This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and workload on job satisfaction through work school conflict as a mediating variable. Respondent data is taken from Master students with status as employees who study at universities that have A accreditation in DKI Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The population is taken using the Hair  method in which the number of indicators is multiplied (5-15) (53 x 5) so that 265 samples are obtained). The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that the perception of organizational support had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction but did not affect work school conflict. Workload has a negative effect on satisfaction and a positive and significant effect on work school conflict. Work school conflict plays a role in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. In addition, workload plays a role in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction

This study aims to examine the effect of sharia compliance and Islamic corporate governance on fraud in Sharia banks. Independent variables used are sharia compliance with Profit Sharing Ratio as a proxy and Islamic corporate governance. The dependent variable used is fraud. The population in this study is all Sharia Banks which is registered in Bank Indonesia in the period 2015 to 2017. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Sample size in this research as much as 33 Sharia Banks. Those total samples used in this study which consist of 11 Sharia Banks within 3-year study period. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linier regression.The results of this study indicate that the sharia compliance with the Profit Sharing Ratio as a proxy, has a negative effect on fraud in Sharia bank while Islamic corporate governance has no positive effect on fraud in Sharia banks.

This study is aimed at examining the effect of capital structure on firm value and firm performance. The population in this research is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for three years (2021-2014). Using purposive sampling method, a sample of 54 companies is obtained. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of linear regression. The results of this research shows that capital structure have a negative effect on firm value and firm performance.

Abstract                This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management on profitaility. Working capital management here is seen through cash conversion cycle company. The study also looked at the moderating effect of financial constraints on the effect of working capital management on profitaility. The research used purposive sampling method and the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that cash conversion cycle has a significant negative effect on profitability. The financial constraints variabel strengthens the negative effect of the cash conversion cycle on profitability.   Keywords: working capital management, cash conversion cycle, profitability, and financial constraints. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Manajemen modal kerja disini dilihat melalui siklus konversi kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga melihat efek moderasi financial constraints pada pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen modal kerja melalui siklus konversi kas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Variabel financial constraints memperkuat pengaruh negatif siklus konversi kas terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci: manajemen modal kerja, siklus konversi kas, profitabilitas dan financial constraints.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perananperceived organizational support terhadapkepuasan kerja. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling, yakni teknik pengambilan sampel dengan karakteristik tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang terdiri dari skala perceived organizational support dan kepuasan kerja.Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan adanya peranan perceived organizational supportterhadap kepuasan kerja dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 1% sedangkan 99% sisanya sumbangan dari faktor lain selain perceived organizational support.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan terdapat peranan perceived organizational supportterhadap kepuasan kerjakaryawan. Kata Kunci:perceived organizational support, kepuasan kerja, karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a role of perceived organizational support toward job satisfaction. Subjects in this study amounted to 50 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, the technique of sampling with particular characteristics. Methods of data collection using questionnaires consisting of a scale of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. Simple linear regression test results indicate the role of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction with the effective contribution of 1%, while the remaining 99% contribution from factors other than perceived organizational support. <p>Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM, untuk menguji <em>perceived organizational support</em> dalam memoderasi pengaruh <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja SDM, serta untuk menguji <em>perceived organizational support</em> dalam memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>non probability sampling</em> dengan metode <em>purposive sampling</em> terhadap 46 pegawai/SDM pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah <em>Partial Least Square</em> (PLS) yaitu SEM yang berbasis <em>variance</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>teamwork</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Begitu pula dengan disiplin kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Sementara itu, <em>perceived organizational support</em> tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderating antara <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja SDM maupun disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM.</p><p><em>The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of teamwork on the performance of Human Resources (HR), to examine the effect of work discipline on HR performance, to test perceived organizational support in moderating the effect of teamwork on HR performance, and to test perceived organizational support in moderating the influence of discipline work on HR performance. Source of data used in this study are primary data. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method for 46 employees/HR at the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Semarang. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), which is SEM based on variance.The results showed that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support is not proven as a moderating variable between teamwork on HR performance and work discipline on HR performance.</em></p>

This research aims to test the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior between rewards and recognition toward task performance and the mediation of perceived organizational support between feedbacks from job toward task performance. This research performed on SMEs craft employee in Kasongan, Bantul, with total of 114 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling only to employee with two years work experience and concurrently did not work as an owner. The result showed that organizational citizenship behavior did not mediate rewards and recognition toward task performance, but only perceived organizational support mediated between feedbacks from job toward task performance.
