective methods for assessing the potential client's solvency and is less labor-intensive in comparison with the scoring model and the method of expert assessment.

Relevance. China, Mongolia, and Russia are among each other’s major trade partners. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a large impact on global trade, which creates the need to analyze further prospects of the trilateral cooperation between China, Mongolia and Russia. Research objective. This study aims to analyze China-Mongolia-Russia trade cooperation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data and methods. This article applies a comparative analysis method to examine the development and changes in import and export trade between China, Mongolia, and Russia before and after the beginning of the project of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, from 2014 to 2020. The research relies on the data from the China Trade and Foreign Economy Statistical Yearbook, Northeast Asia Economic Statistics of Sea of Japan Economic Research Institute, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Russian Customs, and National Bureau of Statistics of Mongolia. Results. Along with the realization of the medium and short-term goal of raising the volume of trade turnover within the Corridor, the three countries seek to play more and more important roles as each other’s trade partners. It is observed that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the volume of trade has not been significant, and thus the fundamental premises of trilateral trade cooperation have remained largely unchanged. Conclusions. To increase the volume of trade between China, Mongolia and Russia, it is necessary to improve the trade structure, reduce tariffs, establish free trade areas and actively promote the diversification of trade cooperation.

The practical task of economics lies in applying the methods of substantiating its decisions. For economics, the main method is the modeling of economic phenomena and processes and, above all, mathematical modeling, which has been stipulated by the presence of stable MATHEMATICAL METHODS, MODELS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN ECONOMY Issue I (81), 2021 117 quantitative patterns and the possibility of a formalized description of many economic processes. The economic-mathematical model contains a system of equations of linear and nonlinear units that promote a mathematical description of economic processes and phenomena, consists of a set of variables and parameters and serves to study these processes and control them. Dynamic models of the economy describe it in development, as well as provide a detailed description of technological methods of production. Mathematical description of dynamic models is carried out with the use of a system of differential equations (in models with continuous time), difference equations (in models with discrete time), as well as systems of algebraic equations. It is important that the investigation of various economic issues has led to the development of the mathematical apparatus. In linear algebra, productive matrices are caused by the studies of intersectoral balance, whereas mathematical programming arose in the course of researching the optimal plan for the distribution of limited resources. In a similar way, there emerged the theory of economic indices and econometrics, the theory of production functions and the theory of consumption, the theory of general economic balance and social welfare, the theory of optimal economic growth. The paper under studies deals with the dynamic economic behavior of two competing objects, whose mathematical model is a nonlinear nonlocal problem for a system of ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients and argument deviation. The dynamic mathematical model is based on the assumption that the volume of output of both firms is determined by such factors on which output depends linearly. The model under discussion includes nonlinear factors, which describe the level of distrust of the competitors and depend on the time of observations and production volumes in previous moments, because the latter significantly affect the production activities of the firm. Such mathematical models are called time-delayed models.
