Introduction. The relevance of the study is in the formation of conceptual and terminological apparatus for the functioning of the music industry in Ukraine, the identification of music product producers, determining the specifics of music product and its essence, to develop an effective mechanism for copyright protection of authors and performers (artists) in a crisis of royalty payments formed in Ukraine in 2021. Purpose and methods. The study aims to determine the model of production and consumption of a modern music product given the rapid digitization of such a product in the last decade. The methodological basis of the study is comprehensive, systematic, and historical approaches. Results. A music product is defined in two definitions: first, like a musical composition with lyrics (song) or without lyrics (melody); secondly, “artist” as a music product that is directly involved in creating a track (song), public performance (concert), products with the symbols of their brand (merch) and content for social networks, television, radio, including advertising. Modern manufacturers of the music industry commercialize the artist's brand, his unique story. This strategy ensures rapid monetization of the music project and reduces investment risks. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results is to determine the specifics of the functioning of traditional and modern models of modern music product production and consumption. The practical significance of the obtained results is in the use of the concept of “music product” for the development and improvement of legislation in the field of culture, the functioning of the music industry, and the protection of intellectual property rights, including copyright.

Relevance of the study. The study of thematic in modern musical composition as the most important element of form creation seems relevant and in demand for modern musicology. In the existing scientific works, only certain issues of its research are mentioned (V. and Yu. Kholopov, V. Valkova, N. Ryzhkova, T. Kyuregyan, V. Zaderatsky, G. Grigorieva, E. Ershova, S. Goncharenko etc.), however, there is no special work devoted to this problem. Among the important and topical issues, many remain debatable today. Some of them concern terminology, the use of the concept of “thematiс” in relation to a completely new musical language, others — the multidimensional nature of the study of musical thematiс in terms of semantics, syntax of form in terms of various composition techniques. The study of the thematic organization on the example of the works of modern Belarusian composers makes it possible to include the cultural and stylistic processes taking place in Belarusian music today in the context of the most important trends of Modern music. The scientific novelty of the study consists in: 1) a systematic approach to the concept of thematic as a category of writing in relation to modern musical composition; 2) consideration of the principles of interaction of macro- and micro-thematic; 3) analytical study of the works of the Belarusian composer E. Gutina in the chosen perspective of analysis. The purpose of the research is to consider certain aspects of the interaction of musical thematic and composition techniques in two main types of structural and syntactic organization: macrothematic and microthematic. The research methodology is based on the interaction of general scientific methods (system method, deduction method, etc.) with methods developed in theoretical musicology. We are talking, first of all, about the method of functional analysis in relation to musical thematic and musical syntax. Also significant for this study are the musical-theoretical works devoted to the problems of the author's style, form and techniques of composition in modern music, as well as the theoretical works of the composers themselves on the problems of compositional technique. The practical significance of the research can be reflected in the use of this research in university courses of musical and theoretical orientation related to the study of modern music. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The interaction of micro- and macrothematic manifests itself in different ways in various types of composition, an example of which is the compositions of the Belarusian composer E. Gutina “Wind Music” (sonorous composition) and “Majolica” (minimalist composition). At the same time, the interaction of two seemingly opposite large-scale structural and syntactic principles of the organization of thematic reveals their close relationship in the conditions of various composition techniques, both in the aspect of shaping and in the aspect of the specifics of musical perception. Further developments of the stated topic seem promising in the following areas: the study of the “composer's word”, the compilation of a glossary of terms and concepts, regarding the techniques of composition and thematic, a scientific and research look at the given problem in the mirror of the manifestation of various stylistic trends in modern music.

Introduction. The study is of relevance as there has been a decrease in catch over the past few years in the Sakhalin Region. This decline must be assessed in terms of its impact on the economic performance of enterprises and household budgets in the region. The objective of this study is to analyze and evaluate the trends in the development of production and consumption of fish products in the Sakhalin Region. Materials and Methods. The study has analyzed data from the Federal State Statistics Service and the Unified Interdepartmental Statistical Information System on the production and consumption of fish products in the Sakhalin Region. The graphical and comparative methods have been used, which made it possible to compare the dynamics of production and consumption of fish products as well as to show that the transfer of production trends to the consumer market has a disproportionately marginal impact. Results. The contradictory results of the development of the industry have been revealed: while there has been a decrease in the number of organizations operating in the industry, the number of personnel involved in processing, the volume of production and sales of canned fish, there has been an increase in the profitability of sales and prices for delicious seafood. The negative fact is that consumption of fish products has reduced in the Sakhalin Region, fish products ranking only 7th (by mass) in the total diet. The identified imbalances and negative trends in the production of fish products have also indirectly transferred to the sphere of consumption. Discussion and Conclusion. In the Sakhalin Region, one of the leading fishing regions in Russia, the conditions for satisfying the corresponding demand have not been fully created, especially in terms of affordable prices for fish products in the market that do not overcome the inertia of slowly growing incomes. The scientific and practical significance of the research materials consists in the comprehensive nature of the study on the processes of production and consumption of fish products.

Today, the scope of energy services markets (ESMs) has expanded worldwide and covered almost all areas of production and consumption of goods and services for both industrial and public appointments, as well as households, mainly due to energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. At the same time, the incompleteness of theoretically grounded bases significantly reduces the pace of these markets development. The purpose of this study is to present the framework for the determination of directions and construct a model of structural organization and functional interaction of the ESMs participants. Such approach allows, by combining resources, capabilities and information, to expand the scope and improve the efficiency and productivity of energy services. A new structure-function model of ESMs participants’ interaction has been developed. In addition, a new organizational mechanism is proposed to support the efficient functioning of the ESMs in the form of a cycle of continuous improvement of the energy services results. The practical significance of the study is to create a conceptual framework for the organization and functioning of ESMs, which allows to systemically assess the new opportunities for such markets in both developed and developing countries.

This project engages students with the collaborative realities of modern popular music production via an amalgamation of the music programmer, producer, and songwriter roles. Students engage in face-to-face and remote/online communication, composition, and production to manifest an original popular music output that is generated primarily within the DAW. Student learning is encapsulated within the autonomous interaction and workflows associated with the task, and reflected upon within a journal that informs a written assessment item. This activity is designed as a profession-based engagement that bridges student interaction to the realities of the modern music industry. This is intended to promote notions of professional ability within students upon completion.

The relevance of the topic and problem statement. In the process of formation and development of the original style of button accordion music one of the most important roles is played by the factor of texture, which fully embodies the instrumental specificity of the button accordion, and reflects the originality of forms and varieties of musical fabric in button accordion works. The study of the peculiarities of texture organization, as well as highlighting the main trends in texture formation in modern button accordion music, in particular in the works of Ukrainian composers, is seen as an urgent task to understand the essence of the phenomenon of modern button accordion, and in general — to develop domestic musicology in instrumental art. In previous works of the author of this article, an attempt was made to systematize the textured formations of modern button accordion music, which are determined by the specifics of the design of button accordion keyboards (Stashevskyі, 2021). Continuing further study of the textured organization of modern music for button accordion, there is a need to identify and systematize other typical for this work samples of texture and its components, the structure of which is not due to the structural configuration of sound keys on button accordion keyboards. That is, those that are more universal, but, at the same time, are characterized as typical of modern button accordion art. The purpose of the study is to study the most typical textural elements and combinations of modern button accordion music, as well as their systematization based on the analysis of their internal structural organization. The methodology used in this article is based on the use of methods of theoretical musicology (primarily, analysis of elements of musical language and means of expression), as well as methods of structural and system analysis, generalization and classification. The results. The systematization of typical original texture formulas of modern button accordion creativity carried out in this work provides their division into certain groups and kinds (subgroups) in the middle of these groups, in particular: reverberation (chordal and mixed); stereophony (pulsation, transmission, unison); pedalling arpeggio (rhythmic, nonrhythmic); pedal scale (cluster crescendo); monophonic structuralmodular constructions (chromatic by broken intervals; gammashapedarpeggio based on a 5element fingering group); chord transpositions (intervalalgorithmic (chromatics; m3; m2B2; etc.), thematicmelodic); simplified accompaniment (alternation of tessiturapolar sounds); multioctave duplications (unison, decomposedarpeggio). The topicality of the work lies in the fact that for the first time in modern musicology the textured elements of modern button accordion music have received analytical discourse and systematization. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of its use in theoretical courses on the study of button accordion art, as well as in the practical work of button accordionists. Conclusions. To sum up, we can state that the considered original textural elements and formulas are typical for modern button accordion music, as they occur in works in many cases. The typical button accordion texture formulas considered in this article, which are often found in the artistic plane of musical works, play an important role in the formation of a kind of stylistic handwriting of modern button accordion speech. At the same time, they, in contrast to the group of determinant texture formulas, reflect a certain universalism of their presentation, as they can be transferred to other instrumental texture (keyboard instruments) conditions and implemented in them.

The works produced within the music industry arepresented to their listeners on a digital platform, taking advantage of technology. The problems of thepast, such as pirated cassettes and CDs, have left theirplace to the problem of copyright protection on digitalplatforms today. Block chain is one of the mostreliable and preferred technologies in recent timesregarding data integrity and data security. In thisstudy, a blockzincir-based music wallet model isproposed for safe and legal listening of audio files. The user's selected audio files are converted intoblock chain structure using different techniques andalgorithms and are kept securely in the user's musicwallet. In the study, performance comparisons aremade with the proposed model application in terms ofthe length of time an ordinary audio player can addnew audio files to the list and the response times ofthe user. The findings suggest that the proposedmodel implementation has acceptable differences inperformance with an ordinary audio player.
