One of the decisions to increase investor’s trust and prosperity is to increase the firm value. The firm value is the investor's perception of the success rate of a company that is often associated with stock prices. By increasing trust in investors, the firm value in a company will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity on the firm value. This study took a sample based on the purposive sampling method in the secondary sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The number of samples obtained was 41 companies. The analysis technique used in the study is the classic assumption test and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that capital structure had a significant influence on the firm value, whereas profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity did not significantly influence the firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. This study aims to test the effect of CSR on firm value (stock price) with profitability as a moderating variable with quantitative approach on the 7 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2013 to 2019, so there are 49 observational data acquired. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the criteria that have been determined. Data analysis method used is the analysis of panel data regression with the aid of EViews 10. The results showed that CSR does not affect the Profitability of the proxies ROA can not strengthen the influence of CSR on stock price. Simultaneously, CSR and profitability as a moderating effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structur, and Investment Decision to company values. This population is pharmacist companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2013 to 2017. The research design is causal research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The method derived 6 companies that meet the criteria from 9 companies during the observation period of five years. Total sampel are 30 sample. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression. The results showed that profitability has positive and significant influence towards the firm value, while the capital structure has positive and significant towards the firm value. And the investment decision has positive and significant influence towards the firm value.

Company value is investors' perception of the level of success of a company. The level of success of a company is usually often associated with stock prices. High stock prices make the value of the company also increased. In this study, sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method. For the data analysis technique the researchers used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, it shows that profitability, leverage and income smoothing simultaneously affect the value of the company. When viewed commercially, the results of hypothesis testing profitability variables have an influence on firm value. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of leverage variables also have an influence on firm value variables. The fourth analysis shows that the income smoothing variable affects the value of the company. Based on research that has been done, it is suggested, for investors before investing can see the value of the company first as a consideration made before investing.

This study aims to analyze, test the effect of profitability as measured by Return On Assets, liquidity as measured by LDR on earnings management, and the impact of earnings management on firm value in state-owned tire companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2019. Total population This research is 4 state-owned bank companies so that the entire population is sampled with a period of 10 years from 2009-2019. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the research partially show that ROA, LDR Profitability has no effect on Earning Management, Profitability and Liquidity simultaneously have an effect on Earnings Management, and show that earnings management affects Firm Value.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of the size of the Independent Commissioners and Managerial Ownership on Profitability as measured by ROA. The object of this study is a banking company listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. Based on the purposive sampling method that is based on the criteria that have been determined, 15 companies were obtained as research samples. The analysis technique uses panel data regression using E-Views 9 software. The results of the study prove that the Independent Board of Commissioners has no significant effect on profitability, while managerial ownership has a significant effect on profitability. Implications and suggestions are explained in this study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, structure assets, firm size and liquidity to the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that partially profitability had negative and significant effect to capital structure, asset structure had positive and significant effect to capital structure, firm size had positive and significant effect to capital structure, and liquidity had negative and significant effect to capital structure. Simultaneously profitability, asset structure, firm size and liquidity have a significant effect on capital structure.

This study aims to determine the analysis of factors affect the capital structure of registered textile and garment companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2016 period. Variables in this study namely Profitability (ROA), Asset Structure (SA), Sales Growth (PP) and Company Size (SIZE) and Capital Structure (DER). The population in this study is the Textile and Garment company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 17 companies later 15 companies were sampled using a purposive technique sampling. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with comparison of t-statistics with t-tables. The results of this study indicate that profitability (ROA) is not positive effect on Capital Structure (DER), t-statistic of 1.386407. Asset Structure (SA) has no positive effect on Capital Structure (DER), statistic equal to 0.296574. Sales Growth (PP) influences positive for Capital Structure (DER), the statistic is 1.873566. Size The company (SIZE) does not have a positive effect on the Capital Structure (DER), statistic at 0.570955.

Firm value is the price that potential buyers are willing to pay when a company is sold. The value of this company is very important because it is a reflection of the company's performance that shows the prospects of the company in the future which is also a indicator of market valuation of the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on firm value with capital structure as mediator. This research was conducted at Property and Real Estate Company listed on BEI. The number of samples taken as many as 14 companies from 42 companies listed during the period 2012-2016 with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, dividend policy has no significant positive effect on capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value, and capital structure able to mediate between the effect of profitability on firm value but can not mediate the effect of dividend policy on firm value.
