The</div><div>determination of the research location is determined intentionally (purposive method) in the city of Pontianak. The study used survey method with 150 respondents by using purposive sampling. Types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the analysis is done by using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the variable of price, quality and packaging affect customer satisfaction. At the same time, quality has a significant effect to consumer loyalty. The most considerable influence on the quality variables and the overall contribution was the performance. Manufacturers need to improve the quality attributes, meaning the composition or content, the balanced flavor between sweet, sour and bitter, and the aftertaste that can last a long time so that consumers can have a good impression of Indocafe.</div>

ABSTRACTHuman resources (HR) is an important role for an organization that fails to achieve its goals. Therefore HR needs to get knowledge management, compensation, work motivation and have a good working spirit. Humans as the key to the success of a company desperately need knowledge of good management in order to manage the company. Employees need knowledge about management to provide knowledge to organizations within a company. There are 2 (two) types of knowledge, namely tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Then compensation is very influencing employee performance because with compensation, employees will also get a service reward that is appropriate and motivates employees. Work motivation can be interpreted as a condition in one's personal self so that the person is motivated to carry out an activity or activity and has a work spirit to improve optimal performance within the company. This study uses CB-SEM (Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. Besides that, the sobel test testing method was also used in this study. The data used in this study are primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data from previous studies, literature, print media (newspapers and magazines) and electronic media (internet). The results showed that management knowledge, compensation, work motivation, and work morale had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Danoya Villa Batu Belig, Krobokan. (1) The value of t count = 2.2933> of the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is the mediating variable of the influence of Management Knowledge on Employee Performance. (2) Value of t count = 1.5606 <from the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not the mediating variable of the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance. (3) Value of t arithmetic = 1.6767 <from ttable = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not a mediating variable the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested as follows: Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung in fostering employee morale and performance in order to better understand what the employees want and need. For this reason, the Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung is intended to further enhance the development of human resources in the company. The relation between capital and ability improvement will be examined in this research by placing process empowerment as mediating variable to explain the activities involved. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected using survey method technique through questionnaire. Furthermore statistical analysis was used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of Smart Partial Least Square. This research has found two ways as path patterns directed to the increasing of society ability, which are (1) pattern consist of “two creating stage” to society ability, and (2) These pattern show that to improve society ability need “three stage” of process activity. The correlation is while the empowerment process increases higher, it will impulse the creating of society ability. The implementation of this research’s result, stated that if the empowerment wants to develop human capital, it will be better if the empowerment is supported by apply the developing ability of subject empowerment.

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a case study at the SME PT PMS Company in Surabaya, Indonesia by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart PLS 3 programs. The results showed that in fact the respondents thought that organizational culture and work motivation had no direct significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation could not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction and work motivation and job satisfaction has a significant direct effect on employee performance.
