This study is aimed at examining the effect of capital structure on firm value and firm performance. The population in this research is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for three years (2021-2014). Using purposive sampling method, a sample of 54 companies is obtained. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of linear regression. The results of this research shows that capital structure have a negative effect on firm value and firm performance.

The effect of profitability, capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on the company's value both simultaneously and partially. The technique used in sampling uses a purposive sampling method because in sampling it uses certain criteria. The research was conducted in the period 2016-2018. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study show that there is simultaneously an influence between profitability, capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on company value and partial profitability which has no influence on firm value, while capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioner have a significant effect on the value of the company.

The purpose of the research is to analyze whether there is an influence between capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value. The population used in this study is the LQ 45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A sampling of research using a purposive sampling method of determining the certain criteria with a total samples of 31 LQ 45 companies during 2014-2018. The research uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results show that capital structure and profitability evaluate the value of the company. While the size of the company does not oppose the value of the company. The results of this research are expected to provide benefits for the parties, investors, and further researchers.Keywords: Firm Value; Capital Structure; Profitability Firm Size

This study aims to identify the effect of financial ratios, in the form of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), and solvability (DER) on firm value. The value of the company was measured using Tobin’s Q. The population of this study were all of the plantation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018. Next, the sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that of all the variables studied, only ROA and CR have a significant effect on firm value. This shows that profitability and liquidity are the main focus of investors so that investors will pay more attention to these two variables. When a company is profitable and liquid, investors will be interested in investing so that the value of the company will increase.

This study aims to examine the effect of size, growth, and profitability on corporate value with capital structure as a mediator.This study was conducted on agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014. The population of this study is an agricultural company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014 with a sample of 14 companies, using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using smartpal, because this research adds capital structure as mediator variable.The results of this study indicate that firm size and firm growth have no effect on capital structure. Profitability negatively affects the capital structure.

Abstract                This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management on profitaility. Working capital management here is seen through cash conversion cycle company. The study also looked at the moderating effect of financial constraints on the effect of working capital management on profitaility. The research used purposive sampling method and the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that cash conversion cycle has a significant negative effect on profitability. The financial constraints variabel strengthens the negative effect of the cash conversion cycle on profitability.   Keywords: working capital management, cash conversion cycle, profitability, and financial constraints. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Manajemen modal kerja disini dilihat melalui siklus konversi kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga melihat efek moderasi financial constraints pada pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen modal kerja melalui siklus konversi kas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Variabel financial constraints memperkuat pengaruh negatif siklus konversi kas terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci: manajemen modal kerja, siklus konversi kas, profitabilitas dan financial constraints.

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

Firm value in investor’s perspective is the reflection of company’s prospects. One form of firm value is the change in the market price of a company’s stock. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of profitability, leverage, and bonus shares on firm value. This research was conducted on companies in all sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2000-2016. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique with non probability sampling method. The population of this research consisted of 37 companies and the number of samples obtained 35 observations. The data in this study was analyzed using the multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that profitability has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value, and bonus shares do not affect firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Bonus Shares, and Firm Value

The conduct of this research aims to see how the influence of capital structure and changes in earnings on firm value. The population in this study are retail trade sub-sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The samples studied in this study were 9 companies. The results of the study concluded that the capital structure measured by the ratio of debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on firm value, earnings changes have no significant effect on firm value, and simultaneously, capital structure and earnings changes have no significant effect on firm value.
